I have used Aloha Event Services for several of my nonprofit organizations events, and I would not go anywhere else! They have been no less than amazing to work with each and every time.Kathy is very thorough in making sure that everything we needed was available, and even made great suggestions for additional things I hadn't thought of. Since I'm not really a good "party planning" person (but I'm forced to do it for my job sometimes), this is extremely helpful otherwise I would most certainly not think of these things on my own. Kathy even surprised me by emailing me the next year before I had even started planning for the event, to offer help in reserving the rentals I would need. Now that's what I call great customer service! I also had some very particular concerns about when the rentals needed to be delivered before the event and picked up after the event - normally this would be a huge cause for worry for me, but Kathy and her team have made sure it's taken care of like clockwork each time. Let me tell you, I have enough other details to stress about, and it's a HUGE relief that I can check the rentals off my "worry list" and know they'll be taken care of. We were glad to come in contact with Aloha Event Services. First of all Kathy that answered the phone was very helpful and helped us stay under our budget. Second she met our need for getting chairs and tables delivered at the time frame we needed. Yuri the driver was so great and he set up our tables and noticed I was a Vet, He thanked me for my service and ask he there was anything else he could do for us. I told him we might be short on chairs and he was willing to go back to the shop and pick up some more. Aloha Event Services saved the day! I work for a General Contractor with 80+ employees. For our Company Christmas Party I was tasked with procuring some random party accessories like tables, chairs, runners, large standing heaters, seat covers...etc. With a stroke of luck, I contacted Kathy at Aloha Event Services. She "hooked-it-up", a one stop shop for everything I needed. They delivered the morning of the party, showed me how to safetly operate the propane heaters and came early the next day and picked everything up. We just recently used Aloha Event Services for a large gathering at our facility. It was a fairly last minute reservation, but Kathy was kind enough and professional enough to provide us with exactly what we needed. The service was outstanding and the set-up/tear-down was quick and easy. In fact, the power went out later in the day (after the event was over) and their crew was still able to tear-down everything in the dark in under an hour. We used Aloha Event Services to provide a canopy for our Conours for our Rolls-Royce Owner's Club Annual Event at Santa Anita - The race track changed our location (that we have had for over 30 years) at the last minute - We were worried about this change by the Aloha crew took care and the time to call us and we talked them through it - they got the canopy in exactly the right spot - they helped make our event a success. I recently rented a large tent, lighting, tables and chairs for a 60th birthday party at the Monrovia Historical Museum patio area. Aloha Rentals costumer service was outstanding as they promptly responded to any inquiry prior the event and set up the items early the morning of and all that we had to do was decorate.
