Renting property or equipment as a business practice means that the owner has a duty and responsibility for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of said property and equipments. This was so easy!!!! I called and ordered a very large round table, 12 chairs and a 6 foot, rectangular table. I was emailed the invoice, approved it and the items were delivered to my yard. The items were quickly picked up when they said they would do so. I just love it when you can tell you're dealing with pros! I ordered a few toddler tables and chairs for my son's birthday party for Jan 18th and I called the night before to pick up what was ordered and they did not pick up nor called back. I even texted them (it went through as an iMessage) and no text back. I called on the day off and still no response. Yelp said they're closed on Saturdays but their voicemail stated they're open from 9-3. They pretty much ghosted me on the day of the event and I was left to scramble to find another vendor last minute. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give more stars. I had a very difficult rental location with 150 year old brick work and I had to ask them to carry all of the tables, umbrellas, stands etc in by hand. I also had trouble getting in to the location and we had to wait around outside in the heat for someone to unlock the gate. The gentleman were so kind and professional even though I knew we were putting them out. They set up and broke down in no time, even with the restrictions. Also the quality of the rentals and pricing was fantastic. (I do not know anyone who works here and I was not asked to write a review.) I wish I had gotten the name of the lead guy who did the delivery he was so amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. I look forward to using them over and over. read more

I walked into Arcadia Party Rentals hoping to rent for Thanksgiving. I needed a few folding chairs and some plates. I arrived five days before the holiday and was told I could not rent from them because it was too late to order for Thanksgiving. I mentioned that I didn't need anything delivered. I would be happy to come pick it up and return it on my own. Without even checking to see what I needed to rent or if it was even available, they refused to rent to me, saying that they were full for walk-in pick ups. They mentioned the possibility of delivering these few items to me as an option, however, there would be an extra charge. I asked if I could pick it up two days earlier and pay an extra charge. I wasn't going to rent enough things to justify delivering them to me. Me driving to their business made more sense. They refused to allow me to rent two days in advance. They said they were too busy the day before Thanksgiving to allow me to pick up anything. How does this make sense? They were so unwilling to do business with me. I am not sure if the owners are the same as when Arcadia Party Rentals was in Arcadia. Before, they were very accommodating and helpful. I often rented items days before a holiday for pick up without any issue. Now, they were cold, and didn't seem to care if they had my business or not. That says a lot to me. I would not recommend this business. They clearly need the business and are unwilling to work with the customer. read more

Used them for Christmas dinner chair and cushion rentals. 20 chairs with 20 pads. Half the pads had broken straps that go around the chair backs. Be sure to ask for non broken pads. Also delivery man walked back into my house after I thought he was done and was nipped by my shih tzu and now he is literally SUING US! After it happened I asked if he was okay- yes yes yes, looked and No blood, Just tiny bruise marks from small dog teeth. Live and learn should have taken a photo of his bruised nip . I'm not happy. Great and convenient party rental place right in the heart of Arcadia! I needed a last minute order of stanchions and found this place via Yelp. I called them and they were able to accommodate my needs right away! I told them I would be picking it up in a few hours. I ended up coming earlier than expected, and to my surprise the stanchions were already prepped and ready for me! The people there assisted me to get it into my car, and in less than five minutes I was out the door! I came the next morning to drop off the stanchions and a little piece was missing, but they were so accommodating and told me it was okay, but of course if I found to turn it back into them. She took our order and was great at helping to select the appropriate tablecloths for the tables we already had. Scheduling delivery and pickup was super easy. The delivery was just as simple. I booked rental of some chairs at the last minute, a day in advance. Booking was easy and the chairs were delivered right on time several hours before my event. The wooden chairs with padded seats were not beautiful but they were acceptable. The following day they were picked up just a few minutes after they told me they would be. All in all, the service was very good. One caveat is that the delivery fee is substantial, more than the cost of the rentals. This wouldn't be a problem if you are renting a considerable amount of stuff. I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. read more

Came by to inquire some prices, the old woman who helped me was rude. When I had a question, she answered it as if I was extra. I can't help it, I am renting stuff for work, I have to make sure, they had a list of questions. As I was going down my list of items to inquire price for. She handed me their pamphlet with prices and told me to look there and moved on to the next person behind me. When I had more questions, non price related, I had to wait til she helped everyone else. We ordered tables and chairs for Thanksgiving which is their busiest day of the year. This did not impact their service at all. Ordering over the phone was very quick and easy. My mother is in a care facility and I wanted to have a birthday party for her a small one is still required some seating at the last minute (night before) I found out they didn't have folding chairs..... I was happy to learn that I can go and pick up chairs that would easily fit in the car was driving for a very nominal price no deposit required, I paid cash. When I arrived I saw they had quite a few different choices of chairs to choose from at different prices. The girls were lovely and even put the chairs in the car for me. It was a weekend and and the store was closed the next day which was Sunday. Kerosene not need to be returned until Monday which worked very easily. I didn't know this place existed until that day and I'm really happy with my experience there. Put simply, these folks are great. We held a "small" bridal shower for 40+ at our home. Outdoors with chairs, canopy, astroturf, etc. We walked in not really knowing what we were doing. They are so knowledgeable, that working up a quote with them was simple. They know what you need and how to do it. They showed up when they said they would to set it all up. I used Arcadia Party Rentals a few years ago for my mom's 70th birthday party and I was impressed with their pricing and service at that time. I hosted a garden party and so rented tables, chairs, linens and umbrellas. It turned out really cute! When planning my wedding, I went to another vendor that I have also worked with in the past because they have an enormous selection. However, my experience with the other vendor was very poor and so I decided to go to Arcadia Party Rentals and see what items they had that would work for my wedding. I am so glad that I went back there. the staff is very nice and helpful. It was towards the end of the day and I had just come from a horrific experience out in the valley at another vendor. I wasn't expecting the staff here to help me since I didn't have an appointment but i just wanted to get their info on my way home. They have a showroom that is easy to pop in and look at so I knew it wouldn't be a big deal. I was so surprised that they jumped in to help me right then and there. We went ahead and picked out every item and I had a quote within 24 hours! It was very reasonably priced and I am happy with the items. Next week, Tom is meeting me at the venue to measure the space for setup. I am very excited to be working with them b/c it has taken the stress out of this component. Renting items for a private estate is one of the biggest tasks on my wedding list and Arcadia Party Rentals has lessened my burden very graciously. They are down to earth and do an exceptional job in their explanations both in person and in emails.
