Great customer service! I bought my daughter a last minute little tikes lifted truck for her birthday, (I didn't wanna get her a pink or princess once since she has an older brother-I didn't wanna have to buy two) So I wanted to get a custom sticker to put on her new truck to make it hers but not have to be bright pink... so I called VE signs and spoke to Brian, said I needed a custom vinyl sticker made today and ASAP. He was super helpful and very patient! Walked in and got my custom sticker made in 10 minutes! Today I got my shirts when I saw them I noticed that the label was miss spelled. So I went to the shop again and talked with the owner about the mistake and he immediately said that he was not going to afford the mistake because he was no willing to lose money. That if I wanted the shirts done correctly I had to put some more money from my pocket what kind of business is that? They are rude and argued with me on the phone for the longest. I was trying to vocalize my issue, he continuously spoke over me. They blindly took orders and tried to pin the payment on a person that had nothing to do with the ordering of the signs in the first place. Claims to be helping but is really out here robbing people. Worst experience ever. Tshirts were completed 2 days late, and only after I called numerous times to get them quicker. Company has the WORST communication skills. I don't know how many times I was told "I'll call you back" only to never be called back. The worst part is I paid $400 cash for shirts I can't use and have a very unhappy softball team to deal with. Probably wont go back. The staff seemed scatter minded and could not comprehend the printing I wanted done (hard to believe because they call themselves "designers"). Took the staff 45 minutes to print a simple 12 (11 actually because the forgot to print one) sheets of paper (though some were double sided). I would rather pay the little extra and drive a little farther to somewhere like FedEx Office to save time and a hassle. read more

I was in a bind when I needed a dozen 3 inch pin-back buttons in less than a week for an engagement proposal. I had no luck finding someplace local that would be willing to only make a handful. I was able to pick up in 2 business days (as promised) and with plenty of time to spare. Although it was not as cheap as trusting some unknown, online service, I would gladly pay the same for the work that they did and for the peace of mind of having them on time. There was a $15 set up fee for the service, but thankfully that meant that they could re-design my original image from scratch. Their version was infinitely better than what my entry-level Photoshop skills could come up with. Very happy overall! read more

I had to update since Brad the business manager decided to respond to the review after 6 months. As soon as I made the original review I got a direct message from brad saying it was my fault the order got screwed up. His words "this looks like there was some miss communication on your side" nothing about helping or fixing the order. This was my second order of cards and I just wanted the same thing as my first order so I am not sure how I miss communicated. I explained that i just wanted to reorder and was assured I would get the same order as my first but when I pick up my order it was only one sided. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS !!!. BRAD SMITH My large printer 36" stopped working, so a last minute decision to drive to this location was the biggest mistake I have made in awhile. The print size was 54" tall by 36" wide. The print came out fine so that is important to note although I did ask if Brad would call me when it was complete and he said yes he would. No phone call by mid afternoon the next day so I decided to call as I figured they were simply busy and hadn't had a chance to call so I decided to call them instead. When I called to see if it might be ready and reminded Brad of what the job was Brad didn't seem to remember me from the day before. He said it was ready and I said I am less than 1 minute away and will be right there. I walked in their door and was standing right in front of him and said hello I am here and he said "How can I help you ? I don't understand this since they can't be that busy and I was the only one in their shop. Even the people at staples when you need something printed at least seem to remember my print job or me. The people who own this business may not know what is going on without their knowledge which I am hoping is the case but I gave Brad my business card so he could use it to fill in the billing info to get the job started. My email address is on my card and now I have received three spam emails for web site hosting from "Brad" with HIS OWN company name and using this places street address and phone number for his business. Either they are a part of it or they have no idea that this guy is doing this right in front of them. My guess is they have to know. One other thing to note, because my printer does 36" wide and can do whatever length you need and is was not working my graphic was 36" by 54" their printers are much bigger than mine like 72" wide format. They printed my job portrait just like I had created it for my own printer and charged me for the square footage of the print. If they would have simply rotated the job to landscape (since it was a .pdf file anyway) then it would have been less waste of paper and possibly a bit cheaper. But they must not understand their own business well enough to figure this out. I thought about asking them to rotate the print job once I arrived but then I might have been asked to pay a charge for graphic "touch up" or something like that or maybe not. The staff have always been very clear in explaining reasonable times frames and expectations for my orders. The rep always encourages me plan my projects to give sufficient time for completion. I dropped off 2 t-shirts on 7/22 to have a small number (1 1/2") decal ironed on the front pocket and a decal company logo ironed on the back (approx 2" x 12") of each. Both in color. I didn't hear back from Filadelfia until 7/25 to discuss placement of decals and then it took until 8/4 to hear that my shirts were done and ready for pick up. Really 2 weeks???? When I went to pick them up today I was shocked that they each were $20 for the design/set up for 2 small iron on decals? SLOW to process orders and price gouging for an iron on decal. read more
