William and his team of movers do great work. I've used them twice already. Very reliable, dependable, courteous. They helped me with a moving event (if you want to call it an event). But having a huge, heavy, long sofabed with a queen bed in it, they systematically, miraculously managed to move it out through a tight door so smoothly. They're great at organizing loads of boxes. They work real hard and do not disappoint! The moving service is separate from their party rentals biz. Need some trustworthy movers? Call William for a free estimate. He responds almost immediately and his customer service is better than anyone I have ever worked with. We did a celebration of life for my mother-in-law and I wanted someone I could count on. The last time I tent tables and chairs was over a year ago, so this time when I called a second time he answered with "Hello Kristine" I was very impressed most companies dont save your number but William did. Now back to the product and service I rented tables and chairs the chairs of course very clean and bright white not that ugly yellowish color, tables very sturdy, and I rented 4 stand alone umbrellas they were beautiful i would highly recommend them for all events. They where White and the pole was dark brown and the base was very good quality . I will not call anyone else for my events. Party rental spot only with little tents. I asked for a 20x30 tent and they didn't even have it. To top it off they have to sent up and deliver. Trying to say the tent is engineered a certain way that only they can set up. Lmfao. Then I had to settle with a 20x20 and was quoted $225 plus $35 delivery and pick up fee lol. My event is only a mile and a half away. But let go has tents for $100. All these other reviews are fake reviews. We had so many things change (honestly over 100 emails over a year and a half). His communication is amazing - he would answer emails, calls and texts within minutes. William was ALWAYS patient and kind and had our best interest at heart. Bella Noche has almost everything you can think of, and if he does not, he will find it for you! We set-up on a Friday and he even came to the venue the day-of I'm Saturday to make sure everything was in order. I liked that he also treated his workers kindly. He called to pick up earlier than expected due to being shorthanded, which was fine except we hadn't loaded the chairs on the cart (they were folded, though). He graciously loaded the bulk of the chairs, which I thought was nice. Not the cheapest prices, but they're fair considering the quality and exceptional customer service. From day 1, he has been so helpful and I honestly feel that if I would have never met William, my wedding day would have never turned out as great as it did. He was the best vendor I had. A+ products and services. My mother in law called about 40 rental companies to find someone to provide tables, chairs, linens and lighting. It got narrowed down to about 5 companies. We took a Saturday and visited each one. When we visited most places, we were just asked what we needed. I never planned a wedding before so I knew the basics but not everything. The wedding was in a backyard. So the venue had to be set up from the ground up. So I wasnt sure if I was missing anything. Other companies gave me generic prices and generic service. When I got to William, he sat me down, had color samples ready for me based on our conversation. He showed me the quality of his products. How he used resin chairs instead of wood chairs. The table linens we were using were cotton and not polyester. We discussed weather. My concern was that I didnt want to pay for a tent for my outdoor wedding if it wasnt going to rain, but I wanted to be prepared. He even offered to start looking at the weather a few weeks before the event to determine if a tent would be needed (fortunately we didnt need a tent). Staying within budget was definitely a concern for me. He offered alternatives. Like, instead of using full drape linens, use lap length linens to save a couple extra dollars. I needed some last minute things like a cooler, champagne and wine glasses. He had some available days before the wedding and was able to reserve some for me. William and his team worked hard for set up and breakdown. The quality of the linens, chairs, arch and lighting were great. He alwats answered or returned any calls or messages. I single-handedly planned a college graduation party for my daughter. After selecting the perfect venue and narrowing down the menu I thought everything else was going to be a breeze. I was wrong! I could not find someone to provide a dance floor for the late Saturday evening hours that I needed without charging me an extravagant amount for delivery and pickup. Then I did a web search and found William at Bella Noche. He was very courteous and professional. I explained my situation and the problems I was experiencing in securing a dance floor. In turn, he offered a few options to accommodate my needs and together we were able to come to an agreement and resolution to my predicament.
