My son asked for a game truck for his birthday and I am so happy I found Level Up Game Truck. They were very responsive when inquiring about a party and gave all information about their truck clearly. I was clear what game consoles were available as well as the games that the children could choose from. I ended up booking for a two hour party snd when the truck arrived I was greatly surprised at how much space was available to play. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the truck the entire time it was there. A few things - One upon booking we agreed on a specific time only for them to realize hours later after the deposit was sent that that time was in fact unavailable. Thankfully I was flexible and able to switch The driver showed up 10 minutes late and because it takes a few minutes to set up the kids list about 20 minutes of play time since the truck packed up and left by its allotted time. I would have appreciated they made that time up at the end. Lastly I was not aware that the truck would need to be hardwired into my router for internet and online games. While thankfully I was able to get rebates for them I was unaware I would have a giant cord running through my house the entire party. Great business and I would happily book them again. read more

We could not get ahold of him all day and at that point I was completely freaking out that we were being ghosted. I had 20 kids arriving at my house in less than an hour and we were literally begging him for a response. We ended up finding another truck last minute (extreme game truck they were wonderful) and after I had paid the other company level up shows up LATE after ghosting us all day and expects the remainder of my payment. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business owner in my life. Events are already stressful as is so if you don't want the added extra stress I would highly recommend not going with this company.
