Project Details: Single-color Embroidery on Polo shirts TLDR: Things started great, but deadlines kept getting pushed back and ultimately the finished products were not of professional quality. I really wanted to find my go-to spot for all my merch needs because I have multiple clients/vendors with year-round requests, and I was delighted to meet Kolton as he was very knowledgeable and energetic when I first met him in the shop. He helped me source the type of shirts I wanted, even ordering samples for me to check out in-person, and I was pleased with his pricing as well. I could not have asked for a better start. Unfortunately, as you may have guessed from my rating, things started to go downhill once it was time for production. The common theme was inconsistency: 1) Communication was random -- via calls, texts, and voice messages, it was difficult to find out the status of my order. Twice I even drove to the shop before their closing hours so that I could find out in the flesh, but on both occasions the store closed early without any notice. 2) Deadline was delayed multiple times -- Kolton had informed me that he would be going out of town but ensured me that my order would be completed before he left. When the planned date of completion had come, I hadn't heard from him all day so I called near end of day to ask for a status update; he asked if he could get the order completed after his vacation because he didn't have enough time. Even though this was upsetting, I told him it was fine - we've all been there with deadlines, so I gave him another chance. Fast forward to his return from vacation, my order was still not done until a week after it was promised it would be completed. 3) Finished product was not professional quality -- I had ordered a simple single-color embroidery on polo shirts, and I was shocked to see the inconsistent stitching from one shirt to the next for nearly every single shirt. I figured with all the time that was spent on the job, that the shirts would come out amazing... but it looked as if he rushed throughout the entire process. They did not look the same as the initial sample shirts that were shown to me at the beginning of the project, so I felt misled. From seeing the majority of positive reviews for this shop, I am very confused as to why my own experience was much different even though I was respectful, remained patient, and the complexity of my request was quite standard and simple. read more

If you come in here to purchase Anything make sure you take pics of the receipt and most important Record the process because apparently if you take months to pick up an item that you you already Paid is a "Red Flag". Not only that, the owners tell you that to your face in front of 2 other costumers and when you clarify on what he just told you he says "That's not what I said". Honestly very disappointed on the business, if you are a single mother or just a women tryin to purchase watch out because you'll be treated as if you don't know what you're doing. I'll be telling my friends and school about my experience and the Loss of business the owner just got for being rude and accuse of nonsense to someone that's been coming here for years.You could honestly get the same school shirts on Amazon cheaper than here but I wanted to help out the small business by paying a few extra dollars, But not anymore! I like this place. every time I come in, I'm greeted and asked if I need assistance. They usually always have what I need, never very busy either. A bit expensive but my kids attend a charter school and these guys have the uniforms and embroider the logo pretty quickly. Over all happy with them and will continue to go back for uniforms. One suggestion-- make the website where we can shop online and then pick up the embroidered item in a day or so! That would be awesome. read more

The owner it's unprofessional and rude, I'm a single mother and I don't have all the time in the world so apparently when I took a couple of months to pick up something was a red flag for him and I wasn't aware of it...the second time I order a hoodie which he said was supposed to be ordered because I ordered it in summer and he specifically told me to come back in September and that was a second red flag because he forgot to write it in the paper that I was picking up but he didn't forgot to charge me for it!!! I have been buying uniforms from him for 4 years and it's hundreds $$ every time and he told me to my face that I was stealing because he can't run a business efficiently and keep track of the orders they deliver I don't understand why I had to pay for his ineptitude... I had a Step & Repeat banner done for my husband's surprise 40th birthday this past weekend. Linda from Make'n It Personal was easy to work with and she was fast. I wanted an 8' x 8' personalized banner to use as a backdrop to the open air photo booth we had at the party. The equipment that they had did not allow for an 8' x 8' banner as a whole piece. Linda ended up printing 2 banners and overlapped them so that I had the full 8' x 8' banner. I have to admit that I was nervous and afraid that you'd be able to tell there was a seam going down the middle of it. I had no reason to be. The banner came out great. Unless you got up close and stared at it, you didn't notice the seam. The pictures came out great (NO SEAM!) Doing it this way saved me a few hundred dollars. Terrible customer service! Went for a banner and they misspelled a name, and our colors were completely off. Instead of making the customer happy and fixing it, they wanted to blame everything on me. Called to get pricing on sublimation, was told we would be called back for pricing. Never received call back so we had to call back (red flag). Was passed around by Susie then another employee got on the phone and said, oh we don't do work unless you buy the product from us. They could not provide the type of jersey we had so this makes no sense at all. They are an embroidering shop not Dicks Sporting Goods. If you do embroidering on only your products you sell then let EVERYONE know this in advance and on your website. Even with 20 pieces for a youth team they could of made a couple hundred dollars just doing the logos. I have a feeling if I call back and say I have 1000 pieces I would get pricing. Are business owners so lazy nowadays they pick and choose their customers? Piss poor customer service. read more

I was kind of in a panic when I learned my Son's Little League team wouldn't receive their jerseys, which still needed the players' last names screen printed on, until the week of pictures. I brought them into Printing Galore today, Tuesday, in hopes I might have them by Friday in time for Saturday's pictures.
