I hired Spiderman for my son's birthday party and although Tony(the manager) was very professional, the person who was in the Spiderman costume was not the best. He lacks some charisma and some energy. He played all the games requested on the booking but I expected more when it came to the "superhero training." All he did for that was bring out a nerf gun and had the kids take a turn shooting. Mind you, there were around 25 kids so it took a while and the kids were getting antsy just waiting in line. For the "dance party" party, his speaker was small and you couldn't even really hear the music so I let him use our big speaker. Not a big deal but you would think they would be more prepared. I was offered to pay extra for a grand entrance and present for the birthday boy and I'm glad I didn't because my son was still given a present and it was a small paint kit from the dollar tree. Booking process was really easy, but overall the service from the characters was not the best. Manager responded promptly and though Spiderman was not the best in my opinion, he showed up on time which was also professional on their side.

Her husband handled the balloon art, and he was just as fantastic--so friendly and talented. The kids were beyond excited with their creations! The whole team created such a fun, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. Everything ran smoothly, and it honestly made our event feel extra special. So much work went into planning but unfortunately as it was only two hours before when we had to call it, I had forgotten to cancel the face painter. So much on my mind that's my bad but the fact that she still charges in full and no reduced cancelation fee rate. She just told me she could have gotten another job instead. True, but the winds were beyond my control (We're talking 40mph gusts). After I immediately paid her she continued to text me to try to make me feel guilty, even though I paid her in full.
