I have used Aloha Event Services for several of my nonprofit organizations events, and I would not go anywhere else! They have been no less than amazing to work with each and every time.Kathy is very thorough in making sure that everything we needed was available, and even made great suggestions for additional things I hadn't thought of. Since I'm not really a good "party planning" person (but I'm forced to do it for my job sometimes), this is extremely helpful otherwise I would most certainly not think of these things on my own. Kathy even surprised me by emailing me the next year before I had even started planning for the event, to offer help in reserving the rentals I would need. Now that's what I call great customer service! I also had some very particular concerns about when the rentals needed to be delivered before the event and picked up after the event - normally this would be a huge cause for worry for me, but Kathy and her team have made sure it's taken care of like clockwork each time. Let me tell you, I have enough other details to stress about, and it's a HUGE relief that I can check the rentals off my "worry list" and know they'll be taken care of. Aloha's team is super reliable. I'll keep using Aloha for my events, and I highly recommend them for any event you may have where you need event rental equipment. They're top notch! read more

Aloha Event Services saved the day! I work for a General Contractor with 80+ employees. For our Company Christmas Party I was tasked with procuring some random party accessories like tables, chairs, runners, large standing heaters, seat covers...etc. With a stroke of luck, I contacted Kathy at Aloha Event Services. She "hooked-it-up", a one stop shop for everything I needed. They delivered the morning of the party, showed me how to safetly operate the propane heaters and came early the next day and picked everything up. Kathy made things really easy and suggested items that I would of forgotten. If my Company would just have more parties... we would use Aloha more! read more

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Aloha Event Services! Yuri and Kathy are a dream. They are incredibly responsive--usually replying to emails and calls within minutes - and they really make you feel like you are their only client. Not only that, but they have the ability to translate your wants and wishes into reality by sitting you down and helping you figure out where your priorities are and how to get the most for your budget. Thanks to them, my wedding was absolutely perfect! They are two of the sweetest, most informative people you'll ever meet and absolutely crucial on the day of. I would recommend them to anyone. - Lindsey and Marc Lottie read more

I own Happy Trails Catering and use Aloha Event Services exclusively for my party rental needs. I rely on Aloha Event Services to provide me with high quality equipment, that is well maintained. Their chairs are newly painted, their GBS linen colors always match and the silver plate comes polished and packaged in sterile plastic packages. Kathy is the go to person for orders over the phone, and is always cheerfully helpful. Yuri and his team are always willing to be flexible on delivery times and helpful setting the equipment up. Everyone at Aloha Event Services is considerate of my client's needs and willing to bend over back wards to accommodate. read more

We just recently used Aloha Event Services for a large gathering at our facility. It was a fairly last minute reservation, but Kathy was kind enough and professional enough to provide us with exactly what we needed. The service was outstanding and the set-up/tear-down was quick and easy. In fact, the power went out later in the day (after the event was over) and their crew was still able to tear-down everything in the dark in under an hour. Simply great and professional attitudes from the staff. We have another event coming up soon that we'll be contacting them for. Highly recommend. http://www.ranchoduartegolfcourse.com/Home.html read more

We used Aloha Event Services for the rental of our wedding reception tables, chairs, and linens and had a wonderful experience. They helped us decide what we needed without overselling us, delivered everything on time, and set it up just the way we wanted it. The linens were spotless, the tables were level, and each and every chair would be the one that Goldilocks would choose. They picked up their equipment on time and worked quickly to put the room back together for its next use. We wouldn't hesitate to use them for our next event and we highly recommend you use them too. read more

We used Aloha Event Services to provide a canopy for our Conours for our Rolls-Royce Owner's Club Annual Event at Santa Anita - The race track changed our location (that we have had for over 30 years) at the last minute - We were worried about this change by the Aloha crew took care and the time to call us and we talked them through it - they got the canopy in exactly the right spot - they helped make our event a success. Will look forward to working with them again next year. read more

From the first phone call to the final pick up, Aloha delivered first class service! They were willing to deliver and pick up on the same day (Sunday) which was a commodity hard to find. They came out early to help us decide what would work best for our venue. They made changes as things came up, including an unscheduled pick up and leaving extra chairs they had in the truck from another event. Thank you Kathy, Yuri and team! We'll spread the word! read more

I recently rented a large tent, lighting, tables and chairs for a 60th birthday party at the Monrovia Historical Museum patio area. Aloha Rentals costumer service was outstanding as they promptly responded to any inquiry prior the event and set up the items early the morning of and all that we had to do was decorate. Their prices are reasonable as well. I would definetly recommend their services to others. read more

Kathy and Yuri are the BEST! I was working with another company for an event I was planning and they were totally giving me the runaround so 4 days before the event I didn't trust that they would come through for me - and it wasn't a special order or anything. I've been using Aloha (formerly McRons) for over 10 years. I always had a good experience. I'm the president of the LA Music Academy in Pasadena, and use them for graduations and special events from renting tables, chairs and table cloths to setting up a tent for 200 people. I had no problem with the old owners, and I wish the new ones good success read more
