This review is long over due! This is my second visit to Temecula Trophy and both my experiences here have been phenomenal! On both occasions in 2017 and this year (November 2020) I brought in cocktail shakers to be engraved for a special someone. Temecula Trophy has a variety of fonts to choose from, and if you have a particular font you'd like to use that isn't available on their list, NO PROBLEM! Just tell them the font name/style and they will find it for you! Had I known that detail in advance I would have chosen a special font. I bought my boyfriend a gold Nixon watch and I realllly wanted to get something engraved on it, but there was no space on the back so I decided to just do the side. I went to every jewelry/ personalization store in my mall and esco mall, but they all refused to take the watch because they were afraid to break the glass I guess? I went to try Temecula Trophy because I heard they do laser engraving, so I took it and explained my situation and the guy up front helped me a lot! I'm super indecisive but he was really patient and kind with me and I appreciated that. My total was $15 and I got it back in about a week! No problems at all and it turned out exactly how I asked! They close at 5:00 and they finished around 4:30. I was at work when Bradley called me, but he said to just call and let him know when I was coming, said that he knew this was important to me and offered to stay late till I got there!! Wow!!!! As someone else said this review is long overdue! This is my second time using Temecula Trophy. I was so pleased with my first experience having a couple of my Yeti's personalized. I recommended them to my sister for some very special items we wanted engraved. The items were one of a kind and very difficult to engrave. We were worried about leaving these special items in someone else's care because they are one of a kind items. We were also worried if they would be broken or ruined during the engraving process. Bradley was incredible. He was so understanding realizing the sentimental value these items held for us. He guided us on the best approach for the engraving and assured us he would take great care of our items. We arrived the next week to see our items beautifully cared for and absolutely incredible engraving on each item. Thanks to Bradley and Bree our already incredibly special family heirlooms are even more special and have been properly memorialized for generations to come. Our children were so thrilled to receive such a special gift and will be treasured for generations to come. Huge thanks to Temecula Trophy! Their pricing was actually lower than many other engravers who had completely unqualified people engraving. If needed, I would have spent more knowing the care and expertise Temecula Trophy provides. Got to the end space of a perpetual plaque we have engraved every year and we were having trouble trying to decide how to carry it on in the best manner.... the guys in the shop came up with options I had not thought of and did a great job of making the additions and changes to our plaque in a budget friendly manner...when they easily could have just led me to a larger plaque that would have required changing everything for 5x the price... they were friendly, helpful and able to have our plaque ready in a timely manner even though I only had a short time frame to work with. Temecula Trophy is the most unprofessional storefront business I have ever encountered. It took more than 20 minutes for anyone to help me. Since they knew I was in a time crunch, and couldn't order anywhere online to get my trophies in time, they gauged me with pricing. Then, when one of the recipients lost his trophy, and he went in to order another one, the owner called and emailed me, cursing and yelling, telling me to pay him (although I was not the one that re-ordered the trophy), accusing me of being a liar. Due to the "R" rating on his correspondence, I can not post his comments here. I advise NEVER using Temecula Trophy!!!! I get sick to my stomach just driving by the place. read more
