This review is long overdue but very necessary. I've rented from many rental companies in the many years that I've hosted parties. I was hosting a 50th Birthday and needed to rent a bar. I found Party Pro online and saw some nice pictures and decided to book with them based on pictures I saw on their Instagram. Well let's just say there's Instagram and theirs reality. When I arrived to pick up this bar I was mortified. This thing looked as if it had been sitting in someone's backyard. This bar was something that should be decommissioned and never used again. It was rusty, it had spider webs and the draping that came with it was just as bad, faded and just thrown in a dirty box with clips to attach it to the bar. I can't believe I paid $60 to rent this thing, but thankfully I'm resourceful and I made it work. I will say that when I went to their store it was nice as well as the employee that I encountered, I never would've expected the rental to be in such a condition. I would not recommend this rental company based on my recent experience. The resin chairs delivered were filthy and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The round tables didn't have locks, which made them wobbly and unsafe, especially around kids. Looks like they were using zip ties to try and hold the tables up previously. This is a safety hazard, the tables continued to collapse during set up. The umbrellas were also in poor condition, and several of the stands were missing the pieces needed to tighten them properly. This made no sense when we were forced to pay an additional price for the stand. We live in the same city as the store, and we were charged $65 for pickup and $65 for delivery. Not only that, during the delivery, items were missing so they had to rush back to get the missing items. During the pick up, their team lowered their truck lift onto the top of our gate rail and bent the entire rail so the gate could no longer close, so they they just left the gate open and left. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience. We expected functional, clean equipment, when we paid $700 for rentals and what we received felt neglected and borderline unsafe. For the price, it just wasn't worth the hassle. I recommend checking elsewhere. read more

A friend asked me to help him to locate a business that will help to fill a conference room in Fontana location with balloons. His company has branches in several cities in SBC, but as the headquarters is in Fontana, he wanted to by local. So I called Party Pro. I had balloons to inflate and asked the manager if he could do it, he hesitated and said that they do NOT deliver for less than $300 dollars. He charged $1.99, more precises $2 dollars/balloon no larger than 12 inch, plus $65 delivery fee. The total was $250, and I said i could be more once he was on site. I asked him to reconsider. It was a better business to make $250 than $0. He told me he would call me later to let me know. And I guess, later means before he dies! He never called back that day neither the following day, so, I call back, I identified myself to the receptionist and the message was that he was busy. I ended finding TITO'S PARTY RENTAL, in Bloomington, next to Fontana. The cost per balloon $1.25, delivery feet $ 20. Total price paid $165 Thanks to party pro. Sometimes you want to collaborate with locals, but their policies doesn't help. The thing that annoying the most is the bad service. He should have called back and said it was not possible. He didn't have that courtesy. read more

I needed some last minute balloons for an engagement party but the bride to be is non traditional. Other stores had pinks and mints which wouldn't work. I was on the hunt for a balloon marquee for my son's 18th birthday, because of COVID-19 a big celebration was not possible but we still wanted to give him something festive and fun. Party Pro came through, Sal created a beautiful Galaxy themed marquee that wowed an otherwise unenthusiastic teen. He went out of his way to help us create a theme and really delivered with his creativity. The store is clean and they have strict guidelines in place for the number of patrons allowed inside, during this time of uncertainty, it is nice to see a business that cares about the well being of their patrons and employees. Unfortunately our experience has not been the best. First off we stopped by for a quote and the man at the counter told us he would be calling us back on Monday to let us know if they had the tablecloths we wanted. By Wednesday I had still not received a call and when I called to ask about the table cloths they told me they would have to call me back because they weren't sure what I was talking about. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and we continued to book for our event. While booking we started the process with a gentleman and when it came down to paying and finalizing things he turned things over to a young lady. When speaking to the man we had asked to book a backdrop and realized today while setting up that when the lady redid the paperwork she didn't include it because we clearly didn't receive it. Fast forward to today, the day before our event and as we are setting up the tables and chairs are very filthy and they only delivered 4 out of 11 tablecloths. It is frustrating to say the least because they are obviously closed now and we are unsure if they will be able to fix the issue and get us our table cloths in the morning before our guests arrive. II'm very disappointed in this shop I have been going there for the last 5 to 6 events renting tablecloths and purchasing decorations for my events. Today (Wednesday) I went in to pick up tablecloths that I rented on Monday 2 days before. Unfortunately I had to cut my order in half due to the high winds in Fontana I had to make some adjustments to my event. I have another event coming up the next weekend and asked if I could shift my order around. They would not accommodate me in any way. I would never do this to customers, I will no longer do business with them. I don't mind paying for anything that I rent or purchase but I do mind getting charged for things didnt need or won't use. Shame on you, I will keep my business in small vendors who do way better business. read more

If I could give a 0 star review I would. My mom rented linens for my baby shower this past Saturday and the quality was beyond awful ! The linens had oil stains, rips, and cut outs in the center. She ordered a particular length for the size of tables we had and the look we were going for and all of them were different. When we called to notify them as we were trying to use them they advised they have "spares" we can go pick up, what more of a inconvenience than it already was trying to salvage linens and cut back tables because that many were bad. They request you submit photos to be sent to management instead of trying to fix the situation asap knowing the customer was already upset. Let's see if we hear from the owner. read more

Just thought I'd post my experience, I give a two star because after the hassle and lies they came out the day of party an hour before it started to fix half the issue . So first off we were shown our tables we would receive and signed for them ! Friday my gf picks the tables and chairs up and they tell us they just sold them so we have to take Two wooden UGLY ASS TABLES! (Remind you we payed for them ahead and time and were told they were reserved) . So I call to tell them no I want the tables we were shown lady tells us they can charge us 2$ less for the two tables since they are diff ! I say no I want what I was shown , she says I'll have to contact you tomorrow (remind you the party is tomorrow at 11am) anyways fast forward I tell her how all tables and chairs are filthy like aren't they suppose to be cleaned after every time they are used ? She says no , so I told her that's very unsanitary! Literally they were so filthy . So anyways a guy came out and brought us chairs next morning 30 mins before party ! This was jus my experience I wouldn't use them again but it is what it is . read more

Our photobooth company didn't provide any backdrops that fit the theme of our 15,000 event and on the spot Party Pro put together a backdrop that was perfect for the occasion. Awesome place! They have everything you need for a party, at very reasonable prices! They did a gender reveal 3 ft black balloon and added the small balloons and everything for $20!! I callled about 8 different party supply stores and no one had these 3 ft balloons in stock! One lady tried to charge me $10 for a balloon and $48 to fill it with helium, and it would take her 2 days to get it in! I needed it for that evening, and Party Pro had exactly what I needed! They do rental for everything you could possibly need , and they have a huge warehouse full of party supplies! This place rocks and I will be back for all my party needs! read more

The customer service wasn't bad. I bought 2 dozen balloons from them. Two balloons were deflated when picked up. They reinflated them. Most of the balloons deflated as soon as I got home. Wasn't worth 20 dallors. read more

Very nice staff. The manager Sal is really nice and helped me in the middle of a mini last minute crisis I was beginning to have. I like that he was tentative to my need as the customer and not so focused on the money. All of the girls who work in the store were really nice too. Any questions I had or anytime I called they were always very patient and asked and explained everything. That's what customer service is. I recently had a formal event in which rentals and decorations were supplied by this company. I must say it was beautifully, BEAUTIFULLY done! Every centerpiece, every seat cover, every linen, all light fixtures, and just every single detail was to perfection! Salvador and Oti did a phenomenal job all around.
