Beware of using this company. If you book them, have a backup plan. I put out a request on here…read morewith exactly what I needed. They responded back quickly to get my business but only to cancel at the last minute. I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience. Buyers beware if you decide to do business with this company.

We had a recommendation for a party rental that I had been told was the lowest around but I reached out and that person never got back to me. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

I specifically needed circular tablecloths with a hole in the center for umbrellas, and they even had them in the pink and purple colors my child wanted. I was able to pick up and drop off the items myself, which made things much easier for me. Communication was very easy throughout the whole process, and Joel was great to work with. When I visited their store, I realized they had so many other party rentals too like chairs, tables, jumpers, lawn games, and more. I honestly wish I had ordered everything from them to make it a one-stop shop! The park where I had my child's birthday party required vendors with permits, so I used different vendors this time, but now I know for the next party. Highly recommend!

This is an awesome idea and the kids enjoyed it. Unfortunately, only giving it 1 stars because they…read morehad very poor customer service that made me never want to deal with them nor refer them to anyone again. First off when I first reached out they sent me a flyer with prices, that stated "free delivery within 15 mile radius of 91792". So, I mapped and I was 13/14 miles depending which part of my house I looked. Yet, they wanted to charge $22 delivery fee on top of the $300 I would already be spending. When I showed them the distance on my maps, they said they would check again. So they send me a screenshot and theirs showed up as 22 miles. I'm guessing maybe they're further into that zip code but your flyer doesn't state 15 miles of such and such address, it states from the zip code which I was within the 15 miles. So they changed the fee to $9 and I didn't argue it at all. They messaged a couple days before the party to confirm and letting me know they don't recommend setting it outdoors as it was supposed to rain. I told them I had an extra tent coming that we can set it under (which we did). Set up was great no issues. But... When they picked up after cleaning up she told me she was going to have to charge a $30 fee because some of the equipment was wet. (Well yeah it rained) Again, I didn't argue told her I'd paypal it to her as the party was still going on. Now I was never informed that there would be any fee if the things got wet. I personally think them knowing the weather should put a plastic or tarp type thing under the pads to prevent this, or had I known there would be a fee I would have put one under just in case knowing it was going to rain. That wasn't the bad part. So next day Sunday (today) I am busy spending time out with my family and I get 3 messages from them before 5pm to remind me to pay them their $30! That was my last straw. It was borderline harassing. I told her I hadn't forgotten and would send it as soon as I had the chance. I did send them their money and here we are. People have to understand you can't just make up fees as you go without disclosing it beforehand.
