Went in for 50 color copies printed both sides and cut in quarters. Brought in the paper and they did it while I waited. They are very courteous, professional and have everything you cold ever need under the sun for your printing needs. I have had a few printing jobs there the last year and a half and while my orders are small, I am treated with respect and courtesy as any customer would expect. That impresses me so I keep going back although I have to drive a bit to get there. I definitely recommend this printing company! read more

Horrible Horrible customer service! Spoke with a Hispanic lady at the front desk and she was beyond rude. I came in for a job that would have taken all of 10 mins and her attitude and disrespect for a customer was astonishing. I can live with the fact you choose not to do a job. But customer services goes a long way. Especially when your a mom/pop store. I wouldnt recommend this place to any id rather drive to San Diego than deal with rudeness and lack of professionalism. read more

If I could give more than five stars for reliable I would! Austin saved me today so thank you thank you thank you! Had a last minute emergency where posters to a big conference were not printed and I called all the poster places in riverside. Only printing connection was able to make 5 4ft by 6ft posters along with one 2x3 ft poster in just less than one day! I'm flying out tomorrow morning at 7am so you guys came in clutch! Also was able to use a 10% off coupon since it was my first time using this place but it certainly won't be my last! This place also has highly competitive pricing that is cheaper than office max and Office Depot for large posters! Highly recommend this place, especially Austin! read more

Printing Connection - Printing Services Near Me - Riverside, California

Great prints and reliable customer service! However, communication could be improved. I have been using printing connections for several months now. We have printed many different items for our business, including posters, menus, and brochures. Printing connections has given us excellent quality prints every single time! They will also design items if you are not familiar with your product. One aspect that I feel can be improved is their communication with their customers. It is great when it occurs, but is inconsistent and can cause mild annoyances. In some emails, i requested them to email us or call us when prints were ready, but they did not. Other times, emails would have no responses unless I sent reminder emails. It is great that they are able to print items in a timely manner, but I would appreciate it if I could recieve them ASAP. read more

Printing connection did a great job with out vinyl decals for our office windows and vehicles. They were very professional and did quality work. Everyone from the front office to the installers to the back office were a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the job well done. I will definitely use printing connection again in the future. read more

I have a very difficult project with a very difficult customer, and I am very lucky that I found printing connection on Yelp. Austin, the manager is very professional and very patient with us. He stayed at the shop till very late to test my printing project. The other people in the office are super nice as well. I will strongly recommend this company for any of your printing project. read more

Great experience all around. From start to finish, service was incredible. My representative was super friendly, communicative, helpful and even went the extra mile to print my shirts same day. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience. Will be ordering again! read more

I became a customer at Printing Connection about 3 months ago (Jan 2016). Marcos was the artist in charge of my first request. He did an OUTSTANDING job!!! His artistic skills are both appealing and modern. He also provides EXCELLENT customer service. He was ATTENTIVE to my needs and POLITE with his service. No doubt he is an asset to this company. I plan on using Printing Connection for all my marketing solutions. Thank you Printing Connection! read more

Austin answered all of my questions and provided quotes over email and basically walked me through the process. Make sure you confirm the final order specs so nothing gets mixed up. They created high quality real estate signs for me, which looked great and were just in time for my open house. They are a pleasure to work with! Will definitely use again. read more

Great personnel, excellent quality and in great time. I dropped the ball and needed a shirt with a custom design made in a day. They handled everything and came in clutch. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be back. read more

The BEST customer service, and they stand behind their work! Jack is such a good person and really helped me out with a difficult custom job. He handled my situation with extreme promptness, professionalism, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was challenged on another custom job weeks later, and again, when push came to shove, and we needed some serious help, Jack was there again. What was awesome is that I "expected" him to be there and to go above and beyond again, and he did! As a graphic designer, I have been searching for a relationship with a trustworthy printer for my clients, and thanks to an event at the Riverside Chamber of Commerce Mega Mixer, I met Jack, and have the alliance I have been searching for, nearly 3 years now! I highly recommend this company, so much that I am writing on Yelp for the first time. These guys deserve it, and the quality of the printing is great as well. read more

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Exactly what you would expect from a great ran family business. I will be continuing to do business with Jack and his family because of their work ethic and commitment to customer service. Thanks again for all the help, corrections, adjustments and most of all timely service in our time of need for a 2020 grad. read more

Jack is simply put the best printer ever. He actually prints for many other printers because he actually owns many of the high volume printing machines so his prices are always much lower than the competition. And if you work around him, he has free delivery options and can do quick turnaround jobs in case you're in a time crunch. I've never met a printer who would deliver some of my printing jobs to my business and actually pick up stuff from there also. I've stopped comparing his prices to his competitors because he's always been so much less it's almost unbelievable. So this is one of the most rare businesses out there where you get the best quality, service and pricing! How often does that ever happen in this world now! read more

Horrible service I order 100 copies of something they told me one price $27 then when my order was complete the price went up to $65 when i confronted them about it somehow they lost their original invoice that was written out and tried to lower the price to $45 still a big difference when the employee I made it to the original price John continue to say he does not remember when the employee said himself thats the price he told me VERY BAD Business when you lie to your customers read more

Excellent turn around, great service! I'm so happy with the response I got from Jack Cords, this man goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are happy! I've been using this place for over 4 years and they are always on it!!! Thanks for what you do! read more

I got quotes from several different printing places to print a windshield banner for my 2014 Mustang and they had one of the best prices. What a different experience vs. my previous call to Inland Printworks. A very nice woman answered, provided me a basic estimate, and was helpful in telling me everything I needed to get my print job started. Fast turn around time quoted of tomorrow morning. I have bee working with Printing Connect for a couple of years now. As a real estate team, we do a lot of printing and are often on tight timelines.. Jack, Joan and their team are AMAZING! They work really hard to get us when we need by our sometimes crazy deadlines- and they do so without sacrificing the beautiful, quality work that they do. Everyone there is great-, but more recently, I have been working with Marcos- He is truly OUTSTANDING! Having worked with several graphic designers before, I know how difficult the process can be. He really understands our brand, offers great suggestions and has a real eye for style and design- plus, he's super fast! As long as they are open, our business will be Printing Connection, they really are the best around! read more

Printing Connection, I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I received a discount promo in the mail shortly after starting my own clothing business and proceeded to contact them. I got to printing connection and was greeted with enthusiasm. I had an original easy idea I wanted to have printed on some business cards, they accepted my idea and but on it. Marcos recommended an awesome gloss addition to my idea and it sounded amazing so I gave the thumbs up and am extremely happy with the outcome. Ive gotten nothing but compliments on the design of the card. The service was awesome and timely and I am now a happy customer. read more

AMAZING Service. I called them at 4:48pm asking for a quote on printing two flyers. After Jack gave me the pricing I asked if I could email them the flyers and pick them up today.
