All of…read morethe pictures I seen on instagram and yelp looked great, that's why I decided to use the balloon gal. My balloons looked dull and flat, I felt like what I was charged didn't add up to what I got. The added eucalyptus and butterflies were an additional 45 dollars, which shouldn't have been more than 25 dollars because they're so cheap on Amazon, if I would have known I would have bought them and added them myself. There was also a misunderstanding with the custom decal, it ended up not being what I wanted but decided to keep the mistake since it was noticed last minute. Not sure if all this was because it was during a possible busy season If I just had bad luck. Anyway, that was just my experience.

Due to the flurry of activity, there was a mix-up, and I mistakenly believed the tank had already been returned. I was incredibly impressed by their professionalism and understanding regarding the situation. They acknowledged the honest mistake and, as a wonderful gesture of goodwill, they waived the charge for the additional day of rental. This level of outstanding customer service and flexibility is truly appreciated. I am extremely grateful for their kindness and highly recommend Lopez Party Rentals. Darren seemed friendly and pretty good at making a variety of balloons. Even as he was wrapping up, he made a Lababy for me at the last minute, though he didn't need to go over his time. This was appreciated and the balloons turned out so cute (attached pic). He was able to make many designs that weren't even on the poster of popular or frequently requested styles. Debated on booking him for my daughter's birthday party but was a little pricier than we'd like per child, at the time.
