I figured what the heck, I'll give them a try. I went down to TVPC and right then and there I should've backed up and waited the 6 weeks. In their front window they had a giant poster for MAGA idiot Bianco for California Governor. I figure, Oh well, that is their opinion. Anyways, after the 2 weeks I called and she informed me that she forgot to order the base color, and she will get it and have my bookshelf finished this week. I called and she told me next Monday. I didn't get the call, but they did finish it by the end of the week. I walked in and my art work bookshelf was ruined. The powder coating was blotchy in some places and in other places it was so thin that the color wasn't even close. They drilled holes in it to hang it, but instead of drilling in the bottom, they did it on the sides, which is very visible. They quoted me $450, but she offered a 50% discount before I even looked at their work, so I knew something was wrong, and it was. I am so upset that I am going to have to take it back to my other place and have it sandblasted and recoated. I should've backed up, drove away, and waited the 6 weeks.

Here is my story! I used this company once and Jose did an awesome job getting my Tesla and Cadillac Escalade detailed. Unfortunately I contacted him to come out last week and he did not show up. He claimed he messaged me that I should hold off because of possible rain, but never hit send by accident. Ok! Accidents happen! So I reached out to him again Monday and no response. Tuesday and Wednesday, no response. It wasnt until I messaged him that I would be going elsewhere that he responded telling me he had availability on Friday at 430pm. I messaged him today to verify that he would be showing up and he responded that they would show up at 530pm. I told him this was an inconvenience because he told me at 430pm and was showing up a whole hour later. Clearly this owner didn't care that I had to cancel my plans to accommodate him only for him to no show up again! When I texted him, he refused to respond. Very unprofessional.
