We knew exactly what we needed (Table cloths, chairs, tables) and all items were in great condition. We were given a 2 hour delivery window and they came right on time. The delivery and pick up went smooth and the deliver people were extremely friendly and went out of their way for us. Even with last minute changes, Kathy was able to accommodate our party. I would definitely recommend Aloha for any rental services. I had contacted them in May and Kathy the office manager was so awesome and helpful. I am crazy and always very much on top of things so we shot back and forth at least 40 emails if not more up until the wedding. She kept helping me revise my rental order with all the updates. Had no idea up until a few days before the wedding, I got a better idea on my final count of rentals I needed. Best part, with the ever changing weather, the day of my wedding ended up having rain in the forecast. I was in vegas when I found this out and immediately contacted Kathy about canopies because my wedding was at the Monrovia Historical Museum (completely outdoors) Fortunately I was able to pick up the last 30x50 canopy and they helped me set up the day before. Even with the drizzles. I was stressed about not having all the rentals that saturday morning early enough for my caterer to set up but they did it. Not only that, Yuri the owner was there helping to drop off the day before. I was so glad I met him. He was so nice and genuinely understood my stress on the rain. He helped me out by throwing in a couple pop up tents no charge. I was a hot mess trying to figure out how I was going to fit the dj, the bar, the photobooth along with the ceremony and reception all under this canopy. Mind you we had to move things around after the ceremony but all in all, Aloha rental definitely helped out! I would highly recommend them. read more

Aloha Event Services provided all of the rentals for my wedding. Before choosing Aloha, I compared numerous companies, and visited a total of four. These guys were the absolute BEST when you break it down to quality, price, and customer service! I met with Kathy at their warehouse / offices in Irwindale, and she was more than happy to spend time answering my questions, showing me their inventory, talking about color options, and giving suggestions based on her years of experience. I knew I was in good hands!! She was always prompt replying to emails, and had no problem revising our quote over and over. Our caterer decided to add on a handful of rentals the day before our wedding. I don't know if it's typical to add things on so last minute, and I tried not to let it stress me out... Luckily, Kathy was able to get the items our caterer wanted, and keep me from turning into a bridezilla. Love these guys, and would hire them again in a heartbeat! read more

Aloha Event Services came recommended by the wonderful staff at our wedding venue (Castle Green). We contacted a few places and Aloha Event Services was one of the more professional and prompt vendors that we encountered during the planning process. Their prices were also very competitive which was a huge bonus for us since we had a strict budget. As soon as we booked everything, it was all taken care of with no other surprises or snags along the way. This peace of mind was priceless for us. Kathy at Aloha Event Services was a complete joy to work with in planning my wedding. She helped me find ways to keep costs down, was abundantly patient through my obsessive analysis of minutiae, and replied to each and every email immediately. I also met Yuri briefly on my last visit, and he was also a gem-the two of them made sure to locate last-minute additions of matching cake cutter and cake server which they didn't have on hand; they assured me they'd locate some for me and I never thought twice about it, or needed to. The rentals themselves were of fantastic quality and delivered and picked up seamlessly; the personal, professional and warm service from Kathy made planning feel so much easier. Thanks so much, Kathy and Yuri! read more
