Everything went great with the shipping and receiving. They kept in constant communication throughout the whole process. I loved that they were very interested in my opinions and ideas, and appreciated their feedback and help in coming up with a one of a kind preservation of my bouquet. Upon receiving it back, I was so so happy with the outcome. So much so, that I will be reaching out shortly to them again. Sadly, we recently lost our 13 year old kitty. I would love to have them create something amazing with some of his ashes for me. I would highly recommend. And check out all of their stuff! I have been eyeing up some of the other neat stuff they have made, particularly I like the preserved insect pieces.

Every corner exudes charm! I was happy to see that they sell Bridgewater Candles' Sweet Grace fragrant products. Please see my separate review on them. The Bridgewater Candle Company helps feed children around the world. This shop also carries the Farm House Fresh (FHF) skincare line. I love their sumptuous lotions! The interior is festively decorated for Christmas and chock full of a variety of unique gifts like jewelry and items for children. It is a little pricey but not over the top. I spoke with Kelly, who was working at the counter. She was so friendly, welcoming, and sweet and we chatted for a bit. She explained that they also have classes for crafts like jewelry making & candle making. It's something I'm interested in exploring further. She let me know that Angie owned the shop and there were challenges when the pandemic hit. I'm so heartbroken that so many small businesses were adversely impacted. I love supporting small businesses. Like I told Kelly small businesses are the backbone of the American economy. They have a prayer request wall. I submitted a request along with the myriad of requests already hanging. So much prayer needed in these times. I thought that is so cool & gracious on the shop owner's part. What a blessing! You can tell that children find the shop magical! They were awestruck by many of the items on display. Hearing their squeals of delight brought joy to my ears & warmth to my heart. It is a feast for the eyes. It's decorated so tastefully, it's organized, clean and bright. I couldn't help myself and made a few select purchases for gift giving. Don't take my word for it! Come & check it out for yourself! Please support this small business. I can't wait to return.

Project Details: Single-color Embroidery on Polo shirts…read more TLDR: Things started great, but deadlines kept getting pushed back and ultimately the finished products were not of professional quality. I really wanted to find my go-to spot for all my merch needs because I have multiple clients/vendors with year-round requests, and I was delighted to meet Kolton as he was very knowledgeable and energetic when I first met him in the shop. He helped me source the type of shirts I wanted, even ordering samples for me to check out in-person, and I was pleased with his pricing as well. I could not have asked for a better start. Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from my rating, things started to go downhill once it was time for production. The common theme was inconsistency: 1) Communication was random -- via calls, texts, and voice messages, it was difficult to find out the status of my order. Twice I even drove to the shop before their closing hours so that I could find out in the flesh, but on both occasions the store closed early without any notice. 2) Deadline was delayed multiple times -- Kolton had informed me that he would be going out of town but ensured me that my order would be completed before he left. When the planned date of completion had come, I hadn't heard from him all day so I called near end of day to ask for a status update; he asked if he could get the order completed after his vacation because he didn't have enough time. Even though this was upsetting, I told him it was fine - we've all been there with deadlines, so I gave him another chance. Fast forward to his return from vacation, my order was still not done until a week after it was promised it would be completed. 3) Finished product was not professional quality -- I had ordered a simple single-color embroidery on polo shirts, and I was shocked to see the inconsistent stitching from one shirt to the next for nearly every single shirt. I figured with all the time that was spent on the job, that the shirts would come out amazing... but it looked as if he rushed throughout the entire process. They did not look the same as the initial sample shirts that were shown to me at the beginning of the project, so I felt misled. From seeing the majority of positive reviews for this shop, I am very confused as to why my own experience was much different even though I was respectful, remained patient, and the complexity of my request was quite standard and simple.
