Andrew was incredibly professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem. What really impressed us was how he took the time to explain exactly what had gone wrong and walked us through preventative maintenance tips to avoid future issues. It's rare to find a technician who genuinely wants to educate his customers rather than just fix and leave.
