"Stunning", "Dazzling", "Epic" and "Beautiful" were a few of the adjectives used to describe the balloons that decorated Andrews, Inc. Clothiers in Glendora, CA for our 50th Anniversary Celebration. We worked closely with George, Peter, Nicholas and Freddy to make this happen...and WOW... Balloon Haven went over and above. The Anniversary celebration was a tremendous hit. The balloons were so impactful, that "passers by" were drawn into the storefront in amazement of the design and "architecture" of the displays. It was the most successful event in the 50 year history of Andrews, Inc. We attribute much of that success to the professionalism of the Balloon Haven partnership. Cheers to another 50 Years!
I ordered the "Magic Number 2-Digit Bouquet" along with 11" latex inflated Hi-Float balloons for my Mom's 80th birthday. The party theme colors were perfectly matched to the balloon colors they picked out which were: Caribbean blue, chrome blue, chrome gold and white. Yvonne is so very helpful and patient when I wasn't sure what to order and she gave me lots of options. I had the bouquet and balloons delivered on a Saturday even though our party was on Sunday since Balloon Haven is closed on Sundays. The balloons stayed well inflated and I just loved how they turned out! Scott delivered them and was kind to show me how to separate out the balloons so we can place them on the arch we owned. Overall this is a great company and I have used them multiple times in the past!
Was able to place a last minute small order the day before the requested pick up date! They work with all budgets and are super flexible. I called to change the pick up time 3 different times and they had no problem fulfilling my request. The staff is friendly and they did a great job on the balloon bouquet :)
Where do I start? I live 4 hours away and wanted to send a special congratulatory balloon bouquet as a surprise. Balloon Haven came up on Google so I called. The woman who answered the phone (I am so sorry I can't remember her name) was so kind and helpful. Not only was she accommodating on the phone, she got the bouquet to my niece by 2pm. We had a text from the driver to make sure she was home AND a follow up to let me know they had been delivered. Thank you for making her day and mine! It's the cutest ever and exactly what I was hoping for!

I recently had a Celebration of Life for my brother who was a comic book enthusiast. I told Suzy what I wanted and left it to her creative team to create several centerpieces and the results were more than I even imagined! They were phenomenal! I also have to mention that the quality and expertise in each centerpiece was professional plus so creative. Suzy delivered the balloons on time and set everything up. (All the balloons in the picture except the numbered ones and the "Happy" logo are from Balloon Haven) 1. This company responds very fast to any inquiries and questions. 2. During my visit, George was extremely patient with me when I was taking awhile to come up with the design for my order. He was very thorough and even helped me suggested some ideas for me. 3. Prices were awesome. 4. When three of the balloons popped, George replaced them with six new ones!! How awesome is that?? And he responded in like two minutes after I sent in the email about them popping, suggesting that he would be happy to replace it right away if I came in. I have used Balloon Haven several times over the years for my kids' birthday celebrations. During this pandemic they have been so helpful in keeping my kids smiling even when having smaller celebrations. In December, I had a small panic moment when I realized I completely flaked on ordering balloons for my son's birthday. I called and asked for a same day order and they were able to accommodate me - I had asked for a specific bouquet from their website and when I came in the afternoon everything was ready and perfect - they even added some themed balloons. I did curbside pick up and they brought it quickly when I called to say I'd arrived. For my daughter, when I called they asked me what my daughter liked and when I said she was a Minnie Mouse fan they offered to use actual Mickey shaped balloons from the park (they're a DL vendor!) and made excellent suggestions to make it a great balloon bouquet. This was so nice as my daughter loves to go to Disney for her birthday and this year it wasn't possible. Delivery was right on time and the balloons looked great and lasted for a long time. My kids were thrilled. Great service, excellent product, thank you Balloon Haven. read more

If you need a balloon in your life, then you need to find yourself in Balloon Haven because it really is as good as it gets when it comes to balloon shops. [ASIDE: Sometimes I wonder if I give out too many five star ratings, because no one wants to look like a groupie of every business they happen to patronize, but then I have to stop myself with this little reminder: "It's the Age of Yelp. Chances are you won't be going to a lot of poopy stores and restaurants much longer. Your life is better because of Yelp. Embrace it. Love it. And gush about it shamelessly." So, I no longer care that my ratings chart looks so skewed to the 4s and 5s. I really do try to only go to the best places, people :))))) ASIDE OVER] Back to the subject at hand. I needed some balloons for a recent photo shoot and the standard Party City stuff just wasn't gonna cut it. They needed to be bigger and creamier than you can usually find at retail and so I Yelped my way to Balloon Haven and these are the ones I got: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/balloon-haven-chino?select=wpngIalgmdi9Nce9Xp8x6Q#wpngIalgmdi9Nce9Xp8x6Q This store is phenomenal--they will gladly take you to the backroom where you can see the stocked inventory in all shapes and sizes. I put together quite a kit that will last me for a few months. They got the gigantic round balloons that are so en vogue right now, they have metallics and flats and they also do creative arrangement to your heart's delight. Balloon Haven also rents out air pumps at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, helium is at a premium right now because there's currently a nationwide shortage of it and when I was there, they were unwilling to rent out their tanks. It seems like their site has them back up, so call ahead and check first if you absolutely must have helium. The service here was extraordinarily warm and helpful. I would even go so far as to say that the teenage guy and the lady that were helping me were...whimsical (?) Not sure if that makes sense but they totally seemed like the types who you would find at a balloon shop--easy-going, chill, excited about the fun of it all and not too full of themselves. This is a great find for anybody who likes or needs balloons, but for photographers especially, this place is a find. Bookmark it and check it out when you have a fun shoot coming up! read more

First time ordering from Balloon Haven but always marveled at their beautiful creations outside their storefront. Was debating trying to create some balloon decor concoction for my mother's drive by birthday but time, effort, and pinterest-fail fear made me decide to call them for a quote. I'm 'thrifty' so the price sent me into sticker shock but my disdain for going all out at a person's funeral but nickel and dimeing them when they can actually enjoy an occassional extravagance made me decide to go for it. The owner (?) worked with me on a creation I could comfortably pay (lowered tower, but still quite tall and omitted pricier confetti balloons-still beautiful and not missed). They gave my mom a courtesy call so as to not alarm her when they install, asked her for preference as to where to install, sent a picture of the final product, and created a beautiful tower in her front yard that was securily anchored and presented that the windiness didn't upset. Everyone loved it and it was a great photo opp for everyone. I will definitely be bringing more smiles using their services read more

They were very friendly and extremely helpful when I brought my balloons in. They were the only company that I could find that would fill my balloons that I already had for a fair price and provided over the top services. They not only exceeded my expectations for how I thought my balloons would look but I had quite a few extra balloons that I didn't know what to do with that they turned into an arrangement that I ended up putting at my wedding table. They looked amazing, the reception venue had helicopters and the way the balloons were arranged made them look like clouds. Excellent place with excellent arrangements! read more

I ordered the Magic Number balloon bouquet from Balloon Haven last week ahead of my daughter's 16th birthday. Living in Fontana, I had difficulty finding images online of what I wanted that would deliver. That was until I called Balloon Haven. I spoke with George over the phone and he was great; so nice and helpful. He even texted photos of some examples for my approval!! I supersized my order and it truly surpassed my expectations!!
