So much on my mind that's my bad but the fact that she still charges in full and no reduced cancelation fee rate. She just told me she could have gotten another job instead. True, but the winds were beyond my control (We're talking 40mph gusts). After I immediately paid her she continued to text me to try to make me feel guilty, even though I paid her in full.
