Although I wasn't able to rent from these guys, I'm blown away by their customer service. I wanted an obstacle course but wasn't sure if it would fit. I called them and left a message. They returned my call within a day and said they would come to my house to see if it would fit! How many bounce house rental places do that! The answer is NONE! Grant came and couldn't have been any nicer. Unfortunately the obstacle course wouldn't fit so he informed me of other jumpers that would, depending on the availability. He called me within minutes of leaving my house saying what bounce houses were available but they were ones I didn't want :( Not only was I impressed with that, but if you rent on a Sunday, they bring it on Saturday giving you a whole day free AND his prices are extremely low with no delivery fee! Adults too:) * Inflatable Shooting Gallery - This activity was a blast. The adults really loved it, and the kids loved it more. I recommend if you're kids are younger than 8 to use bean bags because they may be too short to shoot with any precision. I have been sitting on this review for the past week, as I wanted to be sure of what I wanted to write. In the past, I rented the popcorn machine and hotdog roller from the previous owners without any issues. I also once again rented the popcorn machine from the new and current owners, and other than a slight cost increase, there were still no issues. Therefore, it made sense to return to Silly Jumps to rent a jumper from them. As other reviews state, I was in contact with Monique who was very nice and friendly. Based on the jumper I rented, she told me that I needed their generator which would cost an extra $60. For safety reasons she explained, it made sense. However, in a five hour period, the generator went out 4 times and the jumper collapsed while I had several small children inside. After the second time, I called her and we played telephone between her husband and mine. I had about five men standing around the generator and no one seemed to know why it was going out. We should have just stopped trying but when you pay for something and have such a short period, you want to make use of it. Unfortunately, the jumper collapsed two additional times, and after having scared and crying 3-5 year olds, we stopped trying and didn't allow anyone to jump anymore. It deflated in less than 30 seconds. Most kids made it out every time but we did have a couple that got stuck and needed adults to help. I can't imagine what would have happened if we didn't have adult supervision. When Monique showed up, her response was "I don't know, it's never happened before." Another man, (who I assume is her husband) said to my husband "I don't know man." At the end of the day, this is a safety concern and they obviously fail to maintain their equipment. What was more concerning was their lax response to the situation in it's entirety. read more

Well Grant did just that! He came a few days before my party and we were able to get a bounce house with dual slides to fit. I got to work directly with the owner Grant and his wife Laurie, they are amazing, nice people. Their service was top of the charts! They made sure to keep me up to date from the beginning to end. They gave me a quote right away and it was very reasonable, the delivery was right on time (actually earlier) and they picked up right on time as well. The service is no doubt the best in the inland empire, if not within all of Southern CA. As far as what we rented... we got the Excalibur jumper with the slide and a snow cone machine. The jumper was set up very quickly and it was super clean and ready to go! There was no patchwork like some companies do for holes in their jumpers, this jumper was kept in amazing shape! The snow cone machine worked amazing as well as was also very clean and ready to go. It was very easy to use! After weeks and weeks of asking my son if he wanted a birthday party and his reply being always a no, that Sunday, he decided he wanted a party that upcoming Saturday. Grant was professional and easy to speak to. Of course, I wanted the humongous obstacle course and my concern was that it wouldn't fit in my backyard. Grant was kind enough to come to my home that afternoon to measure my backyard to ensure it was good to go. Now that's quality service! I was able to get an affordable package with a Snow Cone Machine that served between 50-75, I can't recall. They came Friday morning to deliver which was a plus! They were professional and courteous and delivered a very immaculate bouncer! They picked up on time on Sunday.
