The guy I spoke with also told me that I could buy clay there and that all I needed to do beforehand was call to make sure they weren't busy and that there was space for me. On Thursday, I called ahead to make sure they weren't busy and then drove there. When I arrived, I was told, "Oh, we don't sell clay anymore." Luckily, I had mentioned that I didn't have clay because they were about to charge me the $40 anyway. First of all, why do they not sell clay when their name is literally "Temecula Clay"?! More importantly, please educate your employees on whether or not you sell clay, because I used to buy clay there a few years ago. I drove there TWO TIMES and wasn't able to use the wheel or work with clay at all. Just sell me the clay? Especially when the closest place to buy it is an hour away. Very frustrating and a huge waste of time. Update: They completely rectified the situation! Thank you so much to the owner and employees who fixed the issue.

There was a distinct feeling throughout the session that we were quite pressed for time to finalize our pieces. This accelerated pace, unfortunately, limited the opportunity for more detailed refinement or unhurried exploration, detracting slightly from the meditative and expressive potential of the medium. Additionally, while I understand the importance of maintaining a tidy workspace, the requirement for participants to handle the full cleanup immediately upon concluding our work contributed to this sense of being rushed, rather than allowing for a more gradual and relaxed end to the creative process.

She's had a few different art teachers at this studio and they're all patient with the kids, nurture the development of creativity and know their art techniques! This studio is clean, yet allows the students to get messy when needed. My daughter draws, paints, colors, doodles... is creative in some shape or form every day, so it's great that she is around caring individuals to help her expand her art skills. My daughter learns about various artists and enjoys being around other kids that share her passion. My daughter calls herself an Artist and can't wait for Tuesday nights so she can go to art class. My daughter is able to take these classes through her homeschool, Sage Oak Charter School. We choose her classes each month online and my daughter goes once a week for an hour. Classes are typically $25 each, paid monthly, which includes the art materials used. I'm glad this studio caters to all children. If you're looking for a safe, creative and friendly art studio check them out. They offer different classes, open studio, movie/art events, but we honestly haven't tried those yet.
