I really wanted to love this company because they were one of the few local rental companies that had the exact Mickey Mouse Clubhouse bounce house my son had been asking for. It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday, so finding it meant a lot. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. The booking process was confusing. After submitting my reservation I received no confirmation email or receipt, so I had to call myself to make sure they had actually received my order. They did call a week before and the day before to confirm delivery, but I wouldn't have known everything was set without calling first. We were told delivery would be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and I even received a text saying the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. Instead, the bounce house was delivered at 8:15 a.m. without a call, before the scheduled window. My husband arrived at 9:00 with the cash payment only to discover it had already been delivered... and it was the wrong bounce house. They brought a Disney Princess inflatable instead of the Mickey one my son had been so excited about. Since they arrived early, my father in law also had to drive to the bank for cash. To their credit, they did send the driver back with the correct Mickey bounce house, and my son absolutely loved it. The bounce house itself was clean, in great condition, and made his birthday. I truly appreciate that they corrected the mistake. Pickup was another headache. It was originally scheduled for Monday, but they asked to come Tuesday instead. I explained that my in laws had gardeners coming Tuesday morning and asked that pickup happen by 9:00 a.m. They agreed, but the driver didn't arrive until about 10:30. My mother in law had to ask the gardeners to work around the bounce house while they waited. I understand this was a busy holiday weekend, and I want to give them grace for that. But between the confusing reservation process, poor communication, delivering the wrong bounce house, arriving outside the promised delivery window, and missing the agreed upon pickup time, it was an unnecessarily stressful experience. I'm thankful my son ended up getting the Mickey bounce house he had his heart set on, but based on this experience, I don't think I'd rent from Jump N Jump again. read more

I used jump n jump for my sons 5th birthday party. Everything was great until the day of . They called me the day of to notify me that the Spiderman themed jumper was not available and let me know what else they had an available. I understand the jumper being destroyed was not their fault. The jumper they gave us was DISGUSTING. It was filthy. They came about 30 minutes after they said they would to pick up the jumper and we were at a timed reservation at Central Park. Once the facility closes there are no restrooms and I explained that to them in the beginning. So although it wasn't drastically late it was annoying . I also noticed after the fact that they never brought my large connect 4 but gave me Jenga instead but I didn't know until the party was over so it was not used. I told them my issues and they said they'd have a manger call. A manager never reached out ,so I did. I requested some form of a refund because of the filth of the jumper and the fact I did not get the connect 4. They said they don't do refunds but can give me credit for another event. I told them how frustrating that is because I don't plan on having another party until 4 years from now when my daughter is 5. They said they'd would call the owners to see what they can do and pick up the jenga that is theirs. They still have not called me and never situated a time to pick up the jenga. I guess they got their money and business so they could care less. The customer service was professional but It just feels like once they receive your money all they can do is request a discount for next time pushing you to use their company again. read more

I've been going to this rental company for years and this was by far the worst experience I had with them last month that I needed to share with everyone. My brothers family were coming to visit us and we were planning on throwing a huge family reunion party for them. What happened was that the party was going to happen on a Saturday and they asked if they can bring it on Friday, I said it was ok...but you needed to bring the stuff before 3pm because we were planning on taking them to a surprise trip to the circus. It was already 4pm and we were ready to head out, but all of a sudden they came out of nowhere when we were about to head out. I alerted the driver and told them to come back the next day because I gave specific instructions to deliver the rentals before a certain time cause we had somewhere to be. But they highly insisted on dropping the stuff and one issue I had with the delivery guys was that they didn't know how to read or speak English that well, so i had to try and tell them we were taking our family to a surprise trip and we need to leave and come back tomorrow to drop the things. They literally were being rude and they called their female manager or supervisor so I can explain the situation. I told her that I had specific instructions that they had to drop these rentals before a certain time and we had to go somewhere. She rudely told me "Well, you're here now", so I got annoyed and let them quickly drop the rentals. We almost ran late to our surprise circus trip and the worst part was that I requested a cotton candy machine and they forgot to give it to me and then they came the next day to drop it. So there wasn't a point for them to drop the rentals if they were gonna come back the next day. I tried many times to call the owner and even emailed him, but no answer...so that is why I needed to write this review on here so they can read about my experience and I hope they can hire people who can read and write English so they can follow simple instructions. read more

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! they don't even care about their business, is so sad to write these but mi wife spoke 2 times with them and still no solution, their candy machine wasn't working at my event, no refund for this crap, also the jumper was all dirty and the customer service the lady just laughed when we talked to her, good luck with your "business" STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY read more

SHOULD BE 0 STARS They are very unprofessional and rude! the lady that was answering the phones said 9-12 for drop off it was 1:18pm I called to see what was the hold up she told me I can get the jumper until Monday for free or a discount for them being late that she will call the driver to see what the hold up was. then I called at 2pm mind you my party is at 2 and still no jumper the chick was rude saying they won't give us the jumper for free she caught a attitude saying she will cancel the order because we was asking to many questions apparently. so we are canceling my and explaining to kids that there won't be no jumper due to an unprofessional rude business. they need to work on communication or at least credit people for their fuck ups read more

This was hands down one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. We paid over $300 for a mechanical bull for New Year's Eve, and the equipment did not work at all. No testing, no quality control, no backup, just a broken product dropped off and left behind. When the problem happened the night of my event, we called the owner and was flat-out ignored. Instead of taking responsibility, she told us to "figure it out" with her drivers. I called them immediately and they couldn't reach her the entire night either. So not only was the equipment broken, but the person responsible was completely unavailable during a major holiday event. Because of this negligence, our entire family New Year's Eve celebration was ruined. You don't get a second chance at a holiday, and they clearly did not care. To make matters worse, it took her almost a week to respond after the event. And her solution? A joke. 20% off a future order over $150. That's not a resolution that's an insult. No refund, no apology worth mentioning, no accountability. This business shows zero client etiquette, zero professionalism, and zero concern once they've taken your money. If you value your event, your time, or your sanity, stay far away from this company. I would never use them again and strongly warn others not to either. If I can give it zero stars I would.. STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! Follow Up: Your response is misleading, inaccurate, and an attempt to deflect responsibility. The call in question did not occur at 10:30 PM. It happened closer to 7:00 PM, and I have timestamped text messages proving this. If necessary, I will upload them publicly to demonstrate that I am not lying. In fact, I reached out to Mimi multiple times and received no response for several days, which directly contradicts the narrative you are attempting to create. It is also worth clarifying that Mimi's role is irrelevant. Whether she is the owner or "assisting with communication," she was the point of contact for your company and she failed to respond during an active event. That failure falls squarely on your business. I was a returning customer who had rented from you multiple times. To then be ignored, dismissed, and blamed when equipment fails is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. The claim that this was a power issue is simply false. My home has sufficient electrical capacity. The mechanical bull was powered using a washer/dryer outlet, while the controller was connected to a completely separate outlet on a different circuit. Two independent power sources were used. I have operated other high-demand equipment at my home without issue. This was not a power supply problem it was an equipment problem. What makes this even more concerning is that my experience is not unique. Your own reviews clearly show multiple customers reporting malfunctioning or faulty equipment. Attempting to dismiss this as user error or "insufficient power" when there is a visible pattern of complaints is dishonest and insulting. Leaving a customer in the dark during a live event one that family and guests were looking forward to while later trying to rewrite the timeline and shift blame is unacceptable. Your response demonstrates a lack of integrity, accountability, and customer care. I stand by everything I've said, and I have documentation to support it. If this is how your company handles issues when something goes wrong, then potential customers deserve to know that before renting from you. This is the one and only response you will get from me. Very unprofessional the way you handle a business. Again, STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!! read more

I have rented a jumper for my event from JumpNJump twice in the past month. Both times have been wonderful. The first time was my first time ever renting a jumper so they kindly walked me through the process. Ie how much clearance I need, additional images of the jumper, and drop off/ pick up instructions. The second time I called very last minute, the night before, and they were still able to accommodate exactly what we needed. They are also the best priced for my area and have offered a discount that is always appreciated! I will definitely be renting again this summer, looking forward to trying out the waterslides. (I rented a toddler jumper that includes a slide on the inside) read more

Best rental place I have used hands down! Punctual, kind, and responsive every time! My go to people!

Awesome service, very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend, we rented some tables and chairs and those did their job. But the Mechanical Bull now that was a lot of fun. Only two small issues they don't include the tarp that goes under the bull so that has to be rented separately and they switched my delivery day from Saturday to Friday, which made it a bit difficult for us trying to keep our dog out of that area of the backyard. But we dealt with it and moved on. Shout out to Maribel, Vanessa and the two men that delivered/picked up, they made everything run smoothly - thank you! read more

Safety concern! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! The front of the jump house was faded and damaged to the point where the images scared the small children. This jumpy should either be re-faced or retired. It was an eye sore for our party and emabrassing. The popcorn machine door was cracked and taped together, also an eye sore and embarrassing in front of our guests The popcorn machine door handle was actually a jagged nail that could easily have hurt the children attending. This was a birthday party for toddlers and children. The popcorn machine was broken and we had to use tools to fix it because it would not produce popcorn. Also embarrassing at the party. The popcorn itself was bad and tasted stale The chairs we rented felt very unstable so that we did not allow the elderly to sit on them Contacted the company about the above and got ZERO response. read more
