    Setup done by Lio's Party Rentals!

    Lios Party Rentals is officially my go to for rentals! This is my second time working with Braulio and his team and he is incredibly kind, professional and patient. I messaged a bunch of vendors and he was thorough, patient and answered the many questions I had and the setup he did was absolutely beautiful. He just did another event for my birthday and also did an amazing job for a last minute need. Will definitely be calling him moving forward and you should too!

However, some of the umbrellas were noticeably crooked and the workers setting up couldn't really do much about it, it may be worth getting new umbrellas or new hardware. I paid for early set up between 8am-12pm and they arrived at around 11:30am. I along with others were ready to set up tableware and decor at 8am but couldn't start until much later because of their late arrival. The workers setting up were amazing, but we had to help with setup to expedite our decor setup because of it, even though I had paid extra for setup as well. Additionally, they originally brought a few incorrect items/forgotten some and had to go back to the warehouse to retrieve them. I was worried about this since my friend had hired them a couple weeks prior when they promised to bring items for her. When they didn't show up, she called multiple times, left messages on their after hours/weekend line and no one got back to her and left her to come up with her own solutions at extra costs. Additionally, the administrative team didn't fully address the issue and stated she didn't contact them, even though she has all of the call logs. I felt it was handled poorly. When I asked for a responsive after hours line/number, they provided me with their normal business line and I felt really nervous about a potentially similar situation. In the end, the worker John who took care of rental drop offs/setup called and texted us from his personal number which was incredibly helpful and kind. I think in future they should definitely have a designated on-call person to take care of mishaps since most events happen outside of their office hours.

It was the only thing he wanted for his birthday, so finding it meant a lot. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from beginning to end. The booking process was confusing. After submitting my reservation I received no confirmation email or receipt, so I had to call myself to make sure they had actually received my order. They did call a week before and the day before to confirm delivery, but I wouldn't have known everything was set without calling first. We were told delivery would be between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and I even received a text saying the driver would call 30 minutes before arriving. Instead, the bounce house was delivered at 8:15 a.m. without a call, before the scheduled window. My husband arrived at 9:00 with the cash payment only to discover it had already been delivered... and it was the wrong bounce house. They brought a Disney Princess inflatable instead of the Mickey one my son had been so excited about. Since they arrived early, my father in law also had to drive to the bank for cash. To their credit, they did send the driver back with the correct Mickey bounce house, and my son absolutely loved it. The bounce house itself was clean, in great condition, and made his birthday. I truly appreciate that they corrected the mistake. Pickup was another headache. It was originally scheduled for Monday, but they asked to come Tuesday instead. I explained that my in laws had gardeners coming Tuesday morning and asked that pickup happen by 9:00 a.m. They agreed, but the driver didn't arrive until about 10:30. My mother in law had to ask the gardeners to work around the bounce house while they waited. I understand this was a busy holiday weekend, and I want to give them grace for that. But between the confusing reservation process, poor communication, delivering the wrong bounce house, arriving outside the promised delivery window, and missing the agreed upon pickup time, it was an unnecessarily stressful experience. I'm thankful my son ended up getting the Mickey bounce house he had his heart set on, but based on this experience, I don't think I'd rent from Jump N Jump again.
