The customer service at this place is a joke! I rented a helium tank from them for a baby shower I was hosting. They asked me to pick-up on Friday at 9am. I arrive on time & no one is there. I wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes trying to reach someone. They call back & ask that I come back at 11am. When I come back to pick-up the tank at 11am, the gauge shows that the tank needs a refill. I question the man helping me & he guarantees me 3 times that this tank is full but the gauge is off because it is for a much larger tank. I ask him how many balloons will this tank blow-up & he says 250. I get assurance from him one more time that the tank is full. Side note: I only have 150 balloons to blow-up. Saturday morning I am setting-up the baby shower. I begin to inflate the balloons & after only 50 balloons, the tank is empty! I am irate because I have guests arriving in an hour & a half. I call the company & tell them the problem. They now want me to drive their tank to their supplier for a refill 40 minutes away from where I am. I tell them no, I cannot go anywhere, I am hosting a party. They then tell me to bring the tank back to them (30 minutes away) to exchange it for a full one. I tell them again that I cannot go anywhere & they need to make this right. Finally the woman on the phone says she will send her daughter to me with a new tank. I tell her I need it in 30 minutes and she says ok. It then takes over an hour for the new tank to arrive! When my guests arrived, I was still inflating balloons & was very embarrassed by this. I urge everyone to stay away from this company. They are unprofessional & they lie to their customers. read more
