First I would like to state that I was a bit on a time crunch due to cancellation of another company. Had there been enough time I'm sure things would have worked out differently, but the communication from this company was bad. First I contacted for pricing and availability and was told to go online and send a message due to them streamlining their requests, ok sure. I wait 2 days as it states and I receive nothing. I call them to inquire if they got my request and was told they were busy and they would let me know the next day if they were available. Next day comes and nothing, I call again and they say they think they have availability but are waiting to hire a driver and let me know. This was Friday, I don't hear anything until Monday when I call. They tell me they aren't available. It took 6 days for them to tell me they can't do my party. I understand you are busy, but I would rather you be upfront and tell me you can't do it instead of me calling and feeling like I'm pulling teeth. I wasted time waiting on their responses. read more

Terrible company, will never do business with them. I had a bouncer reserved for my son's 3rd birthday. It was supposed to arrive 7am on the Friday before the party. It didn't show. At 10am I called to see where it was. The man who answered was rude and said it was going to be canceled because the forecast showed rain on Saturday. First of all, their weather advisory document says it can't be used in heavy rain or winds over 15 mph, not that it can't be used in precipitation at all. Second, he just wasn't going to tell me it was canceled??! Terrible business practice just to no show and wait for the customer to call to tell them it is canceled. Luckily I found another company who took my last minute reservation and my son and his friends had a blast jumping in the bounce house in between light mists. read more
