Rented 75 wooden white chairs and some round tables for a Golden Anniversary celebration. When the tables and chairs arrived they were filthy! The woman who answered when i called was so rude- and i was very, very polite when i explained we would like someone to come clean them. She argued and insisted their chairs were clean and she didn't have anyone to send to clean them! I explained that we really needed some help as the condition they were in was unacceptable. This past weekend we had our Company Picnic and I rented Jump Connections giant 20' water slide and snow cone machine with attendants. I have never seen anything so unprofessional. The water slide was not properly anchored, and the easy-up for their attendants wasn't anchored at all. The winds picked up as usual at Prado Regional and the water slide started leaning dangerously to one side. They didn't take it down, but let the kids play in the attached pool. Meanwhile a little later the easy-up was swept away by the winds and almost hit the children nearby, it was stopped by slamming into our covered shelter. Due to Jump Connection's willful negligence, adults and children were almost seriously injured. For the snow cone rental, I had to leave my party to purchase the ice and spoons for the snow cones, who would think ice and spoons wouldn't be provided. There were only 4 flavors, neither bottle was full, they were all left over from someone else's party. ALSO they didn't provide the pretty colored snow cone cups, they had coffee cups. I contacted the owner, Mike Spengler and he said he would refund me $20.00. Wow...really!!! I paid $560.00 and he was willing to refund $20.00 for their serious and willful negligence. He actually said to me that I should be happy that he didn't charge me for their attendant's easy-up. I hope you will learn from my mistake, do not hire this company for any event you have. read more

This business is horrible. They are rude and think they are better than you. We rented a water jumper from them for a children's program and they brought the wrong size blower. The jumper was large so it needed two blowers. The blowers were two different sizes and when we called them they argued with us telling us we were in the wrong. It was obvious the blower was the wrong size because the jumper kept collapsing. When they finally arrived to change the blower they kept with the story we were wrong. The son who arrived was rude to us when he got a call and told us we had to wait when he took his call. It does not make sense when we called them about a problem and then we are not their priority. If I could give Jump Connection a zero I would definitely do so. This place was the worst place I have EVER dealt with. From the actual machines to the customer service. I had ordered a margarita machine for my 21st birthday, I was super excited because my relative had ordered one for her party and it was pretty cool (not from jump connections though). So when the margarita machine arrived to my house the owners son (Shaun) was telling me and my family that his machine has been having problems but if we plug it directly into a power outlet that it should definitely work. He said his machine would not work with an extension cord, which I find really weird. Anyways, while he was explaining and showing me and my family how his equipment worked he started to cuss because he was spilling the mix all over the machine, which was not professional at all! He had also told us that after two hours the margarita mix would start to freeze. But after he had left and 4 hours gone by the mix did not freeze, we called the guy and told him the problem and he told us to take it inside the house and plug it in there because the power outside was too weak for his machine, which was really stupid because he knew we had steps to get up to the house and his big old ugly machine would not fit through the door in the first place. We said we would give him another hour and if it didn't work he needed to come fix it. After I hung up with him I started to notice that bugs and dirt were mixing inside the machine with the mix and my alcohol. I called him back right away and told him to come back and get his machine and refund me the money for the equipment AND my alcohol that he wasted in his piece of crap machine! He then told me he was "running around doing other things" and he "didn't know what to do" I told him he has a few minutes to call me back with a solution. His father, Mike the owner called me back and that's when all hell broke loose. This man is so rude it's disgusting. He pretty much laughed in my face the whole entire time telling me he will not give me my money back for the alcohol that his son wasted and that I had to wait hours for him to come and refund me. He also said that it was my fault his machines were dirty because I didn't look before his son poured the mix in. Which is pathetic because I'm pretty sure people expect these kinds of things to be clean way before they arrive to the place renting them out!! He was no help at all and he is suppose to be the owner? He should not even be a part of the business industry!! My advice DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! Spend your money else where! I rented a jumper for my sons 3rd birthdayfrom Jump Connection. When booking it the person I was dealing with was very pleasant and booked my event. (thats the 1 star) We communicated thru text and I gave my address and personal info. The person explained that I could contact Shaun for any updates and that the Jumper would be delivered between 8am and noon. Perfect since our party guest would be arriving at 2pm. So the day of the party comes and at 7:30am I call Shaun to see what the expected time of arrival would be and he says " I won't be able to deliver your jumper until after 4 pm today" I asked why and explained that that would not work for us, we had booked a week in advance for before 2pm..His response was "yeah..i am sorry about that but, I had these plans to go to the desert and I am out here and won't be able to make it to you until after 4 pm." He offered to let us rent a jumper on another date for $20..How nice, ruin our sons B-day because you wanted to go-to the desert but offer me another rental for $20..NO THANKS! So now I am left to scramble to find another Jumper that I can get same day delivery. I was more surprised that Shaun "had these plans for a long time..but yet he couldn't EVER reach out to us to let us know he was not coming." and as if it couldn't get any weirder he called me at 7:20pm the next day and said he was on his way to pick up the jumper!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS, YOU NEVER DELIVERED IT!!! So after me reminding him of our conversation on Sunday and me asking questions like "what does my house look like? Where did you put it? In the front yard or back? All which he could not answer because he was NEVER HERE ...he remembered. I don't know what is going on at Jump Connection but I will never recommend or use them again. read more

Jump Connection has low prices, it is true, however, once you get the product, you realize why. We only rented tables and chairs, and admittedly, we rented the cheapest possible, but the round tables were splintered and disgusting and the chairs were filthy, they weren't even wiped down and had soda all over them. The kids tables had puncture wounds in the actual tables, although the kid's chairs were nice. Umbrellas were in good condition. I called to get an idea of delivery early in the week, and was advised that I would need to call back later, to confirm time (not a problem, I get it) but when we got our call back, they advised that they could be there during a time that was inconvenient. When I called back to adjust the time, they said that since I didn't pay much for delivery and they would be in my area, that's when they delivered. Our party was on a Saturday, and they deliver on Friday. I requested to be put in the nose of the truck, to perhaps be one of their later stops, and after a little prodding they conceded to an hour delay. They advised that we could leave our back yard open and they would drop the product off, but we have dogs, and they would most likely try to bolt, plus, we don't want people we don't know roaming around in our yard, without us present and could potentially injure themselves and sue us. The delivery crew was very courteous and did put the rental in our back yard and showed us how to assemble and use the umbrellas. The driver gave us cards, and advised us to call for pick up on Sunday. Sunday morning, we call the driver, no answer, so we leave a message to call back. We get a call back 2 hours later, after calling the company directly, and getting a strange voice mail box that could have possibly been a wrong number (although I used the number on the card AND the Internet). The gentleman that called was hard to understand and gave us a 2 hour window later in the day (2-4pm). Now, the reason that we called early is because we actually have other things to do, other than sitting at our house waiting for them to pick up their product. We've already wasted time waiting for the call back, and now we have to wait for the pick up. If you are looking for a cheap rental, and customer satisfaction is not a priority, then Jump Connection is the place for you. If you actually have other things that you have to do, besides working around their schedule, then sometimes it is worth the money to pay more, remember, you get what you pay for. Rented 3 tables, 25 chairs and a popcorn machine. They arrived when they said they would. The tables were a little dirty, but, whatever, we wiped them down. They lose one star for that. I booked some tables chairs and a jumper three weeks in advance to be delivered on Friday for a Saturday noon birthday party. I called Sean Friday at six and he proceeded to tell me he didn't have any tables and that he had a large party that took up all the tables. What?..who runs their business like that?
