Best party ever! My son's birthday party was supposed to be two months ago, but our whole family got sick the week of the party! I immediately reached out to Ivan and let him know that our birthday boy was sick and we were going to have to cancel the party. Ivan was so understanding and accommodating. We were able to reschedule the party with no problem! Since my first contact with Sonrisa Entertainment, they were prompt, informative, professional, and very kind. I reached out to this business because we wanted video games setup up in our home. This review is for outside setup not the truck. One of the reasons I selected them was because it says they havea VR and although it's not stated on the package descriptions, I did ask about it. I was told they had one VR. I have gone back and looked at all emails, and in just about everyone, I am referring to the VR. The day of the party, no VR. It was important to my son to have a VR. Unfortunately, with all the craziness in the party, I never realized they did bring the VR. I had to leave out of town the next day and didn't get all the details of the party until I returned. My son told me there was no VR and that our internet was not working when they left. I'm not sure what they did, but my son was able to fix it. My younger son said I lied to him about getting a VR for the party. All his friends that we were going expected to play with the VR. I reached out to the vendor, and they tried to put the blame on me that it was my misunderstanding. I don't think so they went over with me how they would be setting up a tent or possibly setting that up in the house. They stated the VR need a little darkeness not to bright. All these details prove that I did request the VR. They also charge a destination fee, which I was completely ok with. When it came down for payment, I looked at the email with the total amount and paid that. The lady then tells me I'm missing the destination fee. I apologized and said, "So sorry, I thought the total on the email included everything I needed to pay for. I did not realize that the destination fee was not included. I told her to give me a minute and I would get the money for the destination fee, not a problem. The vendor is now saying that I am forgetful and that I did not understand. We had several emails and phone calls, and he admitted on when email he should have clarified about there not being a VR. It's unfortunate the staff that came were all very nice. The setup was ok some kids playe, but it wasn't a big hit. Maybe we didn't select the right game, but I'm not sure. I still don't know how our internet got messed up when they gained access to it. The setup was quick. The staff was nice but I would not use them again. Maybe the truck rental is better but not the home setup. read more
