Instead, the delivery showed up the morning of, cutting it way too close. Worse, 3 of the tablecloths were completely stained and unusable. When I called the owner, her response was, "I already left the store, I'm not turning around. You should have checked beforehand." Zero accountability, no offer to help, and a flat-out refusal to refund us for the damaged items. This was an important day for our family, and this business added stress instead of support. This event is the Chamber's installation of the Board, while also recognizing the Business of the Year, the Small Business of the Year, and the NPO of the Year. I have attended this event for the last 4-5 years, and it was always the same, templated event. So, when I was put in charge, I wanted to level it up. I worked with one of our fellow Board members to craft an elevated, theme 1920's event with live music, cigar lounge, cigar girl, and some immersive experiences. This is where 100 House stepped in... and I was so happy they did. They helped us build out our Cigar Lounge with plush seating and fire pits, set up a dynamite stage and backdrop, provided beautiful seating for dining, and helped create a one-of-a-kind entryway as a photo op experience. Wow! They worked with me at every stage, provided a layout, and were on the dot with my production schedule. Their set-up team was stellar and had so much hustle, like it was their event. And, the strike team came back after the event and left the space as if they were never there. I will absolutely be using Hundred House again for all of my events this year... and hopefully for years to come.

I tried to work with them and guide the driver so we could still make it happen, but he was extremely rude, sounded irritated, and then literally hung up on me mid-conversation. After that, no call back, no update--nothing. When we finally got in touch again, he casually said he had already left, like it was no big deal. Meanwhile, we were left scrambling last minute trying to figure out seating for our guests. It caused unnecessary stress and put our entire event at risk. Completely unacceptable. Carmen's Party Supply agreed to the order, failed to deliver, and showed zero accountability or professionalism. We were throwing a party for about 100 guests and needed tables chairs etc. Called them up and got general pricing and info over the phone, if you speek Spanish it will be easy to converse. Went down to their location a few days later to pick out linen colors, finalize the deal and leave a deposit. There was only one girl working so there were interruptions but that's the way it goes in a small business. They delivered the items we ordered exactly on time Friday afternoon. The tables and chairs were clean and in good condition. The linens were the right colors and very clean. They counted everything off to make sure it was all there. The bar was easy to set up and in good shape. They showed up on time Sunday morning and picked up everything with no problems. Our experience went off without one problem.
