I'm currently six months pregnant and when they set up my baby shower, I thought it was weird that they left so fast. My mom ended up calling me and telling me that There are a bunch of Dirt marks everywhere On the tent! I thought this was supposed to be a luxury service type of Party rental, And they did a horrible job plus they left a bunch of zip ties on the floor. The girl Jessica I spoke with was accommodating, but she tried to blame my House for having Dirt and rocks on the floor when I clearly told her on Instagram that we had cement. I don't appreciate them, trying to blame me for the dirty drapes that they tried to put up, And I made them come the next day to fix it, It was unfortunate that I wanted it white and blue drapes and they said they didn't have any so I had to stick with cream and white drapes! Plus the set up that they put was horrible because clearly the sun was going to hit my guest and they Did not cover up that area the first time ! I did not have a good experience with them and I do not recommend them at all. Plus, They still had the decency to block me on Instagram. I want my money back because they did not deserve over $1000 for my husband and I, For the service and the drapes that they gave us was shit. Everything at my baby shower was fine except for my tent experience ! I do not recommend them, Please be aware about them because They are very shady and are not that professional. Mind you I'm six months pregnant and they gave me a very hard time and they stressed me out on my entire experience with them! I will not ever work with them again!

Pull up a chair review…read more After months of searching for a rental company that offered both quality and affordability, we were so thankful to have found Pull Up A Chair Rentals. We had gone to other rental places and they were not as clean, or as organized as their showroom. I really appreciated being able to see first hand each piece of rental to make the best choice. Plus, Dawn Marie was really sweet and gave wonderful insight to us for choosing which color would look best with what. Even went above and beyond to find additional pieces they didn't offer. They provided all the remaining rentals we needed for our wedding - tent, chairs, tables, linens, whiskey barrels - you name it, and everything was in great condition and exactly what we were looking for. Their clean, well-organized showroom made the selection process easy and enjoyable. It was clear right away that this was a family-run business that takes pride in what they do. They were incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the entire process, and even when we encountered small hiccups (as all weddings do), they handled them quickly and made things right without hesitation. We're truly grateful for their service and support. If you're planning a wedding or event, don't hesitate to reach out to Pull Up A Chair Rentals - they're professional, dependable, and wonderful to work with! Yelp, please don't take my review down. 13 years we have been using this family business, 13 years our family has made so many memories…read moreusing their jumpers. Today for the first time the pick up didn't go great. Our backyard has a lot of dirt unfortunately. So our jumper did get dirt on it. When communicating with his wife (who has always been so sweet) I stated I would send my son out to collect the deposit. I then get picture which I will attach stating our dogs, who have been put away for two days now, left paw prints ALL OVER the jumper. The husband calls me and tells me to go outside to see it. I go outside because I'd like to see what he sees because I'd like to apologize if I saw them. He already is angry and tells me to look. I see one paw print and tell him I'm sorry this has never happened before. And he tells me he's never renting to me again I told him has this ever happened before he then says "no it hasn't" my husband comes out to defuse the situation. He hands my husband the deposit and says "we are never renting to you again" my husband says "no we are sorry it's never happened before." Instead of being a grown adult he goes ip to my husband and says "I'll take the deposits back then" I stopped my husband and told him no. We can rent else where. As much as the wife says they treat their customers like family, he does not. He can care less who he loses. I'm so sorry to the wife and the sons they have always been so sweet. I'm sorry for the one paw print and the dirt on this jumper. I wish your husband went about this a different way. You can see one print the rest was from deflating the jumper and getting wet from our sprinklers. Giving back the jumper like this isn't the best. But this was a new location we tried in our yard and it got dirty. I'm writing this review more so about the anger I witnessed today. But it seems he's like this a lot.
