I really wanted to love this company because they were one of the few local rental companies that had the exact Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bounce house my son had been asking for. It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday, so finding it meant a lot. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. The booking process was confusing. After submitting my reservation I received no confirmation email or receipt, so I had to call myself to make sure they had actually received my order. They did call a week before and the day before to confirm delivery, but I wouldn't have known everything was set without calling first. We were told delivery would be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and I even received a text saying the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. Instead, the bounce house was delivered at 8:15 a.m. without a call, before the scheduled window. My husband arrived at 9:00 with the cash payment only to discover it had already been delivered... and it was the wrong bounce house. They brought a Disney Princess inflatable instead of the Mickey one my son had been so excited about. Since they arrived early, my father in law also had to drive to the bank for cash. To their credit, they did send the driver back with the correct Mickey bounce house, and my son absolutely loved it. The bounce house itself was clean, in great condition, and made his birthday. I truly appreciate that they corrected the mistake. Pickup was another headache. It was originally scheduled for Monday, but they asked to come Tuesday instead. I explained that my in laws had gardeners coming Tuesday morning and asked that pickup happen by 9:00 a.m. They agreed, but the driver didn't arrive until about 10:30. My mother in law had to ask the gardeners to work around the bounce house while they waited. I understand this was a busy holiday weekend, and I want to give them grace for that. But between the confusing reservation process, poor communication, delivering the wrong bounce house, arriving outside the promised delivery window, and missing the agreed upon pickup time, it was an unnecessarily stressful experience. I'm thankful my son ended up getting the Mickey bounce house he had his heart set on, but based on this experience, I don't think I'd rent from Jump N Jump again. read more

I've been going to this rental company for years and this was by far the worst experience I had with them last month that I needed to share with everyone. My brothers family were coming to visit us and we were planning on throwing a huge family reunion party for them. What happened was that the party was going to happen on a Saturday and they asked if they can bring it on Friday, I said it was ok...but you needed to bring the stuff before 3pm because we were planning on taking them to a surprise trip to the circus. It was already 4pm and we were ready to head out, but all of a sudden they came out of nowhere when we were about to head out. I alerted the driver and told them to come back the next day because I gave specific instructions to deliver the rentals before a certain time cause we had somewhere to be. But they highly insisted on dropping the stuff and one issue I had with the delivery guys was that they didn't know how to read or speak English that well, so i had to try and tell them we were taking our family to a surprise trip and we need to leave and come back tomorrow to drop the things. They literally were being rude and they called their female manager or supervisor so I can explain the situation. I told her that I had specific instructions that they had to drop these rentals before a certain time and we had to go somewhere. She rudely told me "Well, you're here now", so I got annoyed and let them quickly drop the rentals. We almost ran late to our surprise circus trip and the worst part was that I requested a cotton candy machine and they forgot to give it to me and then they came the next day to drop it. So there wasn't a point for them to drop the rentals if they were gonna come back the next day. I tried many times to call the owner and even emailed him, but no answer...so that is why I needed to write this review on here so they can read about my experience and I hope they can hire people who can read and write English so they can follow simple instructions. read more

I would not recommend this company based on my recent experience. I paid over $500 for a jumper rental, and the service fell far below what was promised. When the team first arrived, their generator did not work, and they had to leave and return about an hour and a half later, by that time, my guests were already arriving. Because of this delay, I only had the jumper for about 3 hours. On top of that, the jumper that was delivered was not the one I ordered. I paid for a larger jumper but was given a smaller one. As the host of the party, I was busy managing guests and didn't realize the mistake until later, and by then it was too late to correct without further disrupting the event. I was also charged additional fees including $50 for same-day park pick up and another $30 for a later pickup time. Without paying these extra fees, I would have only had the jumper for about 2 hours due to their delay. These charges felt especially unreasonable given that the shortened rental time was caused by their equipment failure, not anything on my end. Communication throughout the process was also poor. For example, they borrowed an extension cord and left it in the grass without saying anything. When I reached out afterward to address the issues, the response was dismissive, and no real resolution was offered, only a discount on a future rental, which is not helpful given this experience. I made a reasonable request for a partial refund to reflect the reduced time, incorrect equipment, and additional costs I incurred, but they refused and stopped responding. This company is listed as one of the few approved vendors with the City of Rancho Cucamonga, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I will be sharing my experience with the city, as the level of service I received does not reflect what I would expect from an approved, licensed, and insured vendor. Overall, this was a frustrating experience, especially for an important event. I would strongly suggest confirming all details and expectations in writing if you choose to book with them. While your team did arrive earlier in the day, my window was 12-2pm, the arrived after 2pm and spent about 20-30 mins trying to start the generator. The generator was not working, and they had to leave and return at approximately 3:45 PM. By the time the jumper was fully set up, my 4:00 PM party was already beginning and guests were arriving. Given that timing, it is not reasonable to suggest that the incorrect jumper could have been addressed "at delivery." Identifying the issue and requesting a replacement at that point would have required your team to leave again and return even later, which would have caused further delays and disruption to the event. Regarding the additional fees, while they may have been selected at booking, I was effectively required to pay them in order to make the shortened rental window usable due to the delay caused by the non-working equipment. Without those added fees, the usable time would have been even more limited. My concern remains that I did not receive the equipment I paid for and lost a significant portion of the rental time due to issues outside of my control. The first time was my first time ever renting a jumper so they kindly walked me through the process. Ie how much clearance I need, additional images of the jumper, and drop off/ pick up instructions.
