I pass by this place pretty much every single day. Had a shirt that I've been wanting to put a logo on for the longest time...and yes I know people who can do it but folks are busy and I just wanted my damn shirt done, lol!! Took a chance and went in here to ask about pricing and see what else they offer. Hannah was great taking down my info, making sure she wrote down colors, dimensions, etc. Originally I brought in 3 of my own shirts on my first visit which was Wednesday. After talking about prices, I decided that I wanted to bring in 2 more to get printed. The more you have them make, the cheaper it is! The only one I paid extra for was the one that had the glitter vinyl because as some of you know, I am extra on some days, haha!! I went back in the following day and dropped off 2 more shirts. This time I walked around the store and saw that they had some crop tops and tanks for sale at good prices. I picked out one of each and added them to my pile. I paid for the cost of those 2 shirts plus the vinyl that was to be printed on all 7 shirts. I didn't catch the lady's name, but she was super nice, too. As I paid at the register, I asked how long it would take. She informed me that they could get them done by the next day. SWEET!! I was happy to hear that as I got tired of waiting on someone and asking when it would be done. Here I got 7 done in a day!! In fact, it was just a few hours when I got a call from them later that day. They had my shirts all ready for pick up! I was still working for an hour after they close so I couldn't pick them up til Friday. Let me tell you, though... when I saw how they came out my eyes legit lit up lol! They all look great and I feel like I need to go back and get more things done! If you see me check in again, it's definitely because I'm expanding my wardrobe! =) This place is AMAZING. Professional, quality work done in record time with great prices all around. They even sell hats that can be embroidered or they can put vinyl on (for the trucker hats). Watch me go in and get a hat made...hehehe... If you need a bulk order, they can do that too. You can ask them to save your company logo so that they can have it stored for future use should you want anymore items done. Great location right off the Winchester exit in front of the funky Starbucks I wrote my last review on, lol!! Nice prices, quick turnaround and professional service all around. I highly recommend this place for your business or personal needs! ;) read more

Before we ordered 7 custom shirts, we asked to see the first one before running the whole order and they insisted on running all of them. The T-Shirt design had Fluorescent Green Aliens on the Image which really makes them pop color wise. When we came to pick them up, the green was more of a primary drabby green that was extremely far from the original art. I asked why the green didn't look right, and they said that's the way the green translates on the black shirt but that's not true. IT'S THE WRONG INK COLOR! I have seen many black shirts with brighter ink on them so it's not impossible....Not happy with the result and a big waste of time. read more

Huge shout out to Paul and Morgan they deigned and printed a custom shirt for my 40 Year Old Nieces Birthday. Bought, paid for and picked up same day $25 including the shirt. This place is amazing and their attitudes are absolutely top shelf. I'll be back. Thank you so much!! read more

Cindy is AMAZING! I met her a few years ago when the store was in Oceanside. With a small business I needed shirts and table cloths done with my business logo. She took care of me then, just like she did now. Now the store is in Temecula but the customer service hasn't changed. Cindy took care of me once again. I changed my business logo and needed all new everything. I wasn't sure if this was the same store until I got there, so I didn't get everything done. However, I got shirts, tank tops, and jackets done and they came out INCREDIBLE! Cindy really made sure the shirts we printed on were the best material. She was honest. The first shirts I brought in, she let me know that the logo would look horrible on them. She told me what to get to get the best print. I am extremely thankful grateful for her. I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely be back. read more

I needed a shirt with a logo embroidered and called this business to ask how fast they can have it done. I spoke to Hannah on the phone and asked her if they offered embroidery services. She said yes and my next question was how soon can you have a shirt embroidered with just a small logo on the front corner of a dri-fit polo. She said in about a day. She gave me the email address where to send the image/logo and I went in personally to pick the garment and pay. I ended up paying $105.45 for 3 garments. I went to pick up my garments on Saturday around noon and to my surprise, they were vinyl iron-on instead of embroidery. I told the guy, who was actually the person who took my order in person, that I wanted embroidery. He said when he took my order that he specified it was vinyl because he "even confirmed the colors!" I said yes I confirmed the colors, but the word vinyl was never mentioned. He never asked me, "so what vinyl blue and what vinyl red do you want?" I said this whole time, I was under the impression that we were all on the same page that I wanted embroidery, since I had already specified with Hannah over the phone. He said embroidery would take at least a week to complete. I asked for a refund and he refused to give my money back. This whole thing would have been avoided if they actually took the time to train their employees to give out proper information over the phone. I could've done vinyl iron-on at home by myself for $0 since I already have all material, a cutting machine, and an iron press. All I want is my money back for their mistake and poor customer service. I would have never agreed to pay $105.45 for 4" vinyl decals. Train your employees to give correct information over the phone. To be fair, this is not a complain about their quality of work. This was all Hannah's fault. She either needs more training or shes just inept. Get rid of her. Do better, T-SHIRT MART!!!! read more

Zero stars, They suck! I specifically heard my boss asked how long it would take to a polo shirt embroidered?lady said "take about a day" and I thought to myself wow that's really fast. So when they called later that afternoon, the shirts are ready, I was shocked. My boss told me when she went to pick up her shirts they were vinyl pressed. I was there to witness this conversation, Nowhere in their phone conversation was vinyl pressed mentioned. The lack of attention to detail, failure to provide the ordered customization, and the overall poor quality of the design. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering these JOKERS for any customization or "embroidery" services. This is a stark reminder that their ability to fulfill orders accurately and maintain quality standards is severely lacking. Not to mention their customer service abilities are extremely under par. read more
