I had a very frightening experience with this company today involving one of their drivers. While I…read morewas driving on the freeway at the speed limit, their vehicle began aggressively tailgating me, getting dangerously close to my car. I had very vulnerable passengers with me an infant, a pregnant woman, and I am also pregnant so I was driving cautiously for safety. The driver then pulled up beside me and attempted to sideswipe my vehicle. It felt intentional and put everyone in my car at serious risk. Because the company's phone number was displayed on the vehicle, I called it to report the unsafe driving. The person who answered confirmed that he was the driver himself. He stated that he was driving that way on purpose and said that if I had a problem with it, that was a "personal problem." There was also a woman in the car with him who joined in on the call and said that they did not care. The complete lack of concern, accountability, or professionalism was shocking .. especially from people representing a business on the road. No one should have to feel unsafe like this, particularly with children and pregnant passengers in the car. I strongly urge this company to address this behavior immediately, because this kind of reckless conduct could easily cause a serious accident.

I am also pregnant, and there was an infant in the car as well, which made the situation especially frightening. The driver of this company vehicle was aggressively tailgating, driving dangerously close to us, and pulled alongside in a way that felt like he was trying to sideswipe the car. It did not feel accidental.. it felt intentional and hostile. When the number on the vehicle was called, the driver himself answered and admitted he was driving that way on purpose, saying it was a "personal problem." I also heard a woman in the car say that they did not care. There was no concern for our safety at all. As someone who was physically present, I can say this experience was terrifying and could have easily resulted in a serious accident. I hope the company takes this seriously so that no other families are put at risk.

I called them on a Monday, and they were there Tuesday morning for a driveway and backyard pressure…read morewash. I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
