Great example of how a small business appreciates their customers! I had the opportunity to work with Ed to make some cards. I had an old card that needed replacement and he wasted no time on giving me a quote. Although I was very hesitate about paying up front without seeing the finished product, he assured me that he's an honest guy trying to make a living and couldn't afford to lost that identity. I was very hesitant. I even offered to use my American Express but he does not accept Amex... in the end I paid up front and I got exactly what I wanted. Yes I had to correct several errors on spelling and spacing but he assured me once I give the ok to print, I would be responsible for any reprints. I have used this company several times and have always had to wait longer that was told order would be ready. Orders are never done on time and they always have excuses. You have to keep calling them because they never call back. I have been very patient up until this last order. After 3 months of excuses I finally had enough and canceled the order. I was told the order was almost complete but by this time, I wasn't listening to any more excuses. Use this company only if you don't need your order in a hurry and you are okay with calling over and over and hearing one excuse after another. read more

Wish I could give no stars because they definitely don't deserve one. I'm starting a clothing brand and am in the research phase of finding suppliers. So naturally I walked into the shop with a bunch of questions in mind as I'm trying to find a business that I am comfortable working with. It is also important for me that I have a strong relationship with my supplier as is why I came in person with my questions. Back to the experience I walked in hoping to get more information. I was greeted by Ed seconds after I walked in . No smiles just tired looks which is understandable considering it's a small business and a lot of work needs to be done. I let him know that I have a clothing brand that I want to start and that I'm researching suppliers. The whole time (less than five minutes) he was coming off rude in his responses and once again I let it go as him just being tired. Before I could get the next question out, phone rang and he cut me off to answer it. I was about to walk out then and there but I said no I want to see what potential this shop has. Ed came back almost dreading it. I asked about one more question before he cut me off and asked me "what is this for? What is this for a newspaper?" I told him "we're done here" and walked out. You would think an owner would be more open to a potential long time client but not Ed. Definitely not coming back here again. Edit: Ed reached out professionally and apologized. I tried calling this location twice, and emailing once through yelp, for a simple order for the Jurupa Girls Softball league of spirit wear (i.e. shirts, sweatshirt, etc) The owner was so unhelpful over the phone both times! And he never responded to my yelp email. When I told him I've called and talked to him before, as well as emailed, he claimed to "not remember." All I wanted to know was what we needed to do to get an order started! You would think a business owner would jump on the opportunity for new customers, but this guy was so useless, AND RUDE. Used to be a customer and place big 2k orders every now and then until he butchered a $1500 order then preceded to tell me "I'd be pissed too" with how my stuff came out. Just stopped responding back and totally blew me off after telling me week prior that I was a really good customer. About 60% of 1500 dollar order was messed up but All he had to do was replace few hoodies and shirts that were really messed up that I asked for and he just totally blew it off and wouldn't respond.
