I had a very frightening experience with this company today involving one of their drivers. While I…read morewas driving on the freeway at the speed limit, their vehicle began aggressively tailgating me, getting dangerously close to my car. I had very vulnerable passengers with me an infant, a pregnant woman, and I am also pregnant so I was driving cautiously for safety. The driver then pulled up beside me and attempted to sideswipe my vehicle. It felt intentional and put everyone in my car at serious risk. Because the company's phone number was displayed on the vehicle, I called it to report the unsafe driving. The person who answered confirmed that he was the driver himself. He stated that he was driving that way on purpose and said that if I had a problem with it, that was a "personal problem." There was also a woman in the car with him who joined in on the call and said that they did not care. The complete lack of concern, accountability, or professionalism was shocking .. especially from people representing a business on the road. No one should have to feel unsafe like this, particularly with children and pregnant passengers in the car. I strongly urge this company to address this behavior immediately, because this kind of reckless conduct could easily cause a serious accident.
