Good prices, not so good service-- I recently rented some chairs from them, and it was not a great experience.
1. Upon calling for the reservation, the lady I spoke with (her name was Esmeralda) said that they would be calling the day before I needed the chairs to schedule the delivery time depending on how many deliveries they had that day. They never called me ahead of time to tell me when they would deliver. Instead, I received a phone call from a man (while I was away from the house) saying that the chairs were already delivered and that they had gone into my backyard and left them there on the side. I was very disappointed with that because not only is it a liability to me that they just left them there without my knowledge, but they went into my backyard without permission, and I didn't get to check out the chairs in front of them before they left.
2. I was right about checking the chairs before they left. One of the chairs didn't have a seat cushion and was not useable, and by the time we were setting the chairs up for the evening event, the office was closed and there was no way to contact them. I called the office immediately upon noticing the chair and left a voice message telling them about the chair and asking them to call me before they came the next day to pick up.
3. Again, they never called. At 8am the next morning, they rang the doorbell without calling ahead. I explained to the guy that I had called last night about one of the chairs not being useable and he had no idea what I was talking about. He told me to talk to the other guy that was there to pick up with him, and when I showed the other guy the chair, of course, he didn't speak english very well. He just nodded and said "Oh, okay." No apology, nothing. I was so shocked that even though I knew how much the total would be minus the one chair, I was curious and still asked what they thought the total was before writing the check, and they both totally forgot about the broken chair and told me the initial amount. Seriously? I flat out said that I wasn't paying for a chair that I couldn't use and they just very nonchalantly said "Oh yeah, oh yeah." I was so annoyed by their unprofessionalism that I just wrote the check and sent them off instead of continuing to try to talk to them.
Everything was still set up when they got there that morning, so they were able to see that it was a formal sit-down dinner where every chair mattered because I had to use an odd chair in the broken one's place. Yet, when it was brought to their attention, they didn't even care. They obviously don't pay any attention to the condition of their products, and are so unprofessional. Upon initially taking the broken chair out of it's cover, my sister suggested that I demanded a discount or some sort of compensation, but how the heck does she expect them to offer a discount if they can't even offer an apology.
