Michelle turned around my project in 2 days. I had a very expensive 5 liter Cabernet Sauvignon bottle. I asked her to do a memorial for my good friend, who recently passed away. The bottle was already engraved, which was filled in with gold paint. We selected two different complimentary fonts to add the memorial essage to my friend which blended perfectly. Michelle filled in the engraving with silver, which gave great contrast to the existing gold paint. I trusted her with my Imperial sized, $700 bottle of 1984 Cabernet. I was extremely impressed with the detail, quality, care and Michelle's customer service. My trust was well placed, and I was rewarded for all her advise and efforts.
