The reason why no trollers are allowed is for the safety of the children to prevent from dropping anything or breaking anything, I basically begged him to let me in. I promised I would do my best not to bump into anything and if I did break something I would pay for the item and I told him that I would shop quickly. I just looking for some candy. I did shop around for about a quick 10 minutes i did fill about half of my shopping carts, when a lady approaches me and repeatedly said there's no stroller allowed. I said I know I'm sorry, I apologized. She didn't even let me speak. She repeated again. There's no strollers allowed. I offered to leave my stroller with my twin babies on the side of the store. we're it wouldn't block anybody's way. She said I could to place the stroller in a spot clear from any piñata falling on top of the babies. Mind you the whole ceiling is filled with piñata's. Repeat it again. There's no strollers allowed in the store at this point I felt discriminated so I left. First time visiting this store, honestly don't plan on going back!

Prices were reasonable, however, their communication was severely lacking (as noted in my previous 4 star review). But, they showed up with my chairs as promised and picked them back up. Fast forward to this year. I needed to rent chairs for two separate occasions in a one month span of time. I had their information saved from my other two experiences so I called and left a message. No response. I waited a few days and then called and left a second voicemail. Again, no response.Texted and finally got a response. They were booked for my first date. Totally understandable. Booked with another company for the first event and thought I would try them again for the second date I needed. This time, instead of calling I texted to see if they were available for the date I needed. They neither confirmed or denied that they were available, instead asked what I needed. I responded back with the number of chairs needed and asked if they were available. This all happened on a Friday. It is now the following Tuesday and I have yet to hear back from them. I don't care if they are busy on the date I need, however, ultimately I need to rent chairs and if they are unable or unwilling for whatever reason I would like to know so that I can find someone who is able. I will be renting from Cucamonga Jumpers who I rented from earlier this month. I texted them about the same date and number of chairs and got a response within minutes. I wanted to be a return customer, but I guess the feeling wasn't mutual.

I found Party Pro online and saw some nice pictures and decided to book with them based on pictures I saw on their Instagram. Well let's just say there's Instagram and theirs reality. When I arrived to pick up this bar I was mortified. This thing looked as if it had been sitting in someone's backyard. This bar was something that should be decommissioned and never used again. It was rusty, it had spider webs and the draping that came with it was just as bad, faded and just thrown in a dirty box with clips to attach it to the bar. I can't believe I paid $60 to rent this thing, but thankfully I'm resourceful and I made it work. I will say that when I went to their store it was nice as well as the employee that I encountered, I never would've expected the rental to be in such a condition. It did the job but wasn't worth the price.

The round tables didn't have locks, which made them wobbly and unsafe, especially around kids. Looks like they were using zip ties to try and hold the tables up previously. This is a safety hazard, the tables continued to collapse during set up. The umbrellas were also in poor condition, and several of the stands were missing the pieces needed to tighten them properly. This made no sense when we were forced to pay an additional price for the stand. We live in the same city as the store, and we were charged $65 for pickup and $65 for delivery. Not only that, during the delivery, items were missing so they had to rush back to get the missing items. During the pick up, their team lowered their truck lift onto the top of our gate rail and bent the entire rail so the gate could no longer close, so they they just left the gate open and left. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. We expected functional, clean equipment, when we paid $700 for rentals and what we received felt neglected and borderline unsafe. For the price, it just wasn't worth the hassle. I recommend checking elsewhere.

It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday, so finding it meant a lot. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. The booking process was confusing. After submitting my reservation I received no confirmation email or receipt, so I had to call myself to make sure they had actually received my order. They did call a week before and the day before to confirm delivery, but I wouldn't have known everything was set without calling first. We were told delivery would be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and I even received a text saying the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. Instead, the bounce house was delivered at 8:15 a.m. without a call, before the scheduled window. My husband arrived at 9:00 with the cash payment only to discover it had already been delivered... and it was the wrong bounce house. They brought a Disney Princess inflatable instead of the Mickey one my son had been so excited about. Since they arrived early, my father in law also had to drive to the bank for cash. To their credit, they did send the driver back with the correct Mickey bounce house, and my son absolutely loved it. The bounce house itself was clean, in great condition, and made his birthday. I truly appreciate that they corrected the mistake. Pickup was another headache. It was originally scheduled for Monday, but they asked to come Tuesday instead. I explained that my in laws had gardeners coming Tuesday morning and asked that pickup happen by 9:00 a.m. They agreed, but the driver didn't arrive until about 10:30. My mother in law had to ask the gardeners to work around the bounce house while they waited. I understand this was a busy holiday weekend, and I want to give them grace for that. But between the confusing reservation process, poor communication, delivering the wrong bounce house, arriving outside the promised delivery window, and missing the agreed upon pickup time, it was an unnecessarily stressful experience. I'm thankful my son ended up getting the Mickey bounce house he had his heart set on, but based on this experience, I don't think I'd rent from Jump N Jump again.
