I was leaving a Yelp review for another business, and I just realized that I never put a review in for Michelle from Crystal Empress from Christmas . I'm so sorry Michelle! Well better late than never. She did some engraving for me for 2 Christmas presents that I requested VERY last minute, and she got them back to me exactly when she said she would at a great price! Every other place said they couldn't do it as soon as she did, and she came through. The work was awesome! I definitely recommend her for engravings! Thank you Michelle!!! read more

Michelle turned around my project in 2 days. I had a very expensive 5 liter Cabernet Sauvignon bottle. I asked her to do a memorial for my good friend, who recently passed away. The bottle was already engraved, which was filled in with gold paint. We selected two different complimentary fonts to add the memorial essage to my friend which blended perfectly. Michelle filled in the engraving with silver, which gave great contrast to the existing gold paint. I trusted her with my Imperial sized, $700 bottle of 1984 Cabernet. I was extremely impressed with the detail, quality, care and Michelle's customer service. My trust was well placed, and I was rewarded for all her advise and efforts. The whole job cost less than 10% of the value of the wine! Great value too! read more
