So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

I honestly wish I had ordered everything from them to make it a one-stop shop! This company is owned by a husband and wife that have completely NO COMMUNICATION with each other at all. As for my situation I had booked in with the husband through yelp and in person at the Pomona property months in advance. My rental order had came out to be over 600 bucks ... in which I was fine with. My engagement party was on May 1. During the week leading up to it I have confirmed with the husband and wife about when delivery and When Will the equipment I had to rent it would be delivered. They did not deliver the day before because the driver had got into an accident but when asked to come the next morning at 8am it was too early for them. That they would arrive at 9 am .. mind you my party is at 1pm.... When they arrived the next day in the morning at 923am they had brought a barrel table with no barrels and as for my tent was only completed half way before they had left for three hours to get the rest of my order. I had friends (whom speak Spanish ) help put up additional balloons.... the workers that were sent where complaining in Spanish about how hot it was outside and that it was too much work and that they'll come back later. They can up to me and had said that there were missing parts for the tent, the barrels , a table , and eight chairs..... when a time is it came back it was 12:45 PM my party was at 1pm you can only imagine that my guess were inside my house waiting to be seated... as for the barrel table was put together where my catering service was not able to set up outside because the tent was not put up yet.... causing me to rearrange my house to accommodate for my catering..... when my balloon and dessert table had came in the tent will still not put up and they had to set up on the side.... it was windy ..... if the tent was put up ENTIRELY before they left the WIND have not taken down my dessert table and have popped half of my balloon arch BECAUSE THE TENT WOULD HAVE PROTECTED IT FROM THE WIND.... when the tent was finally put up there were no weights causing the temp to lift multiple throughout the night in my guess and I will having to hold down the tent ‍... The workers did not finish the job until 235pm Unbelievable!!!! I was completely upset and then for them to say okay we will collect the remainder of the balance!!!!! Oh no it was a joke !!!! I did not use the barrel table at all because they did not set up in time... I was completely embarrassed in front of my guess because I have put on the invitation that I started at a certain time and my party was delayed over an hour and 35 minutes!!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE WHATSOEVER!!! The pictures I will show is my balloon/dessert table before and after it was popped and us having to move the table under the tent.. Also, the tent wall you will see was not a correct fit and I was still able to see my back fence and you will see no weights on the tent to keep it from lifting on this windy day !!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE NOT DEPENDABLE WHATSOEVER!!! Very upsetting with this company never again !!!!!

We ended up taking a smaller Spiderman pinata, but they had a bunch of cool ones. The store is small and compact but it has all the goodies. Took some Mexican candy mix bag as well. If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to…read moreworry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself.
