I needed table, chairs and a jumper for a last minute family barbecue. I turned to Yelp for help and requested quotes to 3 jumper companies including I.E Jumpers. IE Jumpers were the first to response and very informative. They were also the most reasonably priced. All our communication was through yelp and they were very responsive. Frank and Louie dropped off the items the night before our barbecue. Both men were very nice, respectful and friendly. They let my boys talk their ears off too. Set-up was quick and they cleaned the jumper after set-up. Pick up time was set for Sunday morning and they texted me when they were on their way. Quick, reliable, and responsive company. Let me start off by saying the one who delivered the bouncy house (I think is the owner) is very nice, punctual, and a family man. They had the best prices and gave me an invoice upon arrival. Zero accountability for bringing the wrong bouncer to my one year olds party. My aunt let them (we were running last minute errands) and once we returned home, we realized the wrong bouncer was brought. This was after 2 months reservation, text photos and confirmation as well as speaking with them. I needed the bouncer with the tiny slide and tiny pool/ball pit. They brought the one with the giant slide and no ball pit area. I kept calling them and they kept saying "we'll call you back" and with 3 hours before the party there was time. Time kept passing and I kept having to call back and finally was answered with "yea we can't do anything about it, we have it to someone else" so it was clearly overbooked. Not exactly sure how they thought i would be ok with having a giant slide and no ball pit area for a bunch of one year olds but they very clearly didn't care. Finally 20 minutes before the party I tell them they need to figure something out or take the wrong one away since it's useless. He finally said he would just bring the other attachment (a giant pool/ ballpit area) and showed up 30 minutes into the party.. still the wrong one but as least useable. Awful service.. read more

Called and received a quick call back and within a few minutes Rental was completed!...Very Professional and courteous staff..arrived on time, Slide was very clean and set-up only took a few minutes and they were able to accommodate the slide to use directly into our in ground pool (no pool attachment).
