I would definitely recommend Aloha for any rental services. I had contacted them in May and Kathy the office manager was so awesome and helpful. I am crazy and always very much on top of things so we shot back and forth at least 40 emails if not more up until the wedding. She kept helping me revise my rental order with all the updates. Had no idea up until a few days before the wedding, I got a better idea on my final count of rentals I needed. Best part, with the ever changing weather, the day of my wedding ended up having rain in the forecast. I was in vegas when I found this out and immediately contacted Kathy about canopies because my wedding was at the Monrovia Historical Museum (completely outdoors) Fortunately I was able to pick up the last 30x50 canopy and they helped me set up the day before. Even with the drizzles. I was stressed about not having all the rentals that saturday morning early enough for my caterer to set up but they did it. Not only that, Yuri the owner was there helping to drop off the day before. I was so glad I met him. He was so nice and genuinely understood my stress on the rain. He helped me out by throwing in a couple pop up tents no charge. I was a hot mess trying to figure out how I was going to fit the dj, the bar, the photobooth along with the ceremony and reception all under this canopy. These guys were the absolute BEST when you break it down to quality, price, and customer service! Couldn't have been happier. We had a backyard wedding for approx 150 people and used Aloha. (6/23/12) Kathy was extremely helpful and followed up all the time. They delivered and picked up exactly when they said they would and the items were in great condition.
