They were responsive and answered questions when we were booking her for the party, and on the day of, she was early and prepared. I loved that she didn't just sit around and wait for them to come to her. Unfortunately I was very disappointed to say the least in Nina. I hired her for face painting for my daughter's birthday party. She told me she would send me the name of the artist and confirm with me a few days before the party, but I had to confirm with her after I didn't hear from her the day before the party. The worst part was receiving a text message from her that she was canceling THE DAY OF THE PARTY!! She offered no replacement and when I texted her back, she never replied. I was in a full panic A few hours before the party trying to find a new face painter. I thought it was extremely unprofessional of Nina to not only cancel hours before the party, but also to not offer a replacement. I found out from another face painter that Nina was actually posting online the day before the party to find someone to fill in for her even though she had already confirmed with me. I would never use her due to her lack of efforts and the risk of ruining of the event.
