This was my second time using Balloon Haven, this time for my girlfriend's Graduation. I opted for the "Hot Air Balloon" bouquet and it turned out PERFECT, thanks to Yvonne and her abiltiy to handle my several changes I had requested between the time I put in the order to the week before delivery. I sent an email changing the color scheme of the balloons. Then sent an email about using a different stuffed animal. Without any hesitation or irritation, Yvonne easily made the changes I had requested and the outcome was spectacular. My girlfriend this was the best balloon bouquet she's every received -- I agree, it was perfect. Oh Balloon Haven you guys are complete lifesavers!!!! Last year I forgot to get my nephew a gift for his 5th Birthday and only remembered the day before his bday! (I know badd aunty!) I had less than 2 weeks to secure balloons for my daughter's 7th birthday mermaid party. I had called Balloon Haven and the lady who answered (I forgot her name) was very kind and informative. When I visited their location, Diana was super helpful and patient. She answered my questions and made suggestions about potential designs and color schemes that fit in with my daughter's party theme. She also made sure that my balloons were delivered to the venue on time as I only had about an hour to set up. On the day of the party, their delivery person (also forgot his name :( ) called beforehand to tell me he was on his way. He showed up earlier than expected and was kind enough to bring the balloons to the hall we rented. The actual balloons themselves were beautiful. In fact, they were my favorite decorations at the party. Our guests raved about them. They were high quality and stayed afloat even 2 weeks after our party! Overall, this place is fantastic: service is great and the balloons were impeccable and of high quality. Prices are reasonable, too. I sent my sister here to get balloons for a Halloween party the girl was so helpful to my sister and she put hi float in the latex balloons. I looked at the usual balloon delivery places, but all seemed to focus on creative bouquets only for large events. Then I found Balloon Haven. The pictures on the website don't even do justice to the actual bouquet she received. Nick was incredibly helpful and forth coming. He disclosed that they had a large delivery in the morning on the day I wanted my bouquet delivered, and let me know that it probably wouldn't be delivered until early p.m. I mention this only because many businesses wouldn't disclose that for fear of not getting the order, which might result in not receiving the delivery when expected.
