This place is amazing! They do quality work and have great prices. I use them for my students at work and my son's soccer team.

Called at 9:30am, they made a World Series championship trophy for our league in a few hours. The championship game being that evening, they came in clutch!! The trophy was awesome, they even added out league logo! 10/10 for sure. read more

Steve & Staff at Awards & Specialties are "Simply The Best". Customer Service is Higher than Higher! Steve added art work even though I had paid for it, but realize I had made a mistake in not requesting initially the needed art work. Steve did the additional art work FREE OF CHARGE! WOW you don't see that type of Customer Service.....it just doesn't happen. That's why Awards & Specialties is " Simply The Best" Thank You Much, W. Griffin read more

Easy and very quick drop off and pick up for engraving. Reasonable prices. Quality work that matched the rest of the engravings that were not done here. Definitely will be back. Thank you! read more

Needed to update our Fantasy Football Trophy with laser engraved plate and I was lucky to find these people at Awards & Specialties, locally. Matched the existing winners plates/fonts on our trophy. Now we're in the computer, so we will be back every year. Good people to do business with read more

I called ahead of time to ask about production lead time to ensure I had the trophies in time for our baseball team end of season party. From the beginning, the team was amazing. It's a crazy busy season for multiple sports end of season parties, graduations, you name it. I was willing to pay extra to get the job done. The price was right, the quality was great, and the trophies were complete well ahead of the scheduled time. I can't thank this company enough for easing the anxiety of a first time team mom. I highly recommend them and will keep them in mind first for any future needs. read more

Awards & Specialties is fantastic to work with and we will definitely be using their services again! Our company needed years of service awards made and we were on a time crunch of 4 days! Go for the golddddd! My experience with Awards & Specialities was absolutely fantastic. I ordered a batch of 15 custom gold medals for Yelp IE's first Battle of the Elites! The medals had a custom print on the front side, and three lines of engravings on the back. These came out to being a little more than $7 a piece! I also decided to do pickup and forgo'd shipping to save both time and money. Like previous reviewers mentioned, Steve's speciality seems to be quick-turnarounds! I was in limbo with artwork, but as soon as the stars aligned, and I gave Steve the go, his team was able to turn around the final product within three business days. The artwork was provided on Thursday and I received an email the following Monday stating that the order had been completed and we were ready to rock n roll! The quality of the medal was great and the custom artwork was printed gorgeously - no evidence of an expedited print job to be seen! The winning team of Yelp users loved them (shout-out to Team Blue!) and I can't wait to make my next order of custom awards! read more

Steve and his team made this first time Soccer Manager's experience a breeze. I've never ordered trophies before this and Steve helped me with the process. I told him what I wanted and he walked me through the website. Sent me an email of what was discussed and even sent me the total to review with the other soccer parents. Placed the order, made the payment and trophies were produced in a few short days! The trophies were completed prior to the days I needed them. Quality of trophies are excellent and the kids were super excited! I highly recommend this organization and will be returning! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I was looking for a place that could repair a trophy that belonged to my Dad was he was a kid. I came across Awards and Specialties and from the moment I walked in, I was blown away with the customer service I received from Steve and Janine. Before going in, I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted, but Steve had the vision. Not only did he put together something that preserved the original look of the trophy, but he added special details to make it more meaningful. This place goes above and beyond and I could not recommend them enough. Thank you both for a one of a kind memory I will always cherish. read more

I've been working with Steve and his team at Awards and Specialties for the last few years. My orders need quick turn around and Steve has always come through and met my deadlines. BLUF - BEST AWARDS SHOP EVER!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED! I've been having Steve and his team do ALL of my plaques, awards and framing for over almost 5 years now. He's done my military awards for my reserve unit and then I had them start doing my personal awards for people retiring and transferring out of my civilian job. Then I had him do some framing of my personal items and every single job was done to absolute perfection. Things I think every person should know: Personal service - Steve and his team go above and beyond to give you that personal touch and guide you to the best and most beautiful item. I've never been disappointed. Down to earth - They don't try to upsell you and gouge you on price. I've used so many other awards places and they all try to go for the throat. Not Steve. Their prices are fair and quite honestly I'd pay more. Timeliness - EVERY single item I've ever ordered has been completed BEFORE the expected date. Matter of fact even my emergency short fuse items, they got completed in lightening speed. Small business - I'm a HUGE believer in supporting small businesses and driving our local businesses and economy. The products are better, the service is better, the outcome supports our community and not some sweat factory somewhere else. If I had more time I'd write more. The big takeaway - Steve's shop is incredible and I won't use any other place EVER again. PS....he's got the cutest and best dogs to pet while you discuss your awards with him! read more

Great timeliness! Wendy was helpful so was the other guy I talked to. Really professional looking, and we ordered the cheapest they had and it was still good! $6 trophies and they still looked professional! Small shop but makes up for it with a huge online inventory, so much that it's almost hard to navigate! Great customer service. Will definitely order from them again. read more

This is my first time using this company and I am definitely impressed! I'm part of a cub scout pack and had a miscommunication in who is ordering the awards. Well my usual trophy place could not get my order in time. Which led me here. Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get my order done in such short time frame, one day! I'm so pleased with the quality, professionalism, and work. They also had so many ideas for other awards and gifts in their office. I will definitely be back! read more

I was desperate to get a last minute project done, figuring it was a long shot to be able to get it back same day. To my surprise, Andrea told me they would help me out & get it done. I can't say enough about Awards & Specialties. First, the line of products they offer is almost endless but what really puts them over-the-top is their customer service. Owner Steve & crew will go out of their way to get your order right...even when the mistake was mine, Steve was quick to make it right in time for my event. I also like proof they send for my approval before your design is made. Unlike the last shop my club used for years, Awards & Specialties is organized & clean. It is a relief knowing what my design looks like before going in to pick them up. I will be a customer for life. read more

Steve and his staff have been fabulous. We've been using them for several years for our PTA and 6th grade awards. They have a high level of communication, they always get the job done in a timely manner, and have been especially flexible and accommodating during the current pandemic. Been using this place for team awards for over 6 years. Great prices and quality products. Only one mistake made in over 10 orders, and they fixed it without any hesitation Products are always delivered on time, and usually early. Made the mistake once of using an online trophy shop to see if I could save a few bucks. About a dollar cheaper per trophy, but the quality of the online trophies were extremely poor. From now on it will always be a local family run business, awards and specialties. read more
