Letterman jackets are an extremely expensive investment. If you are going to take that plunge I highly recommend Logo Joes! This is the second Letterman's jacket I've purchased from them and my experience has been wonderful both times. Their staff is extremely courteous and helpful with the decisions that need to be made on sizing and patch placement. Their communication is excellent, example - When we ordered my daughter's jacket we were told the turn around time would be 10 weeks (which would be the 3rd week in February). We received an email about 5 weeks later informing us that the jacket would be delayed by a couple of weeks due to a forced closure when most of the employees were out with COVID. We understood but my daughter was of course a bit disappointed. We'll, fast forward 4 weeks and I get a call letting me know that my daughter's jacket was ready for pick up! Actually a week earlier than the original delivery date! When I picked the jacket up I told the staff that I was surprised it was ready after having received their email. She thanked me for my understanding in the situation and said they worked really hard to get back on schedule as they know how important it is to the kids and all of their customers read more

The jacket was finished at 10 weeks and looked great. Two of my three kids have letterman jackets from Logo Joe's. These are of the highest quality, with perfect stitching and patch placement on really nice jackets. I had 2 days to get my stole embroidered for graduation and they were able to help. What's amazing is that I forgot to add my sorority to it and couldn't tell them til the next day which would give them only 1 day. They were so awesome that not only were they able to do it without charging extra, they did it beautifully! I love it so much. So yes if anyone is reading this review, I highly highly recommend this place. Customer service was amazing, the quality of the work was amazing, and the price was very reasonable. I actually wanted to give 4.5 star because the spacing of each Greek letter was supposed to be 1 inch, they didnt space, oops. Its ok though, not too big of a deal (hopefully lol). I used Logo Joe's twice now for my business first time was just to screen print shirts the second time I got shirts and hats because I liked the shirts so much. They misprinted my hats due to a mix up, but they reordered them and I got exactly what I wanted. Great place to get stuff made at. Excellent, low cost, and high quality service! I've used Logo Joes on numerous occasions (both for custom bachelor party t-shirts), and was VERY pleased with the outcome. I agree with the other person that they USED to be good...I would never recommend them to anyone. For the last 7 years I have been using them for a local school for shirts, etc. Every year I ask for a quote they try to rip you off and charge way more than they did the year before. Then I will remind them what they charged me last year and they would say "oh yeah". Sometimes they won't care and stick to their price. For example, I wanted a number embroidered on a bag. The year before they did them for $5. I asked this year and they said $8. Really?! The problem is that you are not paying attention, they will try to overcharge you. Also, when you ask for a quote, after 3-5 days, you have to contact them to remind them to send you a quote. Really bad customer service. And the sad part, they don't care...they will get business from folks in murrieta/temecula that don't mind spending their money. read more
