So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! Our backyard has a lot of dirt unfortunately. So our jumper did get dirt on it. When communicating with his wife (who has always been so sweet) I stated I would send my son out to collect the deposit. I then get picture which I will attach stating our dogs, who have been put away for two days now, left paw prints ALL OVER the jumper. The husband calls me and tells me to go outside to see it. I go outside because I'd like to see what he sees because I'd like to apologize if I saw them. He already is angry and tells me to look. I see one paw print and tell him I'm sorry this has never happened before. And he tells me he's never renting to me again I told him has this ever happened before he then says "no it hasn't" my husband comes out to defuse the situation. He hands my husband the deposit and says "we are never renting to you again" my husband says "no we are sorry it's never happened before." Instead of being a grown adult he goes ip to my husband and says "I'll take the deposits back then" I stopped my husband and told him no. We can rent else where. As much as the wife says they treat their customers like family, he does not. He can care less who he loses. I'm so sorry to the wife and the sons they have always been so sweet. I'm sorry for the one paw print and the dirt on this jumper. I wish your husband went about this a different way. You can see one print the rest was from deflating the jumper and getting wet from our sprinklers. Giving back the jumper like this isn't the best. But this was a new location we tried in our yard and it got dirty. I'm writing this review more so about the anger I witnessed today. But it seems he's like this a lot.
