Highly recommend!! Excellent customer service and communication, very easy to work with. Jumper was cleaned and sanitized right in front of us at drop off. Payments are also made extremely easy by allowing a few different options such as Zelle, Venmo or cash. No messing with deposits etc, you pay at drop off which is convenient. Monica and her husband were very friendly (we probably set them back a bit by talking so much lol) This is the type of family businesses that I love to support! Having 4 kids we have tried several jumper companies and none can compare. Will not use anyone else from now on. read more

Had a great experience with this company. Monique and Craig communicated well with us as rain was in the forecast. Everything worked out and they allowed us to have the jumper the maximum time before the rain came down. read more

Pros: Very clean and newer equipment (jumpers, obstacle course, shooting range, generator), tables, and chairs. On time delivery and pick up. Grant and his wife were very honest, trustworthy, and amiable. They had excellent customer service and communication. Reasonable pricing. They offer military discounts and are veteran owned. The shooting range (primary reason I booked with Sully Jumps) was a hit for my daughters' western theme birthday party. I was able to coordinate the obstacle course and shooting range one week prior to my daughter's birthday party as another company cancelled on me. I would highly recommend and I'd use them again! Cons: Limited delivery area. They made an exception for my party in Ontario since I ordered the obstacle course and the shooting range along with some chairs and tables. read more

Unfortunately we didn't get to use them as the one we wanted was too large for our space, but Monique was a doll to work with! I will call them first anytime I need a bounce house! Super friendly, accommodating and overall just a friendly person and joy to work with! read more

I rented the Wild West Shooting Range from Silly Jumps. Monique was very professional and pleasant. She effectively communicated via phone and text. Although I wasn't able to rent from these guys, I'm blown away by their customer service. I wanted an obstacle course but wasn't sure if it would fit. I called them and left a message. They returned my call within a day and said they would come to my house to see if it would fit! How many bounce house rental places do that! The answer is NONE! Grant came and couldn't have been any nicer. Unfortunately the obstacle course wouldn't fit so he informed me of other jumpers that would, depending on the availability. He called me within minutes of leaving my house saying what bounce houses were available but they were ones I didn't want :( Not only was I impressed with that, but if you rent on a Sunday, they bring it on Saturday giving you a whole day free AND his prices are extremely low with no delivery fee! I was appalled when I saw places charging for that! These guys are amazing I will make sure to contact them well in advance to reserve the bounce house I want. Thank You Grant! You're awesome! read more

Had a terrific experience with Silly Jump and their jumper and shooting gallery. The shooting gallery was a huge hit with both young and old. Delivery was prompt, items were clean, service was friendly. Will be a return customer! read more

What a wonderful experience we had with this company! Would definitely recommend them to others. I picked them because of the great Yelp reviews and they definitely lived up to them. They were very responsive and worked with us to find the best jumper for our space. They accommodated us with pick up and drop off times that were very generous. My kids bounced so much they actually fell asleep easily at bedtime! Worth every penny! read more

Silly Jumps is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! My husband and I hosted a Oklahoma-Texas BBQ event to meet our neighbors and surrounding community. Silly Jumps heard of our event and immediately contacted us to see what they could do to help the event. Grant volunteered and donated equipment for the "sake of community." Everyone, kids and adults, had a blast. There ended up being over 100 guests, and it wouldn't have been such a great success without the generosity of Silly Jumps. They helped me out with tables and chairs too. I met Grants wife, Lori, during the tear down process. They are both wonderful people. I wouldn't rent from anyone else. Their equipment is clean and their service is incredible. We had the pleasure of using: * Dunk Tank - kids loved it * Inflatable Pool Slide - really gave a new dimension to our pool and gave the kids some extra fun * Inflatable Bouncy House - Clean and just loads of fun for kids. Adults too:) * Inflatable Shooting Gallery - This activity was a blast. The adults really loved it, and the kids loved it more. I recommend if you're kids are younger than 8 to use bean bags because they may be too short to shoot with any precision. My kids didn't even know there were guns at first, and entertained themselves throwing balls. Once the bazooka guns came, everyone wanted a chance. If you have older kids or want to encourage parents to stay, GET THIS! Tons of fun. Again, this is a top-notch company. Genuinely nice people! This is a great company. The owner is always reachable and timely with responses. They quoted me a certain price which was the same when they came to drop off. The jumper was clean and functioning. The staff did a great job setting up, showed up on time, explained all the rules and them picked up on time. I would rent with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you again! read more

Silly Jumps - Loved the princess castle! - Party Equipment Rentals Near Me

I have been sitting on this review for the past week, as I wanted to be sure of what I wanted to write. In the past, I rented the popcorn machine and hotdog roller from the previous owners without any issues. I also once again rented the popcorn machine from the new and current owners, and other than a slight cost increase, there were still no issues. Therefore, it made sense to return to Silly Jumps to rent a jumper from them. As other reviews state, I was in contact with Monique who was very nice and friendly. Based on the jumper I rented, she told me that I needed their generator which would cost an extra $60. For safety reasons she explained, it made sense. However, in a five hour period, the generator went out 4 times and the jumper collapsed while I had several small children inside. After the second time, I called her and we played telephone between her husband and mine. I had about five men standing around the generator and no one seemed to know why it was going out. We should have just stopped trying but when you pay for something and have such a short period, you want to make use of it. Unfortunately, the jumper collapsed two additional times, and after having scared and crying 3-5 year olds, we stopped trying and didn't allow anyone to jump anymore. It deflated in less than 30 seconds. Most kids made it out every time but we did have a couple that got stuck and needed adults to help. I can't imagine what would have happened if we didn't have adult supervision. When Monique showed up, her response was "I don't know, it's never happened before." Another man, (who I assume is her husband) said to my husband "I don't know man." At the end of the day, this is a safety concern and they obviously fail to maintain their equipment. What was more concerning was their lax response to the situation in it's entirety. read more

These guy saved our party! We had a last minute cancellation with another company, we called Silly Jumps and they were kind enough to go out of their way and come to us and set it up last minute. They were both so nice and professional and we will definitely book them again for our next event! read more

I called and spoke to Monique. She was very polite, professional and gave me info on the rental. They were very reasonably priced, I was able to rent a bounce house and a huge inflatable throne and not hurt my wallet. Monique offered a Friday delivery at no extra charge. When called for confirmation of reservations Monique she said they'd pick up on Sunday so we'd have the bounce house all weekend. Kids were in heaven. Monique snd her husband delivered on time the cleaned the units right here at our house should us how to use the blowers, they let us know when they were on their way to pick up they were quick and professional there too. I would definitely recommend them and be using them again. Thank you for making my granddaughter bday extra special. read more

Such a beautiful family owned business. Monique is an absolute charm and has top notch customer service. From the moment I called and placed a reservation; all the way to the day of delivery. Monique provides courtesy text to when they are leaving to arrive to your house to the moment they arrive back to your home to pick up. Another great added feature is they take Zelle and Venmo! If your looking for an honest, clean and quality look no further than Silly Jumps! Thank you again!! read more

I used silly jumps for my daughter's second birthday party. When I called I was greeted by a friendly voice. Due to covid a lot of the guests were unable to attend. This is a great, friendly business. I will definitely use them for future parties. read more

Needed to order a snow cone machine and a canopy for a graduation party. Was a last minute request, and this place had both for the best price in town. They also delivered and helped set up the canopy. All of their equipment is very clean, they seem to really take care of it before and after it is rented. Such amazing people to work with. Grant was so kind from the moment I first spoke with him on the phone, to the day he picked up. We rented the jumper, tables, and chairs for my daughter's birthday and couldn't be happier with the service and product we got. Everything was clean and well taken care of. He made sure of it with his tote of cleaning supplies and vacuum at drop off! I have never seen that before. We will definitely be booking them again! read more

We are so happy to have found Silly Jumps for my daughters first birthday. I had called around and not one person suggested stopping by to measure and personalize my experience. Well Grant did just that! He came a few days before my party and we were able to get a bounce house with dual slides to fit. It made me feel more confident on the day of my party because if people don't read the fine print with other companies they can literally tell you day of that the bounce house won't fit and then your out of luck leaving you in shock. He also has really great pricing and is fair. We ended up adding 4 tables and chairs which came with a roll cart and nice and clean. We can't wait to have another party where we will most definetly use Silly Jumps again! Really nice local business. Thank you! read more

I got to work directly with the owner Grant and his wife Laurie, they are amazing, nice people. Their service was top of the charts! They made sure to keep me up to date from the beginning to end. They gave me a quote right away and it was very reasonable, the delivery was right on time (actually earlier) and they picked up right on time as well. The service is no doubt the best in the inland empire, if not within all of Southern CA. As far as what we rented... we got the Excalibur jumper with the slide and a snow cone machine. The jumper was set up very quickly and it was super clean and ready to go! There was no patchwork like some companies do for holes in their jumpers, this jumper was kept in amazing shape! The snow cone machine worked amazing as well as was also very clean and ready to go. It was very easy to use! Overall, I would give Silly Jumps a 10 star rating if I could, the service, quality, etc was amazing! Thanks Silly Jumps... will definitely be using again, and recommending to others. read more

I can't believe it took me this long to write this review! Thank you Grant for making a last minute party amazing! After weeks and weeks of asking my son if he wanted a birthday party and his reply being always a no, that Sunday, he decided he wanted a party that upcoming Saturday. So mom mode set in and I looked at Yelp to find the perfect jumpy place and also one that could accommodate a 5 day notice. That Monday morning I found Silly Jumps! Grant was professional and easy to speak to. Of course, I wanted the humongous obstacle course and my concern was that it wouldn't fit in my backyard. Grant was kind enough to come to my home that afternoon to measure my backyard to ensure it was good to go. Now that's quality service! I was able to get an affordable package with a Snow Cone Machine that served between 50-75, I can't recall. They came Friday morning to deliver which was a plus! They were professional and courteous and delivered a very immaculate bouncer! They picked up on time on Sunday. I love how they vacuumed and wiped it down before taking it down which shows how clean they keep their equipment. Easy peasy! Thank you Silly Jumps for an enjoyable transaction!! We will be returning customers! I highly recommend! read more

We rented a bouncer, tables and chairs for our daughter's first birthday. Little did we know the day we held her party was the one day Sunny California would get some much needed rain. Grant was awesome. He contacted us a few days before the 'storm', let us know there was a 100% chance of rain and advised there was no point in having the bouncer. We canceled that part of the order and moved forward with the tables and chairs. Service was fantastic and we will be using Silly Jumps for all our party needs in the future! read more
