This is my go to for my party decor !! She basically snaps her fingers and it's down. And they are so beautiful. You can't go wrong with her and great customer service !!

Had my son's 1st birthday party at Bonelli Park and the Soft Play Area (Half Pint w/jumper) was the most popular at the party. Madison and her husband were a pleasure to work with, super friendly and hands on vendors. Highly recommend them at your next event :) *I leased a generator from my other jumper vendor (Hop Skip N' Bounce) to power up the little jumper.

Excellent experience! Super easy to book and online gallery reflected numerous packages with clear explanation of what you get and the pricing. They were prompt, kind, and the kids loved it! Even the big kids kept playing in there

10x10 Halfpint. Perfect for about 7-8 toddlers!

So glad we found them last minute (like less than a week last minute)! We were gonna have a lot of kids at a baby shower, and we knew that a soft play would be perfect to occupy their time! It was a hit! We got the 10x10 halfpint. It was clean and set up so cute! They came on time with arrival and pick up. And price point was definitely within our budget! It's great that they honor first responders 10% discount that's stated in their website! Would totally recommend them!

Made all my dreams for my daughters first birthday come true. ALL the babies had fun, and my daughter had a blast. Very professional. Communicated everything from drop off and pick up times to deposits being returned. Will definitely be using them again when I throw anything for my daughter.

We rented a large soft play set up with bouncer for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was a huge hit! My daughter and all her friends loved it! The parents had trouble getting there kids to leave at the end of party. I would definitely recommend this company, they were very responsive, easy to work, and had smooth set up and clean up. We would definitely use them again. The toys themselves were in excellent condition and perfect for this age group.

From the first time I messaged them on IG regarding pricing they were great in sending the different kind of play rentals with the pricing . One week before my sons birthday I messaged them regarding last minute rentals and they were helpful in telling me what was available. Professional with everything all around. When I say everyone loved the rental they LOVED it! The little munchkins had such a great time in it! Definitely will contract again in the near future . Thank you again for making our Sons 1st birthday spectacular

ABC play rentals was a hit at our daughters 2nd birthday party! We we're targeting the young ones so that they can jump and play instead of getting fallen on in a bigger jumper. Success! We got a large play zone with a jumper and was well worth it! They were a pleasure to do business with and got back with a reply within 24 hrs. We would definitely use them again!

Renting from ABC was the best decision ever! My 1-year-old loved her softplay area so much. I'm going to recommend this to everyone I know with small children.

ABC Play Rentals is hands down the best. I rented a soft play set up for my daughters first birthday. She LOVED it. The attention to detail they have is awesome. The gentlemen that setup and took down were professional and so kind. I highly recommend ABC Play Rentals. Thank you for helping make my daughters day so fun!

Just celebrated our son's second birthday. I knew he would enjoy having a little setup like this but I had no idea just how much he would love it! He had such a great time and all in his own home, it was perfect. The setup was super clean and well-kept and nothing beats their friendly service. Will definitely need to book with them again, highly recommend soft play with ABC :)

I definitely recommend using ABC Play Rentals if you're in need of a soft play. I rented one of their set ups for my sons 2nd birthday party and it was amazing! Seeing the smile on my sons face while he was playing in the ball bit and jumper with his friends and family was unforgettable. Madison is super sweet and answered every question I had in a timely manner. Her husband Dan was also very nice and had our soft play set up in less than 20 minutes. Overall, we are extremely happy and will definitely be booking in the near future.

I've been following her account on Instagram for a while already because I loved her set ups and I knew I would book eventually for one of my kids. We decided to throw my daughter a 1st bday party and wanted to go all out with a soft play and I was super excited to book with her. I went on her website and booked the date and she replied quickly. She "confirmed" it but never asked for a deposit or sent me any more information, so after a few days I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was fully confirmed, so I reached out. She never replied, so I tried the other number on her Instagram bio, never replied. I gave her a few days in between each text because I know she's very busy and I respect that ! But she's actively positing on Instagram and ignoring all messages! Super unprofessional!! I've thrown big parties several times and hired many vendors and NEVER had an issue like this ! At least send a quick message that you will get back to me soon or something but nope nothing ! Thankfully I was able to find so many other professional soft play vendors in my area I also should have looked at her Yelp reviews first because from what im reading, this isn't the first time she's done this ! So unprofessional don't even bother booking with her! read more

Good product and set up for the little ones! My son has a blast in the soft play for his 1st bday. Bad experience! The lady canceled at 12:45am the day of my son's 1st birthday. Terrible at communicating throughout the booking. Looks like they have another review with someone else with the exact same thing happening. Sounds like they over book or just make up a lie if they wind not wanting to do it. Very Unprofessional. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with ABC rentals. Madison canceled on me the NIGHT BEFORE!! around midnight with no time left to find a replacement for a soft play for my baby girls 1st birthday party.I understand emergencies happen but she was so unprofessional! no backup plan, no assistance offered NOTHING! This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, I signed a contract! The first line on the contract says if I cancel less than 24 hours of the event I'm required to pay her in full so if I had canceled on her with such short notice, the contract clearly stated I'd be charged and penalized. But apparently, that professionalism doesn't go both ways. Based on my bad experience, I DO NOT recommend this vendor if you're looking for reliability. Don't book with this vendor because you run the risk getting canceled on the night of your event at 11:27 pm!!! Look elsewhere! read more

HIGHLY recommend ABC Play Rentals! We rented a soft play area and yard cards for my daughters first birthday. Everything was a hit! Young toddlers often get fussy at parties, but not when there's soft play for them! Madison was amazing. She answered all my questions, set me up with exactly what to expect, and even customized the size of the play area so we could have a perfect fit. Her husband did a great job with the set up, and he was super patient and helpful while we made some adjustments during the drop off. If you're considering soft play, definitely reach out to them. We'll be using ABC for all of our future parties. read more

My now husband and I had been together for 10 years before we got married, so we (or I) had a lot of time to dream about our future wedding. Of course we had always imagined having our reception at a venue, but due to the pandemic, we decided to have it in my father-in-law's backyard instead. At the beginning, the thought of planning a wedding ourselves--even a small, backyard one--was daunting; my now husband and I didn't know where to start. On top of that, we are both teachers, which means that we have very little free time. Fortunately for us, my sister knew Allison and helped set up our first meeting. That was when we met Allison and Aaron, and we immediately could tell that they were experts in event planning. From that moment forward, we had an open line of communication about our wedding. They listened to our ideas, and gave us their professional input for how we could realistically achieve our vision with our budget. They were also extremely flexible throughout the entire process. Our wedding plans evolved so much as California's Covid restrictions loosened, and they never made us feel "bad" for making so many changes. Well Allison and Aaron TRANSFORMED my father-in-laws backyard! Now that it's all said and done, I cannot imagine our wedding reception being anywhere else (nor do I wish that it was). To say that the set up was beautiful is an understatement! They exceeded our expectations (and everyone else's--we got so many compliments!). In addition to the rentals, we decided to have them do our florals, and everything turned out so, so beautiful and cohesive. We also decided to have Allison be our Day-of-Coordinator, and this was one of the best decisions that we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! She has so much experience, her attention to detail is amazing, plus she was super available and responsive: I could email, text, or call her anytime, whether it was to ask for her opinion or to vent (as a bride, this is important!). I truly felt like I could rely on her, which is huge when it comes to planning your wedding. No matter what event you are planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Wisteria & Lace Event Productions. They have the experience and the resources to make your vision a reality. We felt like we had a dream team on our side, and you will too if you trust them. Madison provided us with the most beautiful balloon arch for our little girls baby shower! The photos don't do it justice! It was a big hit with everyone at the party being the most perfect photo opp! From the beginning of just meeting Madison to the end she was very professional and accomidating! I even had to do a last minute venue change due to rain and it was no problem for her. She even set up very quickly but ensured everything was secure for the day. Thank you for being apart of making our baby shower for Gemma Rose so special! Samantha Ivy & Boe Canales read more

I book every family gathering so the little ones can have something special to enjoy, and it truly takes so much off the parents' plates. Everything is always on time, spotless, and thoughtfully put together. Madison goes above and beyond to make sure every item is safe and age appropriate, which means the world to me. I am so thankful for how easy she makes the entire process and for the joy she brings to our family gatherings. Watching the kids smile and play makes every event even more special read more

I don't even know where to begin ! Today was the best day ever because of ABC play rentals. I rented this for my 2 year olds birthday and I've never seen her so happy, she played all day. All the kids loved the jumper and play area, this is the perfect way to entertain kids at parties. Getting all the information I needed so was easy, I got all my questions answered very quickly and everyone was so genuine and friendly! Thank you so much to ABC play rentals! Everyone must try them out! read more

I can not tell you how many times I have used this company to book for my kids birthdays! They are friendly, professional always on time and clean. During 2020 when events weren't really a thing I was booking for smaller events & they always kept it super duper clean! Check our their Instagram. Pricing is reasonable. The kids are always happy, that's my main thing! read more

They responded back quickly to get my business but only to cancel at the last minute. I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience. Buyers beware if you decide to do business with this company.

We had a recommendation for a party rental that I had been told was the lowest around but I reached out and that person never got back to me. So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. She was amazing, and I highly recommend Fran's Kids Jump for party rentals!
