I liked him he seamed very detail orientated. we put in an order of shirts. They where very prompted and communicative. When we got our order back the screen printing machine had ruined all of the shirt (We had gave them shirts to print on). Joe gave us a refund for this. I thought a lot of him for doing so. Unfortunately what was to come I did not like. We put in another order and decide to order shirts from Joe to make sure nothing would go wrong with the printing. This was put in at the beginning of the month. We told Joe we where on a deadline and needed the shirt for a health fair. Joe confirmed the order and everything was a go. After calling and emailing several times throughout the month and not getting a response we became a bit worried about the order. 15 days later after making another phone call this morning we where informed by someone else that they took us off the order list because of how busy they are right now and because the first order got messed up. We are spending a lot more money ordering shirt from Joe to insure the order would not get messed up. I had to eat the cost of the 30 + shirt I bought at another store that I was hoping to print on. If he was not feeling good about doing the print job a response to one of the several email or phone calls to let us now that was very important! Now we may not have shirt for our up coming event.... :(

I was so excited to get my windows tinted after buying my first non-mom car in 28 years. I checked…read morereviews here on yelp and received quotes from 3 vendors. I chose Mikes because they had the most thorough response and seemed really professional. However, three visits later, I have had the worst experience with the Riverside location. I chose the top of the line ceramic tint and paid $1,500. It was a lot but I wanted the best since I knew I would not buy another car in 10 or more years. The initial install was pleasant enough. I asked questions regarding a couple of bubbles I saw before I left and was assured by Erick that they would disappear after the moisture evaporated. Some did, lots did not. (See initial install photos) I went back to have the back and rear windows redone. The bubbles were worse on the back and on one of the triangle windows. (See 1st reinstall showing dust particles and bad cuts pics) Also, the clarity in the rear window was poor. (See light glares in rear window pic) I was told that it could be due to an astigmatism or the defroster lines. What?! Thinking that the 3rd time would be the charm I went back again for another fix. This time it seems they just made a complete mess of the backseat, the floor mats and carpet top behind the seats. This is a new car. It was pristine when I gave it to them. (See pics of goo and backseat mess). Also, there are still lots of dust bubbles along the back window worse than the second install . (see 3rd install pics which was Sat. July 12, 2025). I don't know what to do anymore. I spent so much money and each time I bring my car back I'm told, "this never happened before" only to leave with it looking worse! I'm beyond frustrated. It's supposed to be a 10 year warranty but I don't have it in me to keep going back wasting my time and energy. They didn't bother to walk the car after each install except the time that I asked and was assured that things would evaporate. I even walked back in after the third install and the front counter was empty. I just left and saw the backseat damage once I got home. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My daughter, my husband and my son were looking to get their cars done. They will be looking elsewhere.

This business runs everything from business card, promotional items, to all size, all color of banners, with a reasonable price. Since i knew this place, it is a one stop for all my needs, from my business cards to high volume copies, from advertising banner to promotional items, from trophies for my troops and karate club to T-shirts, they do them all. The staff here are exceptional. The owner is such a nice guy, but you hardly see him these day, the rest of the staff are very nice, very approachable. When it comes to technical, they never cease to amaze me, especially Brad. I have brought in many pieces of challenging artworks and he always exceed my expectation.
