My mom and I worked with Kathy to put together rentals for my baby shower. She invited us over to their showroom which was so helpful! We were indecisive about some of our needs and Kathy was able to advise with her expertise and experience. They have a wide selection of linens and sizes of tables which was great bc a lot of local rental spots didn't have the right inventory for our event or was too pricey. It was also so helpful to touch and feel the linens. What I loved was that they dropped off the rentals the day before and picked up the day after. They only charged us for one day. Other bids were charging to keep rentals for only 8 hrs and any overage would cost us. Kathy is great to communicate with via email. She was very responsive and when I couldn't answer my phone, she would text me. This is our second time using this service and we highly recommend it. The first time our daughter just rented chairs so we picked them up at the location and the woman working there was so nice and had great customer service! It's hard to find that anymore. Yuri came out to see the backyard a few months before the wedding and gave us an est of how many tables would fit and items that we would need for a wedding of 200, then when we went down to 180, Kathy quickly revised it with no issues. We did have a lot of Unused glass and pitchers but that was my fault Bc we opted out to place special water bottles instead of water pitchers at the last minute. Kathy was so sweet and helpful we had such a great first meeting and she continued to stay in contact with me to make sure we had the correct numbers and items needed for our special day. She even suggested other vendors for things they could not provide. Delivery and pick up was a breeze, their workers are very fast, kind and professional. The only negative was that we ordered gold chargers and almost all of them were so dirty we spent a lot of set up day cleaning them. The woman at the front desk (late post can't remember her name) was ALWAYS helpful and kind. We made a few last minute changes due to a fire in the area and it was effortless to make changes. They came and set up and took down for an additional fee which was great because It was the least of our worries on wedding day. This company SAVED my thanksgiving. I had another company lined up (wait until I review them, pissed off review coming). The other company had JDownloader me a time for delivery. No delivery, no answering phone calls. I called ALOHA at the last minute and they were able to help me get 3 eight foot tables, and 30 chairs THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING IN THE AFTERNOON. They caught their delivery truck in time to add my order. I was panicking because I'm hosting 45 people and I desperately needed the tables and chairs. Aloha Event Services provided a beautiful dance floor, outdoor runner, and chairs (outdoor ceremony) for our wedding at Castle Green. Kathy was great to work with, very informative, always prompt to reply to emails, and made working with them very easy. They were very flexible when we weren't sure what we wanted and made last minute changes. They even sent someone out to Castle Green to measure and double check that we had the right size of floor for our set up. I researched a lot of companies and found them to have very good fair prices which is a blessing when planning a wedding and you are on a budget because I think in general the wedding industry is way over priced. They are a recommended vendor for Castle Green so I knew they would be good (as Castle Green is a historical venue and has strict rules on things).
