If i could rate this place a 0 I would customer service wise. I have a 6 month old and a 20 month old i came in with both my babies in a stroller as soon as I walked in I was never greeted but I was just told "we don't allow strollers in here, we have carts" mind you my infant that does not sit up yet was in a car seat that just attaches to my stroller that would not even fit in there carts from how small there carts were. There was not any sign posted ANYWHERE in the store about not allowing strollers. But i soon as I leave they ran outside to put the sign on the inside and outside of their door. (Attached a reference pic) It's really unfortunate how I was approached especially for it being my first time there. Maybe they should make a good size sign that states they don't allow strollers so all customers can see and not just decide to put a sign on there door when a customer with a stroller walks in. read more

I have been going to this location for about a year now. And thus far I have had pretty average experiences, never really a nrgative one. You cannot argue the quality of products; really great quality, and reasonable prices considering inflation. But today, was a bit disappointing as the customer service experience Was terrible. The previous times I have gone it has always been a young lady and an older lady who are there, this time it was a young man. I had some questions about piñatas, and the responses were very short ended, not much of a response truly. Not polite, non-intentional, it's as if he was not interested in my business. I ordered a piñata, and they are custom making the center of a star, when he wrote down the order, he didn't even add the colors that I wanted to the order, which made me a little bit insecure About what I will receive. Asked me to send a picture of what I wanted in the center to a phone number, and I asked if it could be a screenshot and he said "no it has to be a real picture", those were his exact words. So what I understood was I needed to download the actual digital image to ensure the printing was a success, I went into Etsy to purchase a digital image and sent it over to the phone number he suggested(which by the way I asked how the other receiving end was going to know it was for my order and if I should add a order number in the message and he just said "no, I'll let them know" (but he didn't pick up the phone, or text anyone or anything) The message was received, I received a reply saying that needed to send a link from Google, so I responded with "the gentleman at the front told me you needed an actual picture". This person called me and said "we never tell people to buy anything, if you are upset, you can turn around and cancel your order". No apology, no empathy, no regard for the experience. Very, extremely different from my previous experiences there. I usually leave very excited about my upcoming celebration when I leave this location, today I leave feeling insecure, bothered, undervalued, and underappreciated as a customer. I will come back in two weeks, to post the pictures of the results. Like I mentioned, as of now the quality of their work and products have been great, but this round makes me a little, doubtful. read more

I ordered a custom piñata here for $20 2 weeks before my party. When I came to pick it up the piñata was all dented and looked awful. They weren't even apologetic over the horrible job they did on it. I asked for my money back and was going to just buy a different piñata here. Well I settled on a number 1 that wasn't even the proper color for my party and was over charged by the kid working here. He charged me $20 for the number 1 piñata. I later called back to ask how much a number 1 was and they told me $16. They have definitely lost me as a customer and I have spread the word to my friends and family to not get Piñatas here. read more

After driving to 7 different piñata stores this was the last one I hit and I wish I would have went here first. Super nice woman and a HUGE selection of candy. My sons party theme was Farm and they had a good selection to choose from. If you have a specific theme COME HERE FIRST!! After seeing their rows of piñatas Im sure they have something for everything. Prices were also GREAT. My sons piñata was great quality so I was willing and ready to pay 30-40 bucks but it was priced at 22 bucks. A steal! This is a bit far from home but worth the drive.
