I've been working with Cesar for almost three years, and he has been nothing but reliable, professional, and honest. He always shows up on time, fully explains what's going on, and walks me through every step of the repair process. His prices are very reasonable and affordable, especially compared to other plumbers in the area. Thank you, Cesar, for always helping us when we need it. In spite of what some negative Yelp reviewers have said, I totally recommend Cesar. My experience with him has always been outstanding. read more

I recently purchased a home that had severe root intrusion and ancient cast iron pipes. My realtor connected me with Cesar and said he was the best in the business; she was 100% right. Cesar was super helpful, professional, and very responsive. He came out to assess the situation and was able to start the work that same day. It was a big job since my house is on a concrete slab, it was gonna require breaking into the ground to replace all the pipes. Cesar and his guys were done in two days! They started on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon they were finished. Needless to say, it was an expensive job due to it being a HUGE task but his prices are very reasonable and better than other plumbers in town. It was worth every penny and thankfully Cesar was very transparent; he even offered a couple of options to fit our budget. Thanks again Cesar. read more

Cesar came and did a good job. Problem: I had a shower valve leaking water from the tub spout. The Cartidge was stuck, with a little confidence and muscle, we both pulled it off, which saved the unnecessarily needing to open the wall. I initially had tried to do it by myself, only the part I used was not Oem. Needless to say, it didn't work (leaked). Cesar knew exactly what the issue was, got the part & installed it with a breeze. read more

We recently moved into a new house and we discovered some serious problems with old, clogged and leaky pipes in the crawl space. We called several places but since the crawl space had no cleanout access most plumbers refused to do the work or gave us some astronomical prices. After making a few calls and comparing prices we decided to go with Cesar, he was at our place in less than one hour where he quickly spotted the problem and began replacing the damaged lines and installed a new cleanout for future service for an amazing price. The quality of their work was impeccable, It was amazing watching Cesar put that complex piping back together and cleaning up after himself. We have recommended Cesar to several of our friends and family and they all agree that he is an excellent and very knowledgeable plumber. Cesar is now at the top of our list and we will be calling him for any future plumbing needs we may have. read more

Very dishonest Cesar came out for 2 clogged toilets advise me of price and guaranteed service. Four days later toilets clogged again Cesar advised it would be 5 thousand to unclog toilets again because he would have to replace all pipes under house. I asked about guarantee he advised me I didn't get it in writing. He did not unclog toilets because he said it would jus clog up again without replacing pipes I called Downey plumbing they came out fixed issue for less than 300.00 dollars. I waited 3 weeks to write review and toilets have not backed up again. My advice get 2nd opinion would not recommend this company read more

These guys are absolutely unbeatable. They pretty much do everything in-house and do not sub any of their jobs out- because of this you can't beat their price for issues with the main sewer drain anyways. We were getting quoted $7000/$7100 for sleeving our 34 feet of main sewer line before it gets to the city, they quoted us $5400 for the exact same job, but additionally, he recommended pipe pulling or pipe bursting because it's a much better fix, and definitely more permanent. Instead of sleeving the drain with a thin sheet of fiberglass/epoxy, they completely replace the pipe with 4 in. ID polyethylene pipe that lasts probably 100 years+. It was $3400! Less than half of 4 other quotes that I got. They were the only one who even mentioned pipe pulling. Maybe they are just more technologically advanced than other companies? Either way, No one's banking on commission with these quotes! They just did the job this morning and they were early, they got everything done in a few hours with a crew of four, and we have a permanent fix to our plumbing problem (roots were getting in our clay sewage line and our cast iron section was going to be bad soon.) We are so happy we found them. Cesar is the man! read more

These guys were quick and efficient! We had a clogged tub and our very own manual labor was not enough, but these guys were! Anthony showed up and was very polite and thorough. He went and looked under the house to locate part of the problem (very old pipes). He was able to unclog the drain and its good as new! (Not really, we will need new pipes for that but you get the picture)! The best part was the mini lesson I received about the whole process and that was informative! read more

GREAT SERVICE! Cesar Javier and Anthony were outstanding.. extremely responsive quick professional nice reliable and trustworthy. For a couple of years I had postponed the inevitable.. a very slow leak I had already had snaked 3 times... the bad news was Cesar not only told me but showed and explained the 30+ years of nasty plumbing sediment that gave me chronic plumbing problems.. I could put another band aid or cough up extra and fix it for good which the good news is he did, guaranteed. **He also took it upon himself to fix my garbage disposal which was an easy fix but I had no idea of knowing that but he was honest and fixed it! Now after 2 months I've got flowing water like the mighty Nile and a working garbage disposal.. dancing in my kitchen in my French apron (jk). Anyway thanks again to Cesar, Javier, and Anthony and 24/7 Rooter for your honest hard work.. mil gracias! read more

These guys were extremely responsive and quick to act during a stressful clog situation backing up the entire house. The young men snaked and then hydro jetted with a small machine, however, nothing cleared the clog and the fee kept increasing. I was out $350 and still left with a clog due to its location. It was challenging due to a time crunch and dealing with it remotely is not recommended. Always be on-site for contractors/plumber to prevent miscommunication. A family plumber did stop at a later time and came up with an unconventional solution, he cut into a weak/old pipe and snaked through that to dislodge the clog. That set me back another $175. read more

For the past week I had been having issues with having low water pressure all around the household. We also were dealing with temperature issues in both guest and master baths to where if anyone would try to shower, water would always come out cold no matter which way the valve was turned. Tried to YouTube some DIY to no avail and reached out 24/7 Pro-Rooter and spoke with Cesar. He told me he had an availability to come by later in the day and assess the issues. Cesar came by grabbed some photos, and explained to me what the issues were then offered me a great deal for him to come by the next day and get things up and running. I am absolutely impressed with the professional manner of this company and with the work ethic of Cesar himself. He attended to me as soon as he could and got everything working again. will definitely keep them in mind for any future issues if any. read more
