When I said I needed it by the time promised she began yelling at me telling me they had other orders that came first. And if there is any question to my motives or truth merely look at the owners/slash employees review of the other similar claim to rudeness and abuse on google reviews and even on responses on yelp. I initially called on a Friday and inquired about an ammo can I wanted engraved. I was told that the individual (Cody) who does the engraving was out of the office at the time, and that he would get back to me after leaving my name and number. That definitely never happened! I still attempted to make contact for a few days and even left a voicemail, but not one of calls was ever returned. On my last try I got through and was told that they couldn't do the ammo can because "of it's size." It just sounds like a bunch of BS and I figured they either just didn't want my business, or they were too damn lazy to make it happen. They promote that they can engrave "anything" on their website, and they had photos of larger pieces then an ammo can so they were definitely full of it. Luckily, I found Michelle with Crystal Empress, and she came through on my engraving needs. Her work is amazing so definitely go to her!
