Party Powers did an amazing job delivering for our daughters Marine Corps graduation and birthday party in Irwindale. They were on time and friendly. We also reached out to them at the last minute, but they were still able to make it work. We ordered cocktail tables, small round tables, and white chairs. Everything came exactly how we needed it to, and helped make the party a success. We highly recommend and will be using them again in the future! read more

Rosie was great! She assisted me so much and helped when I had changes. They set up and broke down and it was one less thing I had to worry about for my daughters wedding Thank you party powers read more

Couldn't be any happier with Party Powers. We rented farm style tables, chairs and a few heaters for our small backyard wedding and they were beautiful! The crew was friendly & on time which is so important. I actually needed my rentals dropped off earlier than what was planned and they worked with me no problem. Pick up was easy, I didn't even need to be at the venue for pick up. Communications was easy and the prices were right! I will be keeping party powers in my back pocket for my future rental needs. Thanks party powers! You guys nailed it! read more

This review is late as my event was in December, but felt like I really needed to put out in the universe how great this business is. I was searching for a tent with draping, chairs and table clothes for an event and took a long time searching. I found this spot on Yelp and filled out a form on their website. A few days later I was contacted by Rosa and she was amazing. She was so friendly and answered all my questions and gave quotes. She was always quick to respond and making a deposit was simple. They came a day before my event and I was shocked how fast they worked and how beautiful the tent and chandelier were. The tableclothes and chairs were clean and they came the next day to pick up. I'm so happy I found them because I will def be using them for any future events. Great communication and very professional! read more

Party Powers has gone above and beyond for our event. Our venue has been incredibly difficult to work with, however, Party Powers has been extremely solution oriented. Every speed bump has been met with one creative solution after the other. (One solution was to crane up tent support over the side of a 12 story building in DTLA, and Party Powers didn't flinch). Another issue while setting up the tent, Party Powers had to do a last minute change the the tent that added extra cost to their team (because of the venue rules). This issue was resolved within the company at no additional cost to us. Event Day: On the day of the event, our tent was surveyed by the fire department. There was one small issue with a tether. I called David at Party Powers and he immediately sent someone out to make sure our tent met code. It was a last minute issue (only 2 hours before the party started) and Party Powers still was able to go the extra mile. The actual tent was beautiful, elegant, and kept our party warm. I cannot recommend Party Powers and their team enough. Both the product and the team there earned this 5-star review. read more

Super late writing this review considering it's been 2 years since our wedding! The first time I saw party powers on TikTok I followed them because their work looked amazing. I went on their website to look at their packages before reaching out & found what I was looking for. I reached out and their response was quick! We got so many compliments with how everything turned out. Our original plan was to have the tent completely closed because the event was going to be in the front yard and the house on the outside isn't the nicest. While they were setting up they asked if we were sure we wanted to close off the 4th side because it would take off a good piece of space we could use. They offered a solution & I did not mind spending a a couple hundred more because I appreciated the idea. After seeing them put everything up I think the price is definitely worth it. It takes a lot of work to do all the draping & to make it look nice. You are getting quality work! We absolute loved our set up & so did our guest. read more

Just booked some chairs and linens with this company for a party in January. I am giving a review on their customer service and prices, as the event hasn't taken place yet (will update after that). Rosa has been superb! So responsive and helpful. Their prices are also extremely competitive. My sister visited their shop before I finalized the order and could only say positive things about their displayed items, and the incredible customer service she received. read more

Rosa was very accommodating with delivery and pick up. Prices were good! Will definitely use again!

This company communicated quickly and effectively. They are responsive and also take accountability when minor hiccups happen. My daughter's quince looked amazing because the tent and other items we rented really made an impression! Would definitely recommend them! read more

This past week I contracted Party Powers to provide tenting, tables, chairs, linens, etc for my daughter's wedding reception. The reception was held in my backyard and provided an excellent space for the event. In December (the reception was scheduled for 02/03/24), so we had 2 months before the event. David, one of the contract specialist came to the house to measure for the exact specifications for the tent structure. The first thing I noticed was that he had no pen, no paper, and nothing to capture the information. As we walked him through the space he said he was taking "mental notes, and would remember the information. Fast forward to setup day, the day before the reception. The workers arrived with all the material only to find out that Davis had incorrectly measured the space. Because of David's miscalculations, the team had to pivot several times and try to correct David's mistake with their wit and ingenuity. Well, these two guys work there you know what off and they were able to make it work. Although there were several gaps in the tent that allowed some of the weather to come in (I thank God, it stopped raining long enough for the reception to go off) they did a great job of setting the tent up and creating an amazing space. So, I would give the workers a perfect five stars and recommend the company for their professionalism. However, I could not give them a perfect five stars because of David and his miscalculations. read more

Party Powers were perfect for my event. And I would definitely do business with them again!!! Great communication from David on providing a quote and details prior to the event. I only needed a few tables and chairs and they provided exactly what I needed. Everything was in great condition as well. David and Mitzi made everything so seamless with the drop off and pick up. With plenty of time before and after my event. They also have an online portal where you can pay the deposit and balance. Thanks again David & Mitzi! read more

I recently used this company for a graduation party and they were exactly what I was looking for! They worked with me every step of the way with a quote, drape color options, turf, tables, everything. I didn't want a tent for my event and opted for drapes along the fence for privacy, they had a large color selection which was perfect for my theme. I wish I had more pictures to show off their work but the drape work came out very pretty and just the colors I had envisioned for my theme. My favorite thing about them is their professionalism and how quickly they respond to any questions and even last minute changes I had. I look forward to using their services again. I will start recommending party powers to all of my friends and family for events. David was very helpful and accommodating went placing my order and changing my contract. When they arrived with my order, we realized there was a miscommunication with what was ordered. However, Sergio was amazing and with his quick thinking he was able to add tent draping and a side panel. Everything turned out amazing! read more

Party Powers - Jumper /water slide - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me - West Covina, California

I booked the Wavy water slide! The booking process was via text, but very quick. The kids loved the water slide. Only down fall is that the pool and the end of slide has to cushion underneath, so your literally landing on the hard ground ( setup was in the driveway). They called when they were on their way which was extremely helpful. Drop off was on Sunday morning and pickup was Monday morning. Only thing I found odd was being asked if the jumper would be safe at my property, I answered yes because I live in a nice neighborhood.... but there are sketchy people everywhere so I felt like I had to sleep with one eye open to make sure that no one stole the jumper ( it was in the front yard) luckily all went well, and I would definitely recommend & book with them again! read more

Excellent service all the way at. Great price, professional, and prompt. I rented a water slide jumper combo for 4th of July and initially I didn't like where they placed the jumper, cause we weren't going to be able to see the kids when they slide down from the patio area. I was looking for a jumper, online it said $210. I called and asked for the same jumper for 4th of July. He said $450!! Granted he said I could keep it for the 4&5th BUT I asked for one day. We're talking about more than double the price. That's ridiculous. I will submit a complaint because online it clearly says $210. False advertisement. I understand prices go up for holidays maybe but we're talking about $240 more than a regular day. Better business bureau here I come. read more
