Great prints and reliable customer service! However, communication could be improved. I have been using printing connections for several months now. We have printed many different items for our business, including posters, menus, and brochures. Printing connections has given us excellent quality prints every single time! They will also design items if you are not familiar with your product. One aspect that I feel can be improved is their communication with their customers. It is great when it occurs, but is inconsistent and can cause mild annoyances. In some emails, i requested them to email us or call us when prints were ready, but they did not. Other times, emails would have no responses unless I sent reminder emails. It is great that they are able to print items in a timely manner, but I would appreciate it if I could recieve them ASAP. read more

Jack is simply put the best printer ever. He actually prints for many other printers because he actually owns many of the high volume printing machines so his prices are always much lower than the competition. And if you work around him, he has free delivery options and can do quick turnaround jobs in case you're in a time crunch.
