The designs and painting were beautiful and when there was a lull, she went to find kids! I loved that she didn't just sit around and wait for them to come to her. Everyone was super impressed with how great her work was and most important (especially when working with 4-5 year olds) she was FAST! Like, so fast it was crazy. I can't do my eye makeup as fast as she can do a whole face. They were flexible in painting what the kids wanted. We had lots of superheros but also beautiful butterflies, princesses and animals. So great! The kids loved it, I was super happy and it made my son's party a huge hit. I would hire them again in a second.

So much work went into planning but unfortunately as it was only two hours before when we had to call it, I had forgotten to cancel the face painter. So much on my mind that's my bad but the fact that she still charges in full and no reduced cancelation fee rate. She just told me she could have gotten another job instead. True, but the winds were beyond my control (We're talking 40mph gusts). After I immediately paid her she continued to text me to try to make me feel guilty, even though I paid her in full. I had to ask her to stop contacting me and then she told me "we're good". Overview -Unprofessional -Good idea to check in with your client before party (common sense and every other vendor did).

A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). It was such a fun addition to the celebration, and I would absolutely hire Taylor Entertainment again for a future event.

The balloon twister was amazing with the kids, and we loved that children of all different ages were excited to participate. I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well. All the kids enjoyed her balloon creations and face painting. She even labeled the animals with each child's name to prevent someone else from taking them. I love twist and shout events! They make everything so easy. Thank you again for a wonderful event.
