Had my son's 1st birthday party at Bonelli Park and the Soft Play Area (Half Pint w/jumper) was the most popular at the party. Madison and her husband were a pleasure to work with, super friendly and hands on vendors. Highly recommend them at your next event :) *I leased a generator from my other jumper vendor (Hop Skip N' Bounce) to power up the little jumper.

The parents had trouble getting there kids to leave at the end of party. I would definitely recommend this company, they were very responsive, easy to work, and had smooth set up and clean up. From the first time I messaged them on IG regarding pricing they were great in sending the different kind of play rentals with the pricing . Just celebrated our son's second birthday. I knew he would enjoy having a little setup like this but I had no idea just how much he would love it! I definitely recommend using ABC Play Rentals if you're in need of a soft play. I rented one of their set ups for my sons 2nd birthday party and it was amazing! Seeing the smile on my sons face while he was playing in the ball bit and jumper with his friends and family was unforgettable. Madison is super sweet and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Her husband Dan was also very nice and had our soft play set up in less than 20 minutes. I've been following her account on Instagram for a while already because I loved her set ups and I knew I would book eventually for one of my kids. We decided to throw my daughter a 1st bday party and wanted to go all out with a soft play and I was super excited to book with her. I went on her website and booked the date and she replied quickly. She "confirmed" it but never asked for a deposit or sent me any more information, so after a few days I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was fully confirmed, so I reached out. She never replied, so I tried the other number on her Instagram bio, never replied. I gave her a few days in between each text because I know she's very busy and I respect that ! But she's actively positing on Instagram and ignoring all messages! Super unprofessional!! I've thrown big parties several times and hired many vendors and NEVER had an issue like this ! At least send a quick message that you will get back to me soon or something but nope nothing ! Thankfully I was able to find so many other professional soft play vendors in my area I also should have looked at her Yelp reviews first because from what im reading, this isn't the first time she's done this ! So unprofessional don't even bother booking with her! read more

Bad experience! The lady canceled at 12:45am the day of my son's 1st birthday. Terrible at communicating throughout the booking. Looks like they have another review with someone else with the exact same thing happening. Sounds like they over book or just make up a lie if they wind not wanting to do it. She canceled our contracted soft play rental less than 24 hours before my son's first birthday party. When I texted her back to discuss further and maybe come up with another plan, she never responded back. Don't book with her unless you like being left high and dry. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with ABC rentals. Madison canceled on me the NIGHT BEFORE!! around midnight with no time left to find a replacement for a soft play for my baby girls 1st birthday party.I understand emergencies happen but she was so unprofessional! no backup plan, no assistance offered NOTHING! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, I signed a contract! The first line on the contract says if I cancel less than 24 hours of the event I'm required to pay her in full so if I had canceled on her with such short notice, the contract clearly stated I'd be charged and penalized. But apparently, that professionalism doesn't go both ways. Based on my bad experience, I DO NOT recommend this vendor if you're looking for reliability. Don't book with this vendor because you run the risk getting canceled on the night of your event at 11:27 pm!!! Look elsewhere! read more

HIGHLY recommend ABC Play Rentals! We rented a soft play area and yard cards for my daughters first birthday. Everything was a hit! Young toddlers often get fussy at parties, but not when there's soft play for them! Madison was amazing. She answered all my questions, set me up with exactly what to expect, and even customized the size of the play area so we could have a perfect fit. Her husband did a great job with the set up, and he was super patient and helpful while we made some adjustments during the drop off. If you're considering soft play, definitely reach out to them. They were great at communication and very fast at responding and helping me through the booking process. They were also great at making sure all the correct forms were sent to the city so they could set up at our park venue. The soft play itself was super cute and it was a huge hit with all the babies/toddlers! My son didn't want to get out. They are so AWESOME!! I booked them months in advance for my sons first birthday! When they added new equipment they had no hesitation to allow substitutions. When I mentioned indoor setup they were extremely helpful and even recommended they bring other things in case the jumper I wanted didn't fit! The delivery man was very very helpful even manage to deal with me asking him to move things over and over! Lol. Overall amazing experience!! Book them for you're next party! Our wedding plans evolved so much as California's Covid restrictions loosened, and they never made us feel "bad" for making so many changes. Well Allison and Aaron TRANSFORMED my father-in-laws backyard! Now that it's all said and done, I cannot imagine our wedding reception being anywhere else (nor do I wish that it was). To say that the set up was beautiful is an understatement! They exceeded our expectations (and everyone else's--we got so many compliments!). In addition to the rentals, we decided to have them do our florals, and everything turned out so, so beautiful and cohesive. We also decided to have Allison be our Day-of-Coordinator, and this was one of the best decisions that we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! Madison provided us with the most beautiful balloon arch for our little girls baby shower! The photos don't do it justice! It was a big hit with everyone at the party being the most perfect photo opp! From the beginning of just meeting Madison to the end she was very professional and accomidating! I can not tell you how many times I have used this company to book for my kids birthdays! They are friendly, professional always on time and clean. I didn't rent from them. I tried to though and we were too far for delivery. Instead of turning us away fhey spent the next hour setting up a booking for us with a different soft play company! Thank you so much helping us and we will definitely try to book with you next time just in case read more

They responded back quickly to get my business but only to cancel at the last minute. I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience. Buyers beware if you decide to do business with this company.
