Hop Skip N'A Bounce couldn't have been easier to work with! I was helping to plan a movie-themed graduation party, and we were looking for a cute old-timey popcorn machine and a hot dog roller. I appreciated that HSNaB has a good website and photos of their inventory. I had a phone call with Greg and he was available by text for my follow-up questions. The rental rates were very reasonable, free delivery because the event was in San Dimas, and he was very accommodating on the delivery window. The popcorn machine came with 75 bags and servings of popcorn/butter... I ordered another 75 to be on the same side but it was probably too much! The machines came with very easy instructions. Thank you, Greg and your team, for making our party more special! I'm glad I found this place! read more

A hit with the kiddos! We got a jumper from Hop Skip N' A Bounce for my daughter's first birthday. I wanted one that had a ball pit so that the littles had a place to safely play while the big kids wore themselves out. They had just the thing! If there is a jumper you have in mind, they probably have it. Looking forward to working with them again. read more

Owner was very helpful. Delivery guys were quick and friendly. Pain and hassle free experience.

I was very pleased with the service provided. I ordered the blue jumper with the dry slide and ball pit for my daughter's birthday. This company is very professional and has a very good website that is upfront with pricing. The jumper arrived on time and was very clean. I was impressed at how clean it was as I've seen some really beat up and dingy jumpers at other parties. They provided a thorough and lengthy contract, but it was easy to read. They have an extensive inventory of jumpers and we're very responsive to my request and questions via Yelp and email. Prices are very competitive as I called 2 other local places. read more

Hop Skip & A Bounce was great! Planning a child's birth party may be stressful; I informed Hop Skip & Leo that I needed assistance with setup and disassembly, and they provided an estimate to take care of everything. * Leo handled all permits with the city * 2 bouncer setup * Full setup of tables, tents & chairs * Full take down of tables, tents & chairs Hop Skip made my event day easy allowing me to focus on the party Highly recommend especially for anyone in Diamond Bar needing park permits read more

First I would like to state that I was a bit on a time crunch due to cancellation of another company. Had there been enough time I'm sure things would have worked out differently, but the communication from this company was bad. First I contacted for pricing and availability and was told to go online and send a message due to them streamlining their requests, ok sure. I wait 2 days as it states and I receive nothing. I call them to inquire if they got my request and was told they were busy and they would let me know the next day if they were available. Next day comes and nothing, I call again and they say they think they have availability but are waiting to hire a driver and let me know. This was Friday, I don't hear anything until Monday when I call. They tell me they aren't available. It took 6 days for them to tell me they can't do my party. I understand you are busy, but I would rather you be upfront and tell me you can't do it instead of me calling and feeling like I'm pulling teeth. I wasted time waiting on their responses. read more

Great response. Great service and nice bouncing house. Wish I am close enough so no need pay delivery fee

This was so much fun. I had only ordered a bounce house once and it was for my wedding, so I wasn't really too involved in the actual jumping and playing. After this last year, we wanted to treat my daughter and her cousins to a very fun day. We had just moved to Glendora and I was looking up local bounce houses to set up in the front yard. Hop skip and a bounce came highly recommended through people like you here on yelp. I gave them a shot and they 100% delivered. Exceptional service, great prices, and a wonderful selection. I don't often need bounce houses in my day-to-day life, but the next time I do, I 100% without any questions will order from them again read more

Let me just cut right to the chase: **I will never use any other company again for a bounce house rental!!** I literally could not ask for more in terms of: location, customer service, quality of product and price. Bernadette was so professional and gracious with the stressful weather forecast for my daughter's party and my going back and forth on dates. Everything turned out perfect. Thank you so much for working with me! We'll be using your services again this summer. read more

I used this company for the first time this past weekend for a small birthday gathering for my 4 year old. The man that came to set up was super professional, very nice, tarped the whole area, sanitized the whole jumper, and explained how to work it before he left (it was our first jumper/water slide combo). Super reasonably priced and on time. My kids had such a great time. Definitely recommend and will use again. read more

Terrible company, will never do business with them. I had a bouncer reserved for my son's 3rd birthday. It was supposed to arrive 7am on the Friday before the party. It didn't show. At 10am I called to see where it was. The man who answered was rude and said it was going to be canceled because the forecast showed rain on Saturday. First of all, their weather advisory document says it can't be used in heavy rain or winds over 15 mph, not that it can't be used in precipitation at all. Second, he just wasn't going to tell me it was canceled??! Terrible business practice just to no show and wait for the customer to call to tell them it is canceled. Luckily I found another company who took my last minute reservation and my son and his friends had a blast jumping in the bounce house in between light mists. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. We live in a small condominium with a small back patio and they were able to accommodate us with the perfect mini jumper. Our jumper was setup quickly, sanitized before use, and ready within minutes. The pickup was just as fast and easy. The gentleman that delivered and picked up the jumper was very kind, courteous and professional. Everything from our initial contact for reservation to the last minute of pickup with a great experience. We highly recommend them! I rented a small mini bounce castle for my daughter's 3rd birthday and it was perfect for my small front yard. Easy booking and a great price for a flat rate to rent for the whole day (12 hours). Leo was very friendly and is following Covid guidelines with delivery and set up, which is also printed in your rental contract. He ensures that the inside of the bouncer is cleaned and sanitized before he leaves it for your use. We had great fun with the bounce castle and look forward to renting one again! I called twice to ensure the bouncer I wanted was available and would fit my area. He ensured me and told me how to proceed with booking online. He told me to book delivery for 2 hours before the event started. I booked, got confirmation then 2 hours later got a call saying they could be there at 12:30... the event starts at 12! I booked delivery for 9:30! He was apologetic, but still not able to get me the product that I reserved and called to ensure was available! Will not be working with them ever. read more

Had to write this review. This was my first time renting a bouncy castle and I had a wonderful experience. I shopped around and this company gave me the best service and price for a jumper for my son's birthday. I spoke with Leo and he took the time to explain everything. Prior to the day of my event I received a reminder. Then the day of the event they arrived on time and needed little from me to set up. I don't want to make this a long review but it's been a while since I've come across this type of customer service and feel the need to mention everything. I'll wrap it up quickly: Pros: -Clean jumpers (seriously they wiped them again after it was inflated in my yard) -Friendly service -Reasonable price and no extra charges for little things Cons: None that I could see I'll definitely use them again. read more
