I recently needed the…read moreexhaust pipe coated for my brand-new 2025 BMW GS 1300 Adventure, and despite his website noting they were temporarily closed due to an overwhelming number of orders (and him juggling his HVAC business with just his father to help), Eric still took my call and graciously agreed to take on my project. From the very first conversation, his kindness and willingness to help stood out--he patiently walked me through the process and timeline, which was a huge relief since I was in a bit of a rush to get this done while my bike was already at Temecula BMW for accessory upgrades. I dropped off the exhaust on a Friday, and by the following Thursday, it was back in my hands--record time, especially considering how busy he was! The work itself? Absolutely flawless. The coating was perfect, with no gaps, and all the valves functioned like a dream. Even the team at Temecula BMW was blown away by the quality--112% complete, they said! On top of that, Eric's daily text updates kept me in the loop every step of the way. I never felt like just another customer; he made me feel like my project truly mattered. And the pricing? Unbelievably affordable. I'd checked out other shops, and they were quoting double the cost and double the turnaround time. Eric's attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and top-notch service make Cerakote 21 the clear choice. If you're looking for the best, don't hesitate--give Eric a call. You won't be disappointed!
