13 years we have been using this family business, 13 years our family has made so many memories using their jumpers. Today for the first time the pick up didn't go great. Our backyard has a lot of dirt unfortunately. So our jumper did get dirt on it. When communicating with his wife (who has always been so sweet) I stated I would send my son out to collect the deposit. I then get picture which I will attach stating our dogs, who have been put away for two days now, left paw prints ALL OVER the jumper. The husband calls me and tells me to go outside to see it. I go outside because I'd like to see what he sees because I'd like to apologize if I saw them. He already is angry and tells me to look. I see one paw print and tell him I'm sorry this has never happened before. And he tells me he's never renting to me again I told him has this ever happened before he then says "no it hasn't" my husband comes out to defuse the situation. He hands my husband the deposit and says "we are never renting to you again" my husband says "no we are sorry it's never happened before." Instead of being a grown adult he goes ip to my husband and says "I'll take the deposits back then" I stopped my husband and told him no. We can rent else where. As much as the wife says they treat their customers like family, he does not. He can care less who he loses. I'm so sorry to the wife and the sons they have always been so sweet. I'm sorry for the one paw print and the dirt on this jumper. I wish your husband went about this a different way. You can see one print the rest was from deflating the jumper and getting wet from our sprinklers. Giving back the jumper like this isn't the best. But this was a new location we tried in our yard and it got dirty. I'm writing this review more so about the anger I witnessed today. But it seems he's like this a lot. read more

When contacting Serrano jumpers, I initially spoke with Michele and she was very helpful and kind. I kept adding to my order and she was more than willing to accommodate me. They, by the way, were the only people open on New Year's Day so I was very grateful for that. When dropping off the jumper, I asked if they could move it back and the older gentleman didn't seem to like that. He had an attitude and even made a grunting sound which i found very rude. After reading some of the reviews, it seems as though this a norm for him. Second complaint and probably why i won't rent with them again is because they put the tables, chairs, and heaters in the front and when i asked to move them to the backyard, they said they only put it in a secure location. Not quite sure what that means, because they put the jumper in the back so why not everything else. I'm assuming it's because it's more work for them. In setting up a party, there's already so much to do so moving 50 chairs, heaters, and 8 tables isn't ideal after everything else I had to get ready. This is the first company that has done that so it definitely threw me off. And it had nothing to do with pets because I have none. The kids were sweet and the girl who handled the paperwork was very professional. If the gentleman was more kind and if they were to put the rentals closer to where it would be setup, then they really would be perfect. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. read more

Unfortunately, the driver was rather rude and aggressive. We just asked one question, and he snapped back at us. It does not appear to us that he treats other people on his team right either. The jumper was okay overall, but the hose for the waterslide was not working properly and ultimately fell out. Because the driver acted aggressively upon drop-off, we did not mention this to them worrying about this guy's reaction. This encounter certainly left a bad impression and taste. I hate to leave negative reviews for small businesses, but this time I felt compelled because I don't want to be yelled at in front of my family by a vendor. It is really unfortunate. read more

I am having a really hard time doing this review as we have used Serrano Jumpers in the past, my parents have used them, and some of our friends too due to us referring them. Michelle has always been very courteous and professional and the children so polite, helpful and professional. We did have a friend share with us that they had such an awful experience with the man (assuming is the husband) being rude and unprofessional. I thought it may have been an isolated incident or maybe just having a bad day that. Unfortunately, WE had that experience yesterday and after reading the reviews looks like this man is rude and unprofessional. The moment he showed up he already had an attitude and his demeanor looked like he was irritated and just upset. His appearance, tone, attitude, just everything was off from the start. My husband was the first to greet him and I could hear from my room the tone in his voice. I went outside to make sure it was placed in correct way (unfortunately my husband had told him to put it in a way that didn't fit right). I politely asked if it could be moved back because the blue tarp was touching the wall, so to me it seemed as the pool would be up against the wall. In a condescending tone and attitude he tells me the jumper is size of the blue tarp. It took several going back and forth until he pointed out there are 2 tarps so there would be extra space. Again, talking to us in a rude tone and attitude as if we should have known what he meant or was talking about the entire time. My husband and I then realized after he pointed the blue tarp issue that the best would be to move it back a little more. He responded in such a rude way, even my husband offered to help pull the tarp back yet he continued to raise his voice and talk to us in the tone and attitude. The jumper hadn't been set up yet, it was just a matter of pulling back the tarps which again my husband offered to help and he told my husband no that he could do it. When I called him out on his attitude he then threatened to pack up the jumper and leave which I had no problem with at this point and asked for my money back! My husband talked him into leaving the jumper. I am so disappointed on how unprofessional, rude, and just awful representation of his business he displayed! He even was going off on his children! Meanwhile the children were so sweet and professional, especially the eldest daughter even after the way he was talking to them too.Whatever issues he had that morning should had been left at home. So sad that this man has caused and will probably continue to cost them to loose customers! Michelle and children you all have been great! read more

I rented with Serrano this past weekend and was disappointed in their customer service skills. They were on time, chairs, tables, jumper and tent all clean and in good condition but the gentleman who was with Michelle was super rude. In their txt msg confirmation they stated they would deliver The chairs and tables in the first secure area. To me this didn't mean right in my walkway after my first gate. I proceeded to ask him if he could just drop them off a little bit further which would have only been 4 to 6 more steps. He stated that that was against their company policy and if it was only 4 to 6 steps I could move them myself. As a customer paying for a specific service I figured he would have accommodated that for me. I was not asking for a set up or for him to deliver them across my yard. But he insisted and argued with me for over five minutes on why he couldn't do it. He told me he didn't need to service me and proceeded to start heading out. My husband insisted we continued with the delivery as he didn't think it was possible to find someone else overnight but with the number of Jumper and rental services within Ontario and Pomona I'm sure we could have found somebody else. If I could give them a 0 I would. Horrible customer service I had a jumper rental and I was in front of my house decorating and waiting for their arrival which never came. My phone didn't ring and I didn't hear them call so they canceled my order. I did make a mistake by not being attentive to my phone but I thought they were running behind as things happen. Once I checked my phone I found they had canceled my order. They went to the wrong house and I called to try to communicate with them because my daughter really wanted a jumper but they refused to answer me so my boyfriend called. The women on the phone kept saying they went to the house that had not access and couldn't deliver but that was not my address! The house they went to was an entirely different address if they took the time to look to their right they would have seen my address on the mailboxes further up from where they were. The husband told my boyfriend in a rude manner that they went to the house that gps told the which didn't match our address as our home is a new home. The husband refused to deliver my order and assist me. Clearly they have no customer service skills and don't believe in keeping their business name clean. Never going to be using them again and I will tell everyone about their poor service. Also people make mistakes I get that I didn't answer my phone but to refuse to deliver and make my daughter cry on her birthday is not okay. Next time show some compassion and empathy for people and try to make it right especially when you know how stressful party planning is. read more

I have use this company several times before. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding and they chose to cancel my order. I believe they did it to try and leave me stranded. Little do they realize these jumper companies are a dime a dozen I actually found one cheaper than them last minute. I have always written a check to this company and randomly they decide not to take them any longer. I told them going forward I may have to find another company, apparently they took that as a cancellation. After questioning why they were not there at their appointment time Michelle Serano got extremely rude blaming me! Cash companies are usually companies doing shady things! No business ethic. They claim I have not used them previous... that shows how "great" they treat their customers they don't have records. Or could that be because they don't operate a business and pay taxes and keep proper records. Check their insurance and business licenses in each city. read more
