I dont normally rent any jumpers but this past birthday our family had ordered one from Manny. He was good at communicating and prompt. We rented out a jumper for a Saturday, he dropped it off Friday and didnt pick up until Sunday, so technically we had it for longer than what we charged for. I guess he didnt need it since it wasnt booked and we didnt mind having it so we did not complain one bit. The whole process was simple, from booking, to payment, to pick up and drop off. It was easy peazy and I would do it again because for what he offers it was pretty affordable and good quality. Everyone loved it. Thanks guys! read more

Great Customer Service. I've rented from them many times throughout the years and they've never failed to meet my expectations.

Used Manny's Party Rental a while ago so this review is late. I booked everything through the website. I contacted Manny's through email to see if they could deliver the night before as I had a balloon vendor coming early morning. They said yes. A few days later, I wanted to be sure so I called and texted. They said Manny would be in touch. I got a new invoice with a new delivery date a few days later. Ok Cool. The day before the event, the delivery driver called confirming delivery for tomorrow. I said no, I have a new invoice that says delivery is today. He said no problem. So the delivery guy came over to set up the 20x20 canopy. The back wall was tied extremely crooked. Great. Asked him to re-do it but he didn't want to. Felt like it was an inconvenience to him. Uhm, walls cost extra $. So if it's not to my liking then I'm going to say something. Especially when other vendors are going to show up to decorate. Also, one of the metal poles left wet dirt on our cement. The dirt was from a previous party that the canopy was used at. My husband tried to fix the walls. Even the roof cover was drooping, hanging over the side all ugly. I saw my niece's canopy today at her party and it was a lot nicer with bright lights. Service was just nonexistent and the driver/delivery person didn't care at Manny's so I won't be ordering again. read more

I reserved a jumper from them years ago and I remembered the great service that was provided. This time, I was able to reserve the jumper on their website. Make sure to use their $5 off coupon code! Also, make sure to check your junk email for confirmation after you booked with them! I requested 1pm and they arrived around 10am which was fine with me. I requested to have it get picked up at 8pm so I won't be charged an overnight fee, but they said they were going to pick it up the next morning anyway. The man that dropped off the jumper swept and wiped down the inside of the jumper. Communication and service were really great! I will definitely go with them again! read more

I have been reaching out to this company for 6 days and have not gotten a response. Their website lets you go through the steps to place an entire order, only to not have any payment options at the last step. Then I get a text from an 800 number offering to help. When I reply to the text..... nothing. I won't be using this company. If this is how bad the communication is before placing an order I'd hate to see how it is when I'm waiting on a delivery for my party. Update: Gabby called me right after posting this review. She apologized for the communication issues. She placed my order by phone and assured me they would be prompt with my delivery. I am updating my review to a full 5 stars as a result. I will follow up after my event.... Thank you Manny's Party Rental read more

Reliable and reasonably priced! They emailed with what was to be expected the week of the party and were consistent with expectations. Communication was great and they were super flexible about pick up time frames. The jumper was well maintained and the kids had a blast. Would rent from them again! read more

Now, I didn't actually have the pleasure of renting anything from them as I had a last minute request on Super Bowl Sunday. Understandably, they were unable to fulfill my party needs,, but they provided the contact for another party rental company that could. I'll definitely reach out to them in the future simply because they were helpful and didn't just say they couldn't do it. Much appreciated! read more

Their website made booking for rentals extremely easy. During the time of purchase, there was a coupon code available that took $5 off! I rented chairs and tables for my events and the company was very responsive when we needed to contact them and responded in a timely manner. The only minor issue I ran into was that a few of the chairs and tables I received were dirty with mud smudges and a couple of chairs had small piles of dirt fall out as we were unfolding and setting up which caused a delay in our set up which we didn't anticipate having to clean spray everything down. I reached out to Manny and and he was extremely accommodating and polite about the situation and assumed full responsibility and offered compensation for the trouble. He replied super quickly and I loved that about their customer service. We rented on a busy weekend and the company asked if they could drop off the rentals a day early and of course, not a problem and the pickup time was 11:30 AM the next day. We stacked and set everything neatly to the side ready for pick up the night before and the employee came around 7 AM instead which I wasn't prepared to be awake for after an extremely long night. Besides all the minor issues, I would be down to give their company another try if I ever need rentals again. read more

I rented a jumper and table/ chairs for a party last weekend and was extremely disappointed to find the state that it was in. It was clearly a very old jumper. It didn't inflate fully and was EXTREMELY dirty! I had to go in with wet wipes just to make it look decent. I was also not happy with the fact that the jumper was not secured in any way - no stakes or sand bags were used. The toddler tables and chairs looked like they had gone through a beating. They were in rough shape. One of the tables was lop sided with two of the legs missing the rubber caps. They were also really dirty so I had to hose them down before the event. This was the first time renting from Manny's and needless to say. I will never be renting from them again. read more

We had our Christmas Party for Staff and Family at Foothill Gym on Friday. We ordered a bouncy castle for all the kids. They delivered in plenty of time. Super friendly and castle was perfect. Cleaned prior and set up for us. We actually had the castle inside the gym. Very reasonably priced. No unexpected issues, everything above expectations. Extremely happy. Sometimes you don't know how things will turn out when using a company for the first time, however Manny's is in my books from now on. Won't go anywhere else. Great party and perfect entertainment for all the kids. read more

10/10 EASIEST PLACE TO ORDER PARTY SUPPLIES FROM. I had an amazing experience with Manny's Party Rentals!!! I called Manuel "Manny" to get pricing on a jumper and some other items. He directed me to his website which is SUPER EASY to use. Its like Door Dash/Uber Eats for party supplies. You pick the items you want, choose the date and time and VIOLA! Manny was so easy to get in touch with. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating. The gentleman that brought everything to my home was very professional and prompt. He called to confirm drop off and gave me the option to come earlier so I had enough time for set up. SO WONDERFUL!! If you are hosting a party or event choose MANNY'S PARTY RENTAL! read more

Easy to book. Easy to communicate. Delivery and pickup are smooth. Really impressed with their service and will definitely book again.

The quality of the tables & chairs were excellent for the price, and service was great. The last-minute addition of space heaters was handled beautifully just hours before the event. We've used several party supply companies over the years, but will now only do business with Manny's. Thank you for everything! Doug Biery read more

Manny's Party rentals were very accommodating. I had a last minute party and called them. The girl I spoke to was very nice and helped me with my order. Their prices were very cheap. They dropped off a day early which worked out perfect since the kids got to spend more time with the jumper. Their delivery driver was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He helped me adjust some things and made some suggestions where I should place the jumper regarding the kids safety. Overall my experience was great and will be calling them again. read more

I think tone and friendliness dictates how a conversation will go. I called to get a quote, and immediately the women who picked up the phone had an unfriendly and demanding tone. When I asked for a specific quote, she wanted to know more details (I had already done my research and I knew what I needed), but I gave her the details anyway. She gives me a quote, then, when I asked what it included, the woman wanted to talk to me as if I was a child and clarify her stance. Not only is that unnecessary, it pushes people away. In my case, just as she saw me as a replaceable customer, this is also a replaceable business. Clarification is okay and welcomed, however, not when being talked down to like a child. Choices are important, and I took my business elsewhere. read more

Good communication. Good price. We were missing one chair but we didn't need that many so we were okay. Will likely get the service again.

I've used Manny 3 straight years in a row. Good prices, clean tables and chairs, great service. Highly recommend!

I'm so glad I rented with Manny. I order the party package, which had included 11x11 jumper, 4 rectangle tables, and 24 chairs for 1/15 party. They are very professional. Emailed me my rental invoice and followed up with a text letting me know they would drop it off on a Friday (party was on Saturday) and would pick it up on Sunday with no additional charge. The delivery and pick up person were nice and had asked how the party was. They were very quick and efficient. I would definitely rent with them again and refer them to family and friend. read more

If you're looking for a a variety of jumpers and additional rentals I highly suggest Manny! We're repeat customers and we will continue to be! The prices are very competitive but it's the customer service that keeps us coming back. Found this place online and decided to proceed & Book for my daughter's birthday. Her dad had called and spoken to a worker (not sure who) and they confirmed. Everything was set in stone. Party was set to be on a Tuesday, tomorrow August 16th. Instead of calling at an earlier convenience so her father could find another rental company- they called today MONDAY NIGHT-BEFORE THE PARTY & stated they wanted to call as soon as possible to let him know they had to cancel the event! This is obviously not an early notice since our party is tomorrow. Super disappointed at how late they informed us! I feel that was very unprofessional on their end. It would have been nice if they let us know earlier. I'm still in shock they decided to cancel the event literally the night before!!! Wouldn't recommend this place nor would I even book with them in the future. Unreliable and unprofessional read more

Got a jumper from Manny and he was super nice and considerate. I watched him set up and he cleaned the jumpers and he even disinfected them which is a big important plus right now. Someone was concerned there wasn't enough sand bags to weigh it down and he immediately added more to make us feel at ease. Easy online order, a lot of email reminders and communication, and easy set up and take down by the company. We had a great party thanks to them! read more

So happy with Manny's Party Rentals in every way! He has a website to place an order and it was easy to navigate. Manny called me the night before to confirm details and estimated arrival time. Super professional from start to finish. On the day of the delivery, Manny was thoughtful to consider the direction of the sun, so he set up the jumper at an angle where the kids would not burn their legs on the slide. The jumper was set up efficiently and cleaned before use. Upon pick up, Manny was courteous enough to knock on my front door to check in with me before entering the backyard. I really appreciated this as my previous experience with another company barged in unannounced while pitch black outside! Manny and his staff did it right. Great service, professional, and no hassle. I highly recommend him for anyone renting a jumper. read more
